Abstract

Kata kunci : Sistem Kontrol, Alat Perangkap, Hama Serangga, Waktu Integrated pest control is carried out using pest trap lights that take advantage of the insect's attraction to night light. Insects that are attracted to light are trapped in a container filled with water mixed with detergent. Drain the trap container periodically to clean the trap container. After draining the trap container, fill it according to the maximum capacity of the trap container. The lights on the tool are turned on and off periodically as needed. A control system to make work easier using an Arduino device as a control center. The RTC(Real Time Clock) module is used to detect time as a control reference. Sensor devices used include rain sensors to detect weather conditions. Water level sensor device to detect the water level in the trap container. The actuator device used by the servo motor to drive the trap drain switch. Water pump actuator device to push the water in the reserve tube into the trap container after draining. The test was carried out for 6 days with the results that the tool control system could function properlyKeywords: Control system, Trap tool, Insect pests, Time

Abstract

This study aims to describe the patterns of digital consumption and the level of media literacy among the residents of Koto Mambang Village. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 31 randomly selected respondents aged 15 years and above, complemented by brief interviews with selected participants. The findings indicate that internet usage is relatively high, with most respondents purchasing data packages monthly. WhatsApp emerged as the most dominant platform, followed by TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. In terms of information literacy, over half of the respondents demonstrated critical awareness by verifying the truth of information before sharing it, while a smaller portion still relied on others’ opinions or spread information without verification. Although nearly half of the participants were familiar with fact-checking methods, a significant proportion remained unaware or only partially understood how to implement them. These results highlight that digital literacy in Koto Mambang Village has developed, yet disparities in knowledge and verification practices persist. Further educational initiatives are necessary to strengthen media literacy skills, particularly through participatory training programs that provide practical guidance on verifying online information
