Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya melestarikan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sosial budaya masyarakat. Keunikan desa ini adalah masyarakatnya yang masih menjaga dan merawat budaya melalui tradisi lokal, petuah hidup, dan tempat bersejarah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai budaya dalam masyarakat Genting Kabupaten Semarang sebagai bagian mengkonservasi nilai-nilai Pancasila, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, dan upaya apa saja yang dilakukan untuk mengkonservasi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara (in-depth interview), Forum Group Discussion (FGD), dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil dan pembahasan yaitu mengkonservasi nilai-nilai Pancasila artinya merawat, menjaga dan mempertahankan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Salah satunya melalui budaya masyarakat di desa Genting. Nilai-nilai Pancasila perlu dikonservasi agar tidak punah dan lestari dalam masyarakat pada level lokal. ABSTRACTThis research is based on the importance of preserving the values of Pancasila in the socio-cultural life of the community. The uniqueness of this village is the people who still maintain and care for the culture through local traditions, life advice, and historical places. The purpose of this study is to explore cultural values in the Genting community of Semarang Regency as part of conserving Pancasila values, supporting and inhibiting factors, and what efforts are being made to conserve Pancasila values. The research method used is qualitative. Collecting data using observation, interviews (in-depth interview), Forum Group Discussion (FGD), documentation, and observation. The results and discussion are conserving the values of Pancasila, which means caring for, maintaining and defending the values of Pancasila. One of them is through the culture of the people in Genting village. Pancasila values need to be conserved so that they do not become extinct and are sustainable in society at the local level.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of political recruitment in the Nasdem Party in the 2024 General Election in Kudus Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out about political recruitment and the advantages and disadvantages of political recruitment patterns in the Nasdem Party in the 2024 General Election in Kudus Regency. This research uses a qualitative method. Data sources used primary and secondary sources with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The validity technique uses source triangulation techniques. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the DPD Nasdem Party organized political recruitment in the form of recruitment of Nasdem Party members or cadres, recruitment of legislative candidates, and recruitment of candidates for regents and deputy regents. Political recruitment in the DPD Nasdem Party of Kudus Regency is carried out with an open system using a selection system through cooption, and is carried out using a lateral pattern. The advantages of political recruitment patterns in the DPD Nasdem Party of Kudus Regency are (1) Open Political Recruitment System, (2) No Dowry Politics, and (3) DPD Nasdem Party of Kudus Regency helps in completing the administrative requirements for legislative candidates. The weaknesses of the political recruitment pattern in the DPD Nasdem Party of Kudus Regency are (1) Candidates for legislative members do not understand the procedures for completing administrative requirements and (2) Candidates for legislative members easily resign.
