Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap keterikatan pegawai kantor BPSDM Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, (2) pengaruh kemampuan adaptasi terhadap keterikatan pegawai kantor BPSDM Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, dan (3) pengaruh secara simultan kecerdasan emosional dan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap keterikatan pegawai kantor BPSDM Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi responden adalah seluruh Pegawai BPSDM Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat yang berjumlah 74 Pegawai dan sampel diambil dengan teknik judgemental sampling sebanyak 32 Pegawai. metode penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kemampuan adaptasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan pegawai dibuktikan dengan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 17,203 > 3,33. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan pegawai hasil ini dibuktikan dengan Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 2,594 > 2.045. Kemampuan adaptasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan pegawai dibuktikan dengan Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 4.380 > 2.045. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Kemampuan Adaptasi, Keterikatan Pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee empowerment dan knowledge management terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat dengan jumlah 410 pegawai. Penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh 80 responden dengan teknik incidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk menguji kualitas data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial (t), uji simultan (F), dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai (thitung 3,824 > ttabel 1,911; B1X₁=0,322; sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Knowledge Management juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial (thitung = 3,597 > ttabel = 1,911; B2X2=0,394; sig. 0,001 < 0,05). Employee empowerment dan knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat (Fhitung 27,773 > Ftabel 3,115; sig 0,000 < 0,05), dengan kontribusi sebesar 41,9%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan dan pengelolaan pengetahuan berperan penting dalam peningkatan kinerja, meskipun masih terdapat 58,1% pengaruh dari faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Uhaidao, Kecamatan Aralle, Kabupaten Mamasa, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan pemuda desa melalui pelatihan yang menekankan pada kreativitas dan inovasi usaha. Pemuda desa memiliki potensi besar dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi lokal, namun sering kali menghadapi keterbatasan akses terhadap pelatihan, modal, dan pendampingan usaha. Kegiatan ini dirancang dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu identifikasi potensi lokal, pelatihan dasar kewirausahaan, workshop kreativitas usaha, serta simulasi dan pendampingan ide bisnis. Metode evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi, serta wawancara partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep kewirausahaan, serta munculnya beberapa ide usaha berbasis potensi lokal seperti produk olahan pertanian dan kerajinan tangan. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi dan kesiapan pemuda desa untuk memulai usaha mandiri, serta membuka peluang pembentukan ekosistem wirausaha muda yang berkelanjutan di Desa Uhaidao.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of QRIS usage and consumer satisfaction on the purchase decision of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) products in Mamuju Regency. The study employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of people who had purchased MSME products in Mamuju Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a sample size of 96 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection was performed through observation, interviews, documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing involving partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²) analysis. The results show that: (1) QRIS usage has a partially significant effect on the purchase decision of MSME products in Mamuju Regency; (2) Consumer satisfaction has a partially significant effect on the purchase decision of MSME products in Mamuju Regency; and (3) QRIS usage and consumer satisfaction have a simultaneously significant effect on the purchase decision of MSME products in Mamuju Regency. The combined contribution of these two variables is 33.4%, which is categorized as low. This indicates that 66.6% of the variability in the purchase decision of MSME products in Mamuju Regency is influenced by other variables outside of this model.

Abstract

Purpose: This study seeks to understand how work flexibility and social support can help employees effectively balance professional demands and personal life. Research Method: This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and distribution of questionnaires to all employees. Data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression to test relationships among variables, with partial (t-tests) and simultaneous (F-tests) tests used for hypothesis testing. Results and Discussion: The results show that Flexible Work and Social Support have a positive and significant effect on Work-Life Balance, both partially and simultaneously. This confirms that work flexibility and adequate social support can reduce work stress, improve emotional well-being, and strengthen employees' attachment to the organization. Implications: This study emphasizes the importance of implementing flexible work policies and a supportive work culture as human resource management strategies to improve job satisfaction and organizational sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims at the impact of work discipline, job satisfaction on implementation through work motivation at the Bawaslu office, Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. This examination is directed to use a quantitative methodology which is expected to clarify the situation of the factors considered and the relationship between one variable and another. The population in this review is the Mamuju Bawaslu sample and 8 Panwascam in Mamuju District, up to 100 people. The testing test instrument used is an investigative method using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. The research results show that 1). Work discipline has a critical constructive outcome on representative practices. 2). Work motivation has important results that are useful in representative execution. 3) Fulfillment Work did not have a critical constructive outcome on . 4). Fulfillment work did not have major beneficial results on motivation. 5). Work motivation has very beneficial results in representative execution. 6). Work Discipline in MPerformance through worker motivation shows that work discipline has very beneficial results in implementation when interrupted by motivation. 7). Execution through motivation shows that work discipline has a positive and inconsequential impact on implementation every time it is intervened by inspiration at the Mamuju Bawaslu Office, West Sulawesi Region.
