Abstract

Provision of the road transportation that justice should reach all levels of society including the disabled passengers, but in fact the ease of access to public transit has not been optimally established that a major problem. Study goal is to formulate recommendations to improve the public bus facilities provide easy access for passengers with disabilities. Study with a descriptive approach to ergonomics to provide harmony between humans and the equipment on a public bus facilities. Is a compilation of policy benefit enhancement facilities for disabled passengers on public buses. The study results suggested revamping the general harmony of physical buses for people with disabilities through compliance with the size and shape in an ergonomic means of public buses in accordance with the priority attribute needs, supported by infrastructure improvements related to harmony with public buses, the need for officers who prioritize comfort and safety of disabled.Keywords: Convenient for the disabled. Penyediaan sarana transportasi jalan yang berkeadilan seyogyanya menjangkau semua lapisan masyarakat termasuk penumpang penyandang cacat, namun kenyataannya kemudahan akses pada angkutan umum belum terselenggara secara optimal yang merupakan masalah utama. Tujuan kajian adalah merumuskan rekomendasi meningkatkan fasilitas bus umu m yang memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pen um pang penyandang cacat. Pendekatan kajian dengan deskriptif ergonomi untuk memberikan keharmonisan antara manusia dengan peralatan pada sarana bus umum. Manfaat adalah tersusunnya rumusan kebijakan peningkatan kemudahan bagi penumpang penyandang cacat pada bus umum. Hasil kajian mengemukakan pembenahan fisik bus umum yang harmonis bagi penyandang cacat melalui pemenuhan syarat ukuran dan bentuk di dalam sarana bus umum yang ergonomis sesuai dengan prioritas atribut kebutuhan, didukung pembenahan prasarana terkait yang harmonis dengan bus umum, kebutuhan akan petugas yang mengutamakan kenyamanan dan keselamatan penyandang cacat.Kata kunci: Kemudahan bagi penyandang cacat.

Abstract

The use of fuel oil for transportation is the largest 56% of national consumption, and road transport which is the largest consuming 88%. In urban areas, transport causes 87% of air riollution that reduce air quality resulting from the use of fossil fuels. The use of gaseous fuels for transport has not grown significantly in part because of gas supply iifficulties. The main problem is haw to increase the use of gas fuel for road transport, especially in urban areas. Study goal is to formulate recommendations to raise the use of CNG for road transport. The benefit for reducing fossil fuel consumption without reducing public services. The method : s descriptive qualitative approach and comparison with developed countries. The study re;ults suggest that steps need to be taken from the development capacity of the source gas, 'ransmission and distribution, SPBG, slowfill and fast fill, socialization and supervision of nstallation of converter kits for public transportation, certification workshops, mechanics to nstall converter kit, pricing pro-society.Keywords: Increased, use of CNG road transport

Abstract

The rapid development of big cities in Indonesia encourages economic growth that has an impact on the urbanization of big cities, as a reason for people to choose a place to live and find jobs. The problem of urbanization is that it requires mobility. The need for urban mobility is caused by conventional transportation conditions that currently often experience delays and overcapacity, dense population growth in big cities and less regular traffic in big cities. Autonomous Rail Rapid Transit (ART) being a novelty in transportation in Indonesia, the operation of autonomous trains began in the Ibu Kota Nusantara. Autonomous trains are capable of transforming urban travel in the future. Using autonomous technology and advanced sensors, trains can operate without human control, unlocking the potential for increased efficiency, safety and comfort in rail transport systems. The research problem is to determine policy alternatives in legal and regulatory aspects such as the level of autonomy, testing and certification, licensing and licensing, legal responsibility, data security, communication and interoperability standards, security checks and education and public awareness. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with secondary data collection and the use of problem trees. The results show that Autonomous Rail Rapid Transit (ART) offers a future of safe, efficient and accessible mobility. The implementation of ART in Indonesia requires the collaboration of government, industry, education, and society to overcome technical, regulatory, and socio-cultural challenges.

Abstract

Safety is an important part in using motor vehicles and public transportation, where in 2019 the road transport mode ranks third after the flight mode and cruise mode with a contribution of 24.9%, for that safety can be a safe culture in travel. The purpose of the study was to determine the perception of society related to SWDKLLJ and the level of community satisfaction. The research method is using qualitative descriptive approach with data collection using Gay and Diehl data collection techniques with a sample of 28 respondents, using google form. This data collection was given randomly to respondents and secondary data was obtained from literature and research results to support this study. The results showed that (1) knowledge about iruan SWDKLLJ majority of respondents do not know as much as 51.9%, (2) utilizing the mandatory donation of road traffic accident funds (SWDKLLJ) the majority of respondents are not as much as 88.9%, (3) other insurance funding as a replacement, the majority of respondents answered No 44%, (4) Officer services in making claims using SWDKLLJ, the majority of respondents answered quite satisfied 44%. Further studies are needed to reveal the public satisfaction of swdkllj contribution services and highway safety protection policies.

Abstract

Parking arrangement is intended to regulate traffic flow and maintain order Bekasi. Controlling parking is done through the Department of Transportation and Civil Service in 6 locations, namely Jalan Pramuka, Jalan Veteran, jalan Ir. Juanda. The Path Of Prosperity. The purpose of this study is to determine public understanding of parking, provide recommendations for parking arrangement by utilizing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). The research method is using qualitative descriptive approach with primary data collection obtained through surveys, using Gay and Diehl data collection techniques with a sample of 18 respondents. The results showed that (1) many people still do not understand regional Regulation Number 11 of 2020 (64.7%), the lack of availability of public transportation so that people choose private vehicles (41.2%), things need to be improved in parking services in Bekasi city by providing adequate public transportation (23%).
