Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture motivation on employee performance in Ponorogo Regency's Regional People's Representative Assembly (DPRD,hereafter)Secretariat with leadership as a moderating variable. This research involved 44 state civil servants. The results of this studyshows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ponorogo Regency DPRD Secretariat. Increasing work motivation will further improve employee performance. In addition, organizational culture also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Ponorogo Regency DPRD Secretariat where the better the organizational culture, the more employee performance will be. Leadership also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Ponorogo Regency DPRD Secretariat. The better the leadership role, the better employee performance will be. Leadership is also significantly able to strengthen the positive influence of work motivation on employee performance at Ponorogo Regency DPRD Secretariat. In other words, the role of leadership is able to moderate the influence of work motivation on employee performance and leadership can significantly strengthen the positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Ponorogo Regency DPRD Secretariat. Researchers found the fact that the role of leadership is able to moderate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

Cellulose acetate membrane (CAM) was successfully synthesized and characterized from the cotton spinning waste of the textile industry. The membrane was produced through the isolation, acetylation, and phase inversion stages. The highest yields of cellulose fiber and α-cellulose contents were obtained using 3.0% and 6.0% v/v NaClO, respectively. The C–O acetyl bond detected by Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) analysis indicates the formation of the CAM. The resulting membrane can be potentially applied as an ultrafiltration membrane for water desalination purposes in water and wastewater treatment facilities. Furthermore, the utilization of cotton spinning waste as raw material aims to produce inexpensive products and recycle solid waste from the textile industry.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Stroke adalah penyakit defisit neurologis yang disebabkan oleh perdarahan ataupun sumbatan dengan gejala dan tanda yang sesuai pada bagian otak yang terkena, yang dapat menimbulkan cacat bahkan kematian. Stroke adalah penyakit yang dapat memberikan berbagai dampak kepada pasien maupun pada anggota keluarga. Tujuan: Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tindakan edukasi kesehatan pengelolaan stroke pada keluarga dari mulai pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sewon 1 Bantul Yogyakarta. Studi kasus ini menggunakan satu keluarga dengan salah satu anggota keluarga menderita stroke yang berada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sewon 1 Bantul Yogyakarta dan studi kasus ini dilakukan selam 3 kali kunjungan. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survay dengan design berupa studi kasus yang menggambarkan dan mengeksplorasi pemberian tindakan edukasi kesehatan pengelolaan stroke pada keluarga dengan manajemen kesehatan tidak efektif. Hasil: tindakan edukasi kesehatan pada keluarga dengan menggunakan media flipchart dan media nyata berbagai macam sayur dan buah sehingga  mampu memberikan pemahaman kepada keluarga dengan metode penyuluhan dan demonstrasi. Kesimpulan: Hasil studi kasus ini menunjukkan bahwa tindakan edukasi kesehatan pada keluarga dengan masalah keperawatan manajemen kesehatan tidak efektif ini berpengaruh dan efektif.
