Abstract

Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin adalah lembaga pendidikantinggi. Banyak aktivitas pengolahan data masih dilakukan dengan manual, salah satunyapengelolaan administrasi absensi. Kegiatan yang sangat menyita waktu adalah membuatrekapitulasi kehadiran berdasarkan harian, mingguan atau bulanan dimana harusmenghitung data dari berkas yang satu ke berkas yang lain. Atas dasar itu lah makapenelitian ini dilakukan dengan membuat sebuah sistem absensi dengan menggunakanmodel sistem pengembangan. Dimana dapat membantu dalam membuat data danlaporan tentang kehadiran/absensi.

Abstract

The rate of increase tea cost production in several tea fields could not be offered by the rate of increase selling price. The fact that the cost of plucking machine is lower than manual plucking has attracted the interest and attention of tea smallholder to change from manual plucking to plucking machine. The plucking machine which were imported from japan was not designed for assamica tea in Indonesia. In order to improving performance of plucking machine, the plucking machine need to be designed with support from the field and  appropriate machine. The aim of this trial was to test the performance of the plucking machine type-120 at plucking of assamica tea with 120 cm of spacing between rows. The plucking type used was medium plucking and kept the Kepel leaves (k +0) in the middle of the bushes using plucking method supported by the garden and the appropriate plucking machine type-120. Results obtained from the test were: (1) The using of plucking machine type-120 with medium plucking, kept the Kepel leaves (k +0), and controlled plucking height did not cause a decrease in plant health, production as well as quality of the shoots. (2) Field work capacity of plucking machine was 1.19 ha/day with work efficiency of 58.2%. (3) The ratio of plucking machine was 0.30/ha with fuel ratio of 0.33 litres/ha. The performance output of the plucking machine could be reached 224 kg/plucker as compared to only 24 kg/plucker when done manually.

Abstract

The biomass potential of tea plantations such as tea pruning waste, shade tree waste and waste of tea replanting are large enough. Energy derived from biomass is a renewable energy source that environmentally friendly, and it does not cause a negative impact to the environment. Heat exchanger tubeless type can only use fossil fuel. To replace the fuel derived from biomass on the tubeless type of heat exchanger, the furnace must be designed specifically as a substitute for fuel oil burner. This paper provides the result of engineering design of tubeless type heat exchanger of and their performance in a fluidized bed dryer of orthodox black tea. Apart from that, the design suitable also for the green tea drying machines. As a substitute for fuel oil burner, the heat exchanger tubeless type can use waste of tea replanting. The ratio of fire wood was 0.90 kg per kilogram of made tea with 57.9% of the energy efficiency and 46.3% of drying energy efficiency.

Abstract

Abstract

Graduates is one of the important components within an educational institution in addition to students, faculty and stakeholders. Graduates is an educational product used  by  public. So it can be said that the Graduates is one of the parameters  to determine the success or failure of educational instituusi.To find the career increment and Graduate’s life, Business Administration Program Study State Polytechnics of Banjarmasin have a unit. Some way to gathering information about  graduates  with the phone and  fill in  form directly by graduates. Based on existing mechanisms, still have some weaknesses, they are not all of graduates are willing to be contacted by the officers, and not all graduates can fill in a form.The  purpose of this application is facilitate  the  collect  of  information  on  the graduates website for the application form so that most of graduates can access it more easily. This application was made with Waterfall development method.

