Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh secara simultan komitmen kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru. 2) pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja guru, 3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, 4) pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan expost facto.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 2 Jeneponto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang berjumlah 64 orang, sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data variabel komitmen kerja, motivasi kerja, kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru yang sudah ada pada sekolah tersebut. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Secara keseluruhan komitmen kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi profesional secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Jeneponto; 2) komitmen kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; 3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; 4) kompetensi profesional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a literature study on nature-based learning for English subjects. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). In this study data collection was carried out by reviewing books, articles and journals. Based on this research it was found that nature-based learning can make students free to explore and interact directly with the environment. This makes students not only accept but become actors in the learning process. The results of the study also show that the use of nature- and environment-based learning models has proven effective in increasing English vocabularies and improving language skills, namely listening, reading, writing, and speaking. The results of the study show that the use of nature and environment-based learning is proven to be able to improve the results of mastery of English vocabulary well and is proven by the increase in the results of students' learning achievement.

Abstract

Human life depends heavily on character education, this is because each human being has characteristic differences. Character education is the process of giving guidance to the students to become human in its entirety by having character in the dimensions of thought, heart, taste, sport and karsa. Character education in Indonesia cannot be separated from the values of Pancasila as the guideline of life of the Indonesian nation. Character education based on the profile of students Pancasila can be meant through the education of the workforce, character education, education of values and moral education aimed at giving good or bad decisions, nurturing what is good, and realizing good in everyday life with full heart based on Pancasilla's high values as the philosophy of life of the Indonesian nation. Given the Indonesian territory that consists of many islands and has a wide variety of tribes, cultures and customs that vary so that the cultivation of character values and profiles of Pancasila students with a view of local wisdom this has the aim of improving the quality of maintenance and educational outcomes that lead to the achievement of the formation of character and morality of the personality of students. The values of the character with a view to local wisdom for students of pancasila as the grip of life, the source of morality and ideology of the Indonesian nation are always facing national and global challenges and dynamics. The visual character of local wisdom is closely related to the values of pancasila, because the reflection of Pancasila values is based on the self-esteem of the Indonesian community that is the characteristic of the national personality. This character must be inherited to the young generation for guidelines of life in order to preserve the personality of the nation in accordance with the noble values of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

The objectives of this research include: 1) To find out the general description of the implementation of the spirit of state defense of students at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. 2) To find out the general description of the caring attitude of students at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. 3) To find out and analyze the implementation of the spirit of state defense and the caring attitude of students through extracurricular scouting activities at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. The type of research chosen is qualitative narrative using the case study method. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep, South Sulawesi Province. in the third week of May 2024 to the fourth week of July 2024. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the spirit of state defense with its indicators was well implemented, namely (1) love of the homeland, (2) Awareness of the Nation and State, (3) Belief in the State Ideology Pancasila, (4) Willing to Sacrifice for the Nation and State, not yet optimal (5) Have the Ability to Defend the Country. Then the implementation of the social care attitude of students at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep is included in the category that has been well implemented through indicators: (1) honesty, (2) compassion, (3) humility, (4) friendliness, (5) kindness, and (6) always helping others. And in general, the relationship between the spirit of state defense, caring attitudes and extracurricular activities of students at SMKN 1 Pangkep through indicators, namely (1) discipline, (2) independence is still not optimal, (3) having noble character and noble character, (4) having the spirit of Pancasila, being loyal and obedient to the Republic of Indonesia, still needs to be improved (5) attitude of togetherness, (6) paying attention to common interests, (7) polite behavior, (8) respect for others, (9) cooperation attitude, and (10) sense of belonging.
