Abstract

Sarana prasarana pendidikan di sekolah tidak hanya digunakan untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar saja tetapi termasuk juga untuk staf administrasi sebagai pelaksana administrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas sarana pendidikan dalam menunjang efektivitas kerja staf administrasi di MI An-Nur Kota Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif melalui pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini mengenai kualitas sarana prasarana pendidikan terhadap efektivitas kerja staf administrasi di MI An-Nur Kota Cirebon sudah dilaksanakan secara maksimal dari mulai perencanaan, pengorganisasian, inventaris, pemeliharaan serta penghapusan sarana. Tidak hanya itu, kegiatan staf administrasi juga dapat terlaksana dengan baik dari mulai kegiatan yang menyangkut kurikulum, siswa, kepegawaian, penataan inventaris sekolah, serta kegiatan yang menyangkut sarana.Kata kunci: Kualitas sarana pendidikan, efektivitas kerja, staf administrasi Educational facilities in schools are not only for teaching and learning, but also for administrative staff who serve as administrative implementers. The purpose of this study is to determine the educational facility's quality in terms of supporting the administrative staff's effectiveness at Islamic Elementary School An-Nur Cirebon City. This research employed a qualitative method that is both qualitative and descriptive, collecting data through in-depth interviews, in-depth observations, and documentation. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are all techniques used in data analysis. According to this research, the quality of educational facilities and administrative staff performance at MI An-Nur Cirebon City have been optimized through planning, organizing, inventorying, maintaining, and eliminating facilities.
