Abstract

Vocational education is higher education that prepares students for jobs with specific skills up to an applied master's program. The occurrence of a pandemic has made the learning system change from face-to-face learning to bold learning. Bold learning causes burnout which results in physical and mental exhaustion. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of effectiveness and saturation of vocational education students participating in bold learning. This type of research is an analytic survey using a cross-sectional design. The number of samples is 79 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data was collected at the D III X-Ray Engineering Study Program, Widya Husada University, Semarang. The statistical test used is the chi-square test. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 53 respondents (67.1%) stated that bold learning was ineffective. In the burnout category, which was obtained from 79 respondents, 34 respondents (43%) had low burnout, 41 respondents (51.9%) had moderate burnout, and four respondents (5.1%) had high burnout. A statistical test was obtained, with a p-value of 0.002 of 0.05. This result shows a significant relationship between courageous learning and burnout. It was found that the value of r = -.341 indicates the direction of the negative correlation or a non-unidirectional relationship, which indicates the more influential the bold learning, the lower the burnout with sufficient interpretation between courageous education and students. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for the government and educational institutions to pay more attention to the quality and facilities of both facilities and infrastructure to improve an effective bold learning system.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMasa remaja merupakan masa transisi antara masa kanak-kanak dengan dewasa dan relatif belum mencapai tahap kematangan mental dan sosial sehingga mereka harus menghadapi tekanan-tekanan emosi dan sosial yang saling bertentangan. Banyak sekali life events yang akan terjadi yang tidak saja akan menentukan kehidupan masa dewasa tetapi juga kualitas hidup generasi berikutnya sehingga menempatkan masa ini sebagai masa kritis. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Pusat Informasi dan Layanan Remaja (PILAR) PKBI Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2013 terdapat 64 kasus kehamilan tidak diinginkan (KTD) pada remaja akibat dari perilaku seksual pra nikah 26 kasus berasal dari kota Semarang. Permasalahan tentang kesehatan reproduksi yang banyak terjadi di kalangan remaja merupakan sebagian kecil dari masalah kesehatan reproduksi secara keseluruhan, dimana masalah kesehatan reproduksi ini adalah termasuk dalam kewenangan bidan.       Oleh karena itu salah satu usaha yang dapat ditempuh adalah dengan membentuk dan mengaktifkan  Unit Kesehatan Sekolah. Dimana Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) ini memiliki peranan yang sangat penting untuk membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja, dengan melalui berbagai cara diantaranya dengan memberikan edukasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja dengan baik dan benar, sehingga siswa dapat memperoleh informasi yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan.  Kata Kunci : Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja, Unit Kesehatan Sekolah ABSTRACT Adolescence is a transitional period between childhood and adulthood and has not yet reached the stage of mental and social maturity, so they must face conflicting emotional and social pressures. There are so many life events that will occur which will not only determine adult life but also the quality of life of the next generation, thus placing this period as a critical period. Based on data obtained from the Center for Information and Youth Services PKBI Central Java in 2013, there were 64 cases of unwanted pregnancy in adolescents as a result of pre-marital sexual behavior, 26 cases came from the city of Semarang. Problems concerning reproductive health that often occur among adolescents are a small part of the overall reproductive health problem, where this reproductive health problem is under the authority of midwives.       Therefore, one of the efforts that can be taken is to establish and activate a School Health Unit. Where the School Health Unit has a very important role to help students to increase knowledge about adolescent reproductive health, through various ways including providing education about adolescent reproductive health properly and correctly, so that students can get accountable information.  Keywords: Adolescent Reproductive Health, School Health Unit
