Abstract

Smartphone is a mobile phone or smart cellular phone that is equipped with the latest features and high capabilities like a computer. Smartphone market competition is increasing, it is undeniable that the use of smartphones among the community has become a necessity to support activities such as work or school, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The objectives of this study are To Know the Viral marketing and Customer Trust toward Customer Purchase Intention of Xiaomi Smartphone in Manado. The analytical method used is Multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion using Multiple linear regression and classical assumption test, it is concluded that the results of the hypothesis test found that simultaneously Viral Marketing and Customer Trust had a significant effect on Customer Purchase Intention. For Xiaomi Smartphone to maintain and improve the quality of brand again so that it will make its consumers more loyal to the brand also satisfied.

Abstract

Abstract: North Sulawesi is known as one of the places that produce Copra the most in Indonesia. In North Sulawesi, the agriculture sector is considered as one of the superior commodities for the economy. The people of North Sulawesi have been cultivating    coconut to be processed into copra as one of their main sources of income. The plantation in Pakuure Village, Tenga sub-district, South Minahasa Regency is an area that is overgrown with coconut plants. This village it is one of the producers of coconut plants in North Sulawesi. Based on the interview conducted with all of the ten informants which are the copra buyers, and then the result shows all of them are the copra buyers, and most informants almost have the same answers about being a copra buyer as the main commodity. It is also discovered that each of the ten informants have their own different experiences and opinions as a copra buyer and how the supply chain can affect their income. The quality of copra determines the price of copra, thus affects their income. According to them the quality of copra determines the price of the copra. Good quality copra always gets the best price, while the bad quality ones tend to have the worst price, that of course affects their income as a copra buyer that the supply chain of copra definitely affects the income of the copra buyers, as most of them being a copra buyer as their main source of income. From the results of the interview with all informants, researcher found that the supply chain of copra definitely affects the income of the copra buyers, as most of them being a copra buyer as their main source of income. Especially when it comes to quality control, if the copra farmers came up with a huge amount bad quality copra, it can heavily affect the final outcome of the copra buyers.   Keywords: supply chain

Abstract

The rapid spread of the COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in disruptions to banking performance and financial system stability. In response to this the government made one of the credit relaxation policies through credit restructuring for debtors affected by Covid 19. This debt restructuring provides relief for debtors to fulfill their obligations which indirectly the company has to opportunity to be able to allocate funds to the company’s operation first in the hope that this has an impact on imporving financial performance. This study aims to find out how the impact or influence of credit restructuring on financial performance during the covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative approach in cross sectional, by collecting data to calculate profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, collectability ratios, which are taken from financial statements taken at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Bisnis Mikro Manado Selatan. Financial reports for 2020-2022 when the pandemic occurred. The results of this study indicate that from the data obtained from the financial statements by calculating the profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, collectability ratio, it shows that the company still has the ability to meet its obligations during this pandemic, even though the credit restructuring is extended .   Keywords: financial performance, financial restructuring, restructuring, finance

Abstract

Product Placement and Influencer Marketing are types of marketing strategy that uses media such as Movies and TV Shows and also social media. The product will be promoted throughout the show and also through famous influencer in order for the brand to gain more recognition. Brand awareness are customers’ ability to recall and to use the product from a certain brand after seeing them and to buy them in the future. This paper consists of study on Generation Z’s behavior especially for the awareness of the brand through product placement that appears on Movies and TV Shows and also Influencer Marketing across social media platform. The result was taken from 100 Generation Z who lives in Manado and have interest on Movies and TV Shows along with influencers on social media. According to the findings, the people found that product placement has a significant impact towards the awareness of the brand and that influencers marketing has less impact due to the lack of trust that they have on the review that was done by the influencers.    Keyword: product placement, influencer marketing, brand awareness

Abstract

Employee productivity is an important aspect in ensuring every business‘s continuity. Workload, reward and work environment are three factors that are significant in the understanding, maintaining and boosting employees ‘productivity from any company or business unit. This study aims to figure out the influence of workload, reward and work environment to employees ‘productivity on UD. Rodamas employees. Overall population in this research is all employees of UD. Rodamas and the chosen sample is 30 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions analysis method. This research result proves that workload and reward simultaneously and partially have positive and significant influence employees ‘productivity on UD. Rodamas employees and only work environment that give the positive and insignificant impact. Its management have to preserve and boost workload, reward and work environment in this company and deliberate other factors that influence the employees ‘productivity on UD.