Abstract

Digitization of education is an issue that is getting enough public attention today, as a response to drastically changing education services. Both the system in terms of learning, as well as the culture. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced students, teachers, and schools to experience digital technology-based educational activities. And the results can be predicted that almost all parties involved in the world of education complain of difficulties with this new emergency system. This difficulty is especially burdensome for schools which are financially and due to natural factors difficult to implement the digitalization of education. However, ready or not, the digitalization of education must be realized and accepted by all parties. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of digitalization of education in low-cost private schools which of course from a financial point of view are greatly affected by the current pandemic conditions so that it becomes a formidable challenge for school leaders, where in addition to having to think about how to survive, schools can also finance their operations. must ensure distance learning can run more effectively and fun. This research uses a literature study approach and to obtain clear characteristics of the discourse in the form of theories and concepts studied, the authors use the content analysis method, to make inferences that can be replicated about what schools should prepare to welcome this new era of education regarding the application of digitalization of education so that in its application schools can provide a sense of security and comfort for students, teachers, and parents of students. Abstrak Digitalisasi pendidikan merupakan isu cukup mendapat perhatian publik saat ini, sebagai respon terhadap pelayanan pendidikan yang berubah secara drastis. Baik sistem dari sisi pembelajaran, maupun kulturnya. Pandemi Covid-19 telah memaksa siswa, guru, dan sekolah untuk merasakan aktivitas pendidikan yang berbasis teknologi digital. Dan hasilnya dapat diprediksi bahwa hampir semua pihak yang terlibat dalam dunia pendidikan mengeluh kesulitan dengan sistem baru yang sifatnya darurat ini. Kesulitan tersebut terutama sangat terasa membebani bagi sekolah-sekolah yang secara financial maupun karena faktor-faktor alamiah sulit untuk menerapkan digitalisasi pendidikan tersebut. Namun, siap atau tidak, digitalisasi pendidikan harus segera direalisasikan serta diterima oleh semua pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan digitalisasi pendidikan pada sekolah swasta berbiaya rendah yang tentunya dari sisi keuangan sangat terdampak dengan kondisi pandemic yang terjadi saat ini sehingga menjadi tantangan berat bagi para pemimpin sekolah, dimana selain harus memikirkan bagaimana agar sekolah bisa survive membiayai operasionalnya, juga wajib memastikan pembelajaran jarak jauh dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan menyenangkan. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dan untuk mendapatkan karakteristik yang jelas dari wacana berupa teori dan konsep yang dikaji, penulis menggunakan metode content analysis, untuk membuat inferensi yang dapat direplikasi tentang apa yang harus disiapkan oleh sekolah untuk menyambut era baru dari dunia pendidikan ini terkait penerapan digitalisasi pendidikan sehingga dalam penerapannya sekolah dapat memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi siswa, guru, dan orang tua siswa.

