Abstract

Background: Jamkesmas is a health insurance which is used since 2008-2013 for the poor of Indonesian. The last implementation of Jamkesmas insurance is still facing problems for instance membership, finance and services. The patients satisfaction is one of an evaluation of the services have been done, so it can be used as a benchmark to continue the new health insurance program which is called JKN (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional) especially for the government provincial west nusa tenggara barat (RSUP NTB) hospital. Methods: The type of research is a descriptive study categorical with cross-sectional design. Statistical analysis used univariate analysis. Results: Respondents of female showed more satisfied compared of men.The most satisfied through the ward unit services showed by group of age over 50. Every ward needs to fix of services based on reability variable. The most satisfaction showed by assurance variable and the lowest is reliabillity variable . Conclusion: The satisfaction level of patients Jamkesmas through ward unit services at government provincial West Nusa Tenggara hospital reached 74% base on average 5 variables. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh intervensi pengetahuan ibu yang memiliki bayi dan balita di posyandu dusun Lendang Mamben terkait ASI dan MPASI. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan non randomized pre test and post test noncontrol design. Responden penelitian adalah ibu-ibu yang memiliki bayi balita di posyandu dusun Lendang Mamben, desa Anyar, Kecamatan Bayan. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji Willcoxon dikarenakan distribusi data tidak normal. Intervensi pengetahuan ibu terkait ASI dan MPASI dilakukan menggunakan media penyuluhan menggunakan Power Point dan pamphlet serta workshop menunjukkan secara langsung bagaimana membuat MPASI yang baik dan benar sesuai tekstur berdasarkan usia anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pre dan post intervensi sebesar 5.081 (p=0,000). Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan intervensi dengan metode yang lebih dikembangkan dan lebih kreatif agar ibu-ibu lebih antusias pada saat intervensi. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of an intervention on the knowledge of mothers with infants and toddlers at the integrated health post (Posyandu) in Lendang Mamben Hamlet regarding breastfeeding and complementary feeding (MPASI). The study used a quasi-experimental method with a non-randomized pre-test and post-test non-controlled design. The study respondents were mothers with infants and toddlers at the integrated health post (Posyandu) in Lendang Mamben Hamlet, Anyar Village, Bayan District. Data analysis used the Willcoxon test due to the non-normal distribution of the data. The intervention to assess mothers' knowledge regarding breastfeeding and complementary feeding (MPASI) was conducted using PowerPoint presentations and pamphlets, as well as workshops that directly demonstrated how to prepare good and correct MPASI, according to the texture and age of the child. The results showed an increase in knowledge of 5,081 points before and after the intervention (p=0.000). Future researchers are advised to develop more creative intervention methods to increase mothers' enthusiasm during the intervention.
