Abstract

Graduates is one of the important components within an educational institution in addition to students, faculty and stakeholders. Graduates is an educational product used  by  public. So it can be said that the Graduates is one of the parameters  to determine the success or failure of educational instituusi.To find the career increment and Graduate’s life, Business Administration Program Study State Polytechnics of Banjarmasin have a unit. Some way to gathering information about  graduates  with the phone and  fill in  form directly by graduates. Based on existing mechanisms, still have some weaknesses, they are not all of graduates are willing to be contacted by the officers, and not all graduates can fill in a form.The  purpose of this application is facilitate  the  collect  of  information  on  the graduates website for the application form so that most of graduates can access it more easily. This application was made with Waterfall development method.

Abstract

SPT (letter of assignment) and SPD (letter of official travel) are two common forms of letters made in government agencies related to the implementation of assignment and travel of civil servant (ASN). SPT and SPD are also related to the state finances used by an agency relating to the costs incurred during the official travel. The old documentary system of SPT and SPD at Balai Litbang (R & D Center) Rawa Banjarmasin is considered not effective in the process, especially in terms of making, reporting, and documentation. This research aims is to design and implement SPT and SPD Information System at Balai Litbang Rawa of Banjarmasin City. This research uses Applied Research method with system development method using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), all data are obtained through observation and interview. The system design includes DFD, Normalization and EER Model and its implementation using Java & MySQL. The results of new application of SPT and SPD information system is able to integrate, to reduce errors, and to manage the issuance of SPT and SPD at Balai Litbang Rawa of Banjarmasin city so that the new documentary system of SPT and SPD would be better

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently growing rapidly, one of which is in terms of information management. By utilizing information technology support, information processing can now be done quickly, and can be presented globally by utilizing the internet network. The website is a media that is currently widely used as a tool to provide services and information [1]. In its activities in the process of data collection and equipment inventory reports, the Laboratory of Business Administration Department has not implemented an optimal computerized system. So that in producing all accurate and precise reports require a relatively long time or incomplete reports produced. Inventory Information Systems can Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of data accurately Thus required testing of the application system aims to obtain certainty of the functional truth of the system and the needs of users based on the literature that supports it. In this research software testing uses white box testing and black box testing
