Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Baturan, Colomadu Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Khalayak sasaran membutuhkan dukungan dari sisi sarana prasarana maupun sumber daya manusia dalam penguatan branding sekolah melalui promosi digital. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah masih belum lengkapnya sarana dan prasarana sekolah dalam melakukan promosi digital serta sumber daya manusia yang belum siap. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 1. untuk membantu khalayak sasaran dalam melakukan penguatan branding sekolah melalui promosi digital,2. Membantu mitra menemukan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan kondisi sekolah, 3. Mendampingi mitra dalam meningkatkan skill untuk membuat brosur yang menarik, 4. Mendukung mitra untuk bisa meraih target peningkatan jumlah pendaftar siswa baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan metode Focus Group Discussion, praktik langsung, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah artikel publikasi pada jurnal, dokumentasi yang akan diupload di media online atau pun offline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer characteristics (impulse buying tendencies, shopping enjoyment tendencies, and consumer moods) and situational factors (individual situation, website quality, motivational activity by retailers, and product attributes) on online impulsive purchases of fashion products in the past pandemic. The population in this study were people who live in Surakarta and Solo Residency with a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire, and was processed using the Partial Last Square (PLS). Data analysis used in this study included instrument tests, classic assumption tests consisting of multicollinearity tests, Goodness of Fit (GoF) tests and partial tests (t-test). The results of the study show that first, there are four accepted hypotheses where the factors that influence online impulsive purchases of fashion products are shopping enjoyment tendencies, shopping enjoyment tendencies, consumer moods, and product attributes. Second, other factors such as individual situation, website quality, and motivational activity by retailers are not the determining factors.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Tiktok adalah platform jejaring sosial yang saat ini sedang trend di era modern. Tiktok  platform media baru yang diluncurkan pada tahun 2016 oleh perusahaan China ByteDance yang awalnya menyediakan platform bagi individu untuk mengekspresikan dan mengasah bakat mereka melalui konten video. Saat ini Tiktok sedang memperkenalkan fitur tambahan yang berguna untuk bisnis online. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Celebrity Endorsement dan harga pada minat beli konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner. Populasii penelitian ini terdiri dari pengguna TikTok Shop di wilayah Surakarta. Rumus Slovin digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan pengambilan sampel secara accidental dan purposive sampling. Smart PLS 3.0 digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa celebrity endorsement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dibidang ecommerce khususnya pada pengguna Tik Tok Shop dengan menyajikan informasi baru dan relevan.   Keywords: Celebrity Endorsement, Harga, Minat Beli     ABSTRACT   Tiktok is a social networking platform that is currently trending in the modern era. Tiktok a new media platform launched in 2016 by Chinese company ByteDance that initially provided a platform for individuals to express and hone their talents through video content. Currently Tiktok is introducing additional features that are useful for online businesses. The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of Celebrity Endorsement and price on consumer buying interest. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection procedure is a questionnaire. The population of this study consists of TikTok Shop users in the Surakarta area. The Slovin formula was used to calculate the sample size, which was 100 respondents. The sample technique used is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling and purposive sampling. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to analyse the data in this study. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Price has a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest. This research contributes to the field of ecommerce, especially for Tik Tok Shop users by presenting new and relevant information.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between flash sale promotion strategies on shopee on consumer willingness to participate moderated by perceived contagiousness of mass participation. The choice of methodology in this researce are people who have the shopee application which was selected as a sample in this research, a total of 144 respodent. The date in this research comes from primary data through the range of measurements used, namely 5 Likert scales. The results of the analysis process in this study indicate that perceived temptation of price promotion, perceived fun of promotion, perceived category richness of promotion have a significant and positive influence on participation intention, but for perceived contagiousness of mass participation does not have a negative influence and no significance on participation intention. Then perceived contagiousness of mass participation does not moderate the relationship between perceived temptation of price promotion and perceived fun of promotion on participation intention, but moderates the relationship between perceived category richness of promotion on participation intention.

