Abstract

ABSTRAKPada analisis yuridis pembentukan BUM Desa berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa di mana BUM Desa merupakan lembaga ekonomi baru yang masih membutuhkan landasan yang kuat untuk tumbuh dan berkembang. Tujuan Penelitian adalah (1) mengetahui pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM DESA) berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, (2) dapat menjelaskan hambatan pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah normatif, karena materi yang dibahas mengutamakan analisis dari segi peraturan perundang-undangan yang berhubungan dengan Pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pembentukan BUM Desa berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa antara lain: Pendirian BUM Desa berdasarkan perundangan dan teknis pendirian BUM Desa 2). Hambatan pembentukan BUM Desa berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa secara umum belum adanya peraturan daerah yang mengatur tentang BUM Desa sehingga tidak adanya dasar hukum yang menjadi landasan pembentukan BUM Desa. Objective: (1) determine the formation of village-owned enterprises (BUM DESA) pursuant to Act Number 6 of 2014 on the village, (2) barriers to the formation of village-owned enterprises pursuant to Act Number 6 of 2014 concerning the village. This type of research used in this study is normative, because the material covered prioritize a review of the terms of the legislation relating to the Establishment of village-owned enterprises pursuant to Act Number. 6 of 2014 concerning the village. Research results show that 1) Establishment BUM Desa by Act Number 6 of 2014 on the village include: Establishment BUM Desa based on legislation and technical establishments BUM Desa 2). Barriers BUM Desa establishment by Act Number 6 of 2014 on the village in general the lack of regulations governing BUM Desa area so that no legal basis on which the formation of BUM Desa.Keywords: BUM Desa; formation; village

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of company’s age, company’s size, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS). Testing hypotheses are conducted using multiple regression models with observation from 35 sample IPO in service trade and investment companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2008-2016. The empirical result show that company’s age and DER have negative significant effect on underpricing level. However company’s size, ROa and EPS have no significant effect on underpricing level.Keywords : IPO, Underpricing, company’s age, company’s size, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS).

Abstract

This journal discusses the role and strategy of optimizing preaching (dakwah) through social media, particularly in the context of the millennial generation. The modern era, dominated by social media, compels speakers to adapt preaching methods to be more effective and relevant. The goal of preaching remains to ensure understanding and implementation of religious teachings by the audience (mad'u). This literature study employs a descriptive analysis approach with a focus on social media as the main tool for preaching. Social media facilitates two-way interaction, accelerates message dissemination, and fosters creativity in delivering religious content. Optimizing preaching is achieved through the utilization of information and communication technology, especially through mass media and social media. The influence of Islam on social media emphasizes the importance of ijtihad (independent reasoning) by preachers in adapting Islamic messages to formats suitable for these platforms. The article also highlights the challenges of preaching in the modern era, particularly in addressing the communication preferences and lifestyles of the millennial generation, who tend to be online. By integrating religious messages with social media platforms, preaching can reach a broader and more diverse audience without geographical limitations. In conclusion, the optimal approach to preaching in the current era requires mastery of social media as the primary means of disseminating religious messages, especially to reach the millennial generation, which is the main focus in this digital age.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to describe the application of criminal sanctions against children who commit acts of abuse that result in death, as well as the legal protection from the viewpoint of the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. This study employs a normative juridical legal research research methodology; the technique used in this legal research is statutory, case-based, and conceptual approach. The study's study found that the legal regulation of children who commit violent crimes under the Criminal Code does not reflect an authentic understanding of what constitutes violence. Only in article 89 of the Criminal Code does it indicate that what constitutes committing violence causes individuals to faint or become helpless (weak). Along with Article 89 of the Criminal Code, Article 170 is one of the articles included in Book II on Crime's Chapter V headed "Crimes against Public Order." Consequently, the criminal conduct as defined in Article 170 is first and foremost a criminal act that violates or disturbs public order. Criminal responsibility for children who commit acts of physical violence that result in death is tied to the arrangement in Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code, as criminal responsibility is imposed on children when the child is found to have fulfilled the criminal element through an error committed by the child, violence committed by the child, and victims who are victims of physical violence are known to have died at the time or after the physical violence was committed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Sentajo Raya District. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singing Regency, amounting to 313 people. Based on Isaac and Michael's table, the sample is 161 teachers. In this study, the sample was taken using a cluster proportional random sampling technique. data collection method used is the method of questionnaires (questionnaire) and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 software. The results show that the principal's leadership style affects the performance of elementary school teachers ,work motivation affects the performance of elementary school teachers, and leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affects the performance of elementary school teachers for the teacher and the school to improve the principal's leadership and work motivation so that teacher performance becomes even higher.

Abstract

Ketidakmampuan siswa dalam membaca salah satunya disebabkan oleh sebagian guru hanya memberikan pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurangnya dalam penggunaan media terutama dalam mengajarkan keterampilan membaca, yang menyebabkan sisa tidak tertarik mengikuti proses belajar mengajar. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah tingkat kemampuan membaca siswa melalui penggunaan media kartu kelas II SD Negeri 26 Banda Aceh. Bertujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan membaca siswa melalui penggunaan media kartu kelas II SDN 26 Banda Aceh.Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Dilakukan penelitiannya di kelas II SD Negeri 26 Banda Aceh dengan subjek penelitian siswa sebanyak 29 orang, terdiri dari 12 laki-laki dan 17 perempuan. Menggunakan instrumen berupa tes dalam menyusun dan membaca kalimat dari sebuah cerita dan dokumentasi. Data yang dari hasil tes kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tabel kategori kemampuan siswa. Rumus persentase digunakan untuk menghitung persentase.Hasil analisis data tentang kemampuan membaca siswa melalui penggunaan media kartu kelas II SD Negeri 26 Banda Aceh berada pada kategori baik sekali dengan persentase 65,5%, sedangkan kemampuan membaca siswa lainnya melalui penggunaan media kartu berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase 24,2% dan kategori cukup dengan persentase 10,3%. Dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimal yang ditetapkan di SD Negeri 26 Banda Aceh yaitu 70. Dari 29 siswa yang mengikuti tes, 26 siswa mencapai KKM dengan persentase 89,7%. Diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 81 yang berada pada kategori baik sekali. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan kemampuan membaca siswa melalui penggunaan media kartu kelas II SDN 26 Banda Aceh adalah tuntas.

Abstract

  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran camat Air Hangat Timur dalam melakukan pembinaan terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2018 Tentang Kecamatan, serta mengetahui dan menganalisis bentuk pengawasan terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa di Kecamatan Air Hangat Timur Kabupaten Kerinci. Jenis penelitian adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran camat Air Hangat Timur dalam melakukan pembinaan terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa yang dalam hal ini dilihat dari pembangunan pasar rakyat sebagai bentuk pembangunan kawasan pedesaan belum sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2018 Tentang Kecamatan, dimana pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh camat dalam tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan setelah pelaksanaan pembangunan belum dilakukan secara optimal sehingga pembangunan pasar rakyat di kecamatan ini menjadi terbengkalai. Bentuk pengawasan terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa di Kecamatan Air Hangat Timur Kabupaten Kerinci belum dilakukan dengan baik, karena camat Air Hangat Timur kurang berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah desa, sehingga tidak ada upaya penyelesaian terhadap pasar rakyat yang telah dibangun tersebut.
