Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Want to know and analyze the performance of masters at Public Vocational School 1 Ketapang in carrying out their duties as masters; 2) Want to know and analyze what work maturity can improve master's performance at Public Vocational School 1 Ketapang; 3) Want to know and analyze the efforts made by the master of Public Vocational School 1 Ketapang in improving performance as a master. Measurement in this study using qualitative methods. The results and analysis show that: 1) Based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation studies conducted by researchers on informants (research subjects), namely the masters of State Vocational High Schools, it shows that the masters have met several assessment indicators for each aspect. 2) Based on the results of the research on the masters of Public Vocational School 1 Ketapang above, it shows that the performance of the masters of Public Vocational School 1 Ketapang in terms of professional competence is in the fairly good category. This is because the master has fulfilled several assessment indicators in mastering the material, structure, concept, and scientific mindset that supports the subject, developing creatively guided subject matter, continuing professional development by taking reflective actions and utilizing information and communication technology to develop themselves. 3) Efforts made by the master of Public Vocational School 1 Ketapang in improving performance as a master, from the learning outcomes, namely by carrying out their duties as well as possible and continuing to improve pedagogic and professional competencies.

Abstract

Abstract Education basic data management is an activity carried out continuously in which planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating in managing basic education data in support of smart Indonesia programs. This research aims to describe the planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating dapodik in supporting PIP in Singkawang 7 Public High School. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. The research subjects were the head of Singkawang 7 Public High School, the deputy headmaster for student affairs, and the dapodik operator. Data collection methods by interview, documentation, and observation. Data analysis uses interactive data analysis namely data reduction, data display and verifications. Test the validity of the data with four criteria used, namely the test of credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of the study, namely: 1) Planning is done through the establishment of school work programs and vice-principals in the field of student affairs, the determination of operator decree, utilization of dapodik guidelines, use of laptops with high specifications, adequate electricity, and fast internet, 2) Organizing is done by division of basic tasks and functions, 3) Implementation is carried out from data collection, inputting and data processing of students, students' proposals to receive PIP, checking and confirming data truths, dapodik delivery, and checking the number of students who get PIP, 4) Supervision is carried out by school principal, and 5) Evaluation is carried out to see which stage still needs improvement. Supervision activities should also be carried out by the Office of Education and Culture of West Kalimantan Province. The goal is that the activities carried out in accordance with the plan, also to minimize deviations and the results of supervision can be used as a basis for policy making. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research were to describe how the principal's commitment to the achievement of teachers at SMK Kota Pontianak,  the principal's commitment to the achievement of teachers at SMK Kota Pontianak, and the competence and commitment of the principal to the achievement of teachers in SMK Kota Pontianak. This form of research used a quantitative approach. There were two free variables and one bound variable. Free variable is the competence of the principal declared X1 and the principal's commitment is declared X2. The bound variable was the achievement of the teacher's stated work Y. In this study instrument competency variables, commitment variable instruments and instrument variables of teacher's work achievement in the test were evaluated for its validity and realibility. The results of the study showed that, the influence of the competence of the principal (X1) had a significant effect on the achievement of teacher (Y) Beta (b1) by 0.433 = 43.3 %, the influence of principal commitment (X2) affects teacher work performance (Y) Beta (b1) by 0.443 = 44.3%, the effect of competency (X1) and principal commitment (X2) on teacher work performance (Y) amounted to 0.681 or 68.1%. F test results were seen in the ANOVA output of the results of linear regression analysis multiple times take F count > F table 72.588 > 3.13            Keywords: Competence, Commitment, Teacher Work Achievement.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims at the management of the principal's performance to meet the management standards of SMPN 6 Jelimpo. The research method used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study : 1) The principal's performance planning in meeting the management standards has been fulfilled , 2) Organizing the head of SMPN 6 Jelimpo has compiled an organizational structure in relation to the division of main duties and functions of teachers and socialized 3)Implementation of the performance of the head of SMPN 6 Jelimpo refers to supervision guidelines in the form of managerial supervision instruments ,4) Forms of performance of the head of SMPN 6 Jelimpo namely by conducting managerial supervision by supervisors and academic supervision by the head 5) Evaluation of the performance of the principal of SMPN 6 Jelimpo is carried out in the form of an assessment of the performance of the principal carried out by the supervisor, the assessment of the performance of the teacher carried out by the principal and the achievement of the performance results of the principal and teacher (PNS) in the form of employee performance targets at the end of each year. Keywords:management, management standards, principal performance

Abstract

AbstractBoarding Education Management in improving student academic achievement at MTs Hidayatul Muslimin 1 Kubu Raya is an education with a boarding system, a program that is very supportive of improving student academic achievement, all student activities can be directed and controlled by the hostel manager in achieving an educational goal set by the hostel. . The purpose of this research is to obtain descriptive information with a qualitative approach, using the type of case study research. The preparation of this writing uses primary and secondary data through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Researchers found that boarding school management includes:Good planning, madrasahs involve every element of the madrasah in a plan.Organizing boarding schools begins with a mapping of education and education staff, recruitment of employees, division and delegation of tasks and authorities. The implementation of boarding schools is very good, this is because the elements of the madrasah are responsible for the assigned tasks. Boarding school supervision must be a concern, so that supervision can be optimal, and supporting instruments in supervision are needed, so that supervision can be properly directed and the objectives of supervision can be achieved.
