Abstract

As a media provider of information, each radio has its own concept in carrying out its broadcast format. As in Indonesia, there are many radios with various broadcast formats with multi-segment listeners. Radio Seila FM Batam has a general broadcast format, in the sense of combining entertainment, news and music in one broadcast format with Islamic religious nuances. It turns out that in a few years, the program that is most in demand by listeners is the program "Topik Berita Pagi". The announcer of the program "Topik Berita Pagi" has a significant role in the process of developing and delivering information to listeners. The character that is built and prepared by the announcer in order to attract listeners is done professionally and creatively. This study aims to determine the creativity of the announcer of the program "Topik Berita Pagi". The qualitative method used is descriptive phenomenology based on Husserl's philosophy. This descriptive phenomenology is used to develop the structure of the broadcaster's life experience in collaboration with the news program team who is responsible for preparing all news broadcast content with a duration of about 90 minutes. It can be seen that the most prominent creative announcer characters from this program are; Have adequate vocal quality, reliable in adlibbing and script reading, up-to-date and broad in knowledge, deep understanding of radio segments, showing sympathy and empathy for listeners, able to generate fresh and solution ideas, Able to work in a team and "Be Your Self". At a radio station, a creative announcer who brings an event certainly has strategic value. Because the latest news is packaged in such a way, delivered to the listeners very well and interestingly, causing a positive response from the listeners. This will be useful in radio's efforts to maintain its existence in the broadcasting world

Abstract

Abstrak Komunikasi – Dakwah – Media adalah suatu ikatan yang saling memperkuat dan tak akan terpisahkan. Komunikasi adalah aktivitas sosial yang melibatkan pertukaran pikiran, ide, gagasan, emosi, dan pesan. Rangkaiannya merupakan proses yang mutlak dimiliki setiap individu baik secara verbal atau nonverbal. Salah satu bentuk komunikasi disebut dengan komunikasi dakwah. Komunikasi Dakwah dilakukan dengan memiliki tujuan mengajak manusia kepada berbuat kebaikan dan mencegah perbuatan buruk dan tercela. Agar tujuan dari komunikasi dakwah yang diinginkan dapat tercapai, seorang komunikator harus mampu memilih metode yang akan digunakan. Dakwah Bil Lisan sebagai sebuah metode komunikasi dakwah mampu mengatasi kelemahan dakwah yang hanya dilakukan dengan tulisan. Metode ini juga memberikan kesempatan para mad’u untuk dapat menentukan pesan dari dakwah sesuai kemampuan dan kepentingannya sehingga tujuan komunikasi dakwah efektif dan efisien. Di era perkembangan media internet, YouTube menjadi salah satu platform yang paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat. Ketika sasaran dakwah ingin lebih menjangkau khalayak luas dan tak terikat oleh jarak dan waktu, kanal YouTube menjadi pilihan tepat bagi para dai menyampaikan risalah dakwahnya. Abstract Communication – Dakwah – Media is a bond that is mutually reinforcing and cannot be separated. Communication is a social activity that involves the exchange of thoughts, ideas, ideas, emotions and messages. The series is a process that is absolutely owned by every individual either verbally or nonverbally. One form of communication is called da'wah communication. Da'wah communication is carried out with the aim of inviting people to do good and prevent bad and despicable acts. In order for the desired goal of da'wah communication to be achieved, a communicator must be able to choose the method to be used. Dakwah Bil Oral as a method of da'wah communication is able to overcome the weakness of da'wah which is only done in writing. This method also provides an opportunity for mad'u to be able to determine messages from da'wah according to their abilities and interests so that the purpose of da'wah communication is effective and efficient. In the era of the development of internet media, YouTube has become one of the platforms most used by the public. When the goal of da'wah wants to reach a wider audience and is not bound by distance and time, the YouTube channel is the right choice for preachers to deliver their da'wah treatises.
