Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment at Aro Puskesmas in Muara Bulian District. This study included descriptive verification research. The population of this study was 56 people. By using a Likert scale, it shows the variables of work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment are in a good category. And multiple regression to determine the relationship of work ethic, work discipline and employee commitment to the Aro Health Center in Muara Bulian District. The results of the study and discussion show that work ethic has a negative effect on employee performance, while work discipline variables and employee commitment variables have a positive effect on employee performance at Aro Health Center in Muara Bulian District. Simultaneously shows that work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment show an influence on employee performance. With the value of R Square of 0.725, this shows that work ethic, work discipline and employee commitment affect work performance as much as 72.5% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of non-food expenditure on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Batang Hari Regency during the period 2017–2024. The HDI is a comprehensive indicator that reflects the quality of human development through 3 (three) main dimensions, namely: health, education, and standard of living. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (CSA). Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression, supported by t-tests and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that non-food expenditure has a positive and significant effect on the HDI. In addition, the adjusted R² value of 0.784 indicates that 78.4% of the variation in the HDI can be explained by changes in non-food expenditure. This finding suggests that increasing productive non-food expenditure can be an effective strategy to improve human development outcomes at the regional level.

Abstract

SiLPA is the remaining budget formed the financial management process in terms of regional revenue and terms of regional expenditure. SiLPA can occur as a result of exceeding PAD receipts, exceeding financing receipts, spending savings, obligations to third parties until the end of the year that have not been resolved and remaining funds due The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of SiLPA in Batang Hari Regency and the components that cause SiLPA in the 2017-2022 fiscal year. The research method used in this study is Descriptive Quantitative, describing the components estimated to trigger the occurrence of SiLPA. to non-achievement of performance targets and remaining financing expenditure funds. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the SiLPA of Batang Hari Regency occurs on average due to savings in regional spending. This can be compared to the regional revenue of Batang Hari Regency which on average does not exceed the APBD target during the 2017-2022 fiscal year period.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the level of trust, product quality, price on purchasing decisions for palm sugar in Muara Bulian. The research was conducted using quantitative descriptive research, the population of this research were all direct buyers of palm sugar in the city of Muara Bulian, namely 75 regular customers. The research results show that simultaneous and partial testing shows that each variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase palm sugar in Muara Bulian.