Abstract

Online shopping has become a new culture along with the growth of startups in the world of online shopping, this culture is increasingly growing and developing among people who increasingly want convenience and sophistication in their lives. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Celebrity-Product Congruence on Purchase Intention with Source Credibility and Parasocial Relationship as Intervening Variables on Tiktok Live Streaming. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the entire community who use the Tiktok application and who know Fujianti Utami. This research uses primary data. The total sample for this research was 189 respondents. Sampling technique in this research. using purposive sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3.0 software. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research are that source credibility has a positive influence on purchase intention. Source credibility has a positive influence on parasocial relationships. Parasocial relationship mediates the relationship between source credibility and purchase intention. Parasocial relationships have a positive influence on purchase intention. Celebrity product congruence has a positive influence on source credibility. Source credibility mediates the relationship between celebrity product congruence and purchase intention. Source credibility mediates the relationship between celebrity product congruence and parasocial relationships. Source credibility and parasocial relationship mediate the relationship between celebrity product congruence and purchase intention.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of customer satisfaction in building brand loyalty through customer satisfaction, ease of use, seller reputation, and perceived usefulness. The population of this study, which employs quantitative research techniques, consists of Surakrarta-based customers of online marketplaces. Purpose Sampling was the method of sampling employed in this investigation. They employed 127 respondents. The information used in this study came through the distribution of questionnaires. Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis using SMARTPLS software is the method used in this study. According to the findings of this study, Brand Loyalty is not positively and significantly impacted by Seller Reputation, Perceived Usefulness, or Ease of Use. A favorable and considerable impact on satisfaction is provided by the ease of use, seller reputation, and perceived usefulness. Brand Loyalty is positively and significantly impacted by satisfaction. Ease of Use, Seller Reputation, and Perceived Usefulness cannot be mediated by satisfaction in determining brand loyalty.This research contributes to increasing knowledge in the sector of selling used products through online platforms, because one of the challenges faced by the MSME industry is the use of technology in its business processes. The use of technology can facilitate business activities such as, means of promotion and facilitate transactions because this convenience is used by umkm industry business actors and consumers in the use of technology.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is increasingly recognized as more than just a corporate obligation—it is a strategic approach to achieving sustainable development goals. In Indonesia, where regional autonomy gives local governments significant authority, their role in supervising CSR becomes particularly important, especially in ensuring transparency and accountability. Despite this, many CSR programs still suffer from a lack of clear oversight, limited regulatory support, and varying levels of corporate commitment. This study explores how local governments carry out their supervisory role in CSR programs from the perspective of business law. Using a qualitative juridical-normative approach complemented by field data, this research focuses on Klaten, Central Java, as a case study. Data were obtained through interviews with local officials, CSR practitioners, and community members, as well as analysis of regional regulations and corporate CSR reports. The findings reveal that while some local governments have made efforts to regulate CSR through regional policies, the lack of binding legal instruments and standardized monitoring systems poses significant challenges. In many cases, accountability still depends more on voluntary compliance than enforceable obligations. Moreover, transparency in CSR reporting is often limited, making it difficult for stakeholders to evaluate the actual impact. The study concludes that strengthening the legal basis of CSR at the local level—through clearer regulations, transparent reporting standards, and inclusive supervision involving civil society—could lead to more effective CSR governance. This would not only improve corporate accountability but also ensure that CSR efforts align more closely with community needs and sustainable development goals. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social psychological distance and cognitive effort on the purchase intention of Uniqlo fashion products on Instagram, with perceived value as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 132 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that social psychological distance and cognitive effort have a significant positive effect on perceived value and purchase intention. Perceived value also has a positive effect on purchase intention. However, perceived value does not significantly mediate the relationship between social psychological distance and cognitive effort and purchase intention. This study contributes to the digital marketing literature by identifying the role of psychological and cognitive perceptions in online fashion purchasing behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of Social Media Marketing on Brand Loyalty, with Value Consciousness and Brand Consciousness as mediating variables. A case study was conducted on Kopi Janji Jiwa customers, focusing on how social media marketing influences brand loyalty and the effects of value awareness and brand awareness as mediators in this process. The research method involved data collection through surveys of respondents who are loyal customers of Kopi Janji Jiwa. The results of data analysis indicate that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Brand Loyalty. Furthermore, Value Consciousness and Brand Consciousness are proven to mediate the relationship between Social Media Marketing and Brand Loyalty. This means that social media marketing not only strengthens brand loyalty directly but also through the influence generated on the value awareness and brand consciousness of customers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of online content on tourist behavior intention at Solo Safari, mediated by satisfaction and digital marketing interaction. The research method used is a quantitative causal approach with primary data collected through online questionnaires distributed to tourists who visited Solo Safari in the past 3 months and interacted with posts on Instagram. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, and the number of respondents was calculated between 125 to 250 individuals. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that online content positively and significantly influences satisfaction, revisit intention, digital marketing interaction, and E-WOM, both directly and through satisfaction as a mediator. The study suggests focusing on content that enhances visitor satisfaction and improving the questionnaire design in future research.