Abstract

Cooperative and conflict in educational leadership is a unity that cannot be separated. new technological advances, intense competition, differences in culture and value systems, as well as various kinds of individual personalities, due to the large number of people who use their tongues freely without being based on moral, value and religious considerations, are the causes of the tendency for conflicts to occur which have the potential to give birth to conflicts and disputes and can This creates a bad situation in various environments, both family, school, and community. so that conflict management and leadership are authoritative, honest and trustworthy as a neutralizer or mediator between conflicting parties, as well as a means to unite various conflicting things to free human life from individual interests and from vices, so that later they can be led to the path of light. Conflict management in education is basically a set of ways to manage all conflicts faced by education managers which are carried out consistently and uniformly, intended to assess, control, fund, and utilize all existing conflicts to increase organizational value for the benefit of interested parties (stakeholders). ). This study tries to look at cooperation and conflict from four perspectives, namely theological, philosophical, psychological, and sociological perspectives. Theologically, Islam teaches the importance of tolerance, respecting the differences that humans have so as not to trigger conflict and lead to enmity and hostility. Conflict is very necessary in human life. However, don't get involved in a conflict that ends up becoming a prolonged conflict with no solution that will actually damage human relations and will harm humans themselves. Philosophically, professional conflict management practitioners must be able to understand the essence of conflict as a form of managing a balance between conflict and the benefits of conflict in the interest of optimizing the benefits of educational institutions. Psychologically conflict management in education focuses on learning about how to understand teaching and learning in an educational environment which is intended to influence educational activities so that the teaching and learning process can take place more effectively by paying attention to the psychological response and behavior of students. Sociologically, conflict management in education is defined as a social process between one or more people who try to get rid of the other party by destroying or making him helpless. Various conflicts and social unrest that occur can actually be managed wisely and wisely. ABSTRAK Kooperatif dan konflik dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. kemajuan teknologi baru, persaingan ketat, perbedaan kebudayaan dan sistem nilai, serta berbagai macam kepribadian individu, akibat banyaknya orang yang menggunakan lidahnya secara bebas tanpa didasari oleh pertimbangan moral, nilai dan agama, merupakan penyebab kecenderungan terjadinya konflik yang berpotensi melahirkan pertentangan dan perselisihan serta dapat menimbulkan situasi yang buruk dalam berbagai lingkungan baik keluarga, sekolah, maupun masyarakat. sehingga diperlukan manajemen konflik dan kepemimpinan yang berwibawa, jujur dan dapat dipercaya sebagai penetralisir atau penengah diantara pihak-pihak yang berkonflik,,sekaligus sebagai sarana untuk menyatukan berbagai hal yang saling bertentangan untuk membebaskan kehidupan manusia dari kepentingan individual dan dari kejelekan-kejelekan, sehingga kemudian mereka dapat dibawa menuju ke jalan yang terang. Manajemen konflik dalam dunia pendidikan pada dasarnya merupakan seperangkat cara mengelola seluruh konflik yang dihadapi oleh pengelola pendidikan yang dilakukan secara konsisten dan seragam, dimaksudkan untuk menilai, mengendalikan, mendanai, dan memanfaatkan seluruh konflik yang ada untuk meningkatkan nilai organisasi untuk kepentingan pihak yang berkepentingan (stakeholder). Kajian ini mencoba untuk melihat kooperatif dan konflik dari empat perspektif, yaitu perspektif teologis, filosofis, psikologis, dan sosiologis. Secara teologis Islam mengajarkan pentingnya toleransi menghargai adanya perbedaan-perbedaan yang dimiliki manusia agar jangan sampai memicu konflik dan mengakibatkan perseteruan dan permusuhan. Konflik memang sangat diperlukan dalam kehidupan manusia. Namun, jangan sampai terlarut dalam konflik yang akhirnya menjadi konflik berkepanjangan yang tidak ada solusinya yang justru akan merusak hubungan antar manusia dan akan merugikan manusia itu sendiri. Secara filosofis, praktisi manajemen konflik yang profesional mesti mampu memahami esensi konflik sebagai bentuk pengelolaan keseimbangan antara konflik dan manfaat konflik demi kepentingan optimalisasi keuntungan lembaga pendidikan. Secara psikologis manjemen konflik dalam pendidikan fokus mempelajari tentang cara memahami pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam lingkungan pendidikan yang dimaksudkan untuk mem-pengaruhi kegiatan pendidikan sehingga proses pembelajaran dan belajar-mengajar dapat berlangsung lebih efektif dengan memperhatikan respon kejiwaan dan tingkah laku peserta didik. Secara sosioligis, manajemen konflik dalam pendidikan, diartikan sebagai suatu proses sosial antara satu orang atau lebih yang berusaha menyingkirkan pihak lain dengan jalan menghancurkan atau membuatnya tidak berdaya. Berbagai konflik dan kerusuhan sosial yang terjadi sebenarnya dapat dikelola secara arif dan bijaksana.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate languages used in code switching on personal message of BlackBerry messenger (PM of BBM), the types of code switching, and the reasons of BBM users in using code switching.  This research involved 25 university students in Bandung as samples.  The data were gathered through compiling the PM of BBM and distributing questionnaires.  Several theories were applied to analyze the data, namely theory of switching types proposed by Poplack(1980), and theory of reasons of switching investigated by Hoffman (1991, in Tiana, 2009), and Savile-Troike (1986).  The findings revealed that the users tended to use group of switched-languages (Indonesian-English) in code switching (80%).On the other hand, dealing with types of code switching appeared on PM of BBM, intersentential switching is the most dominant switching type (40.63%).  Furthermore, the data analysis result from questionnaires indicated that most of the respondents (24%) stated that they did switching for real lexical need, which is the BBM users mostly used code switching on their PM because lack of equivalent lexicon. Keywords:    Code switching, personal message, BlackBerry messenger, types, reasons.
