Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at the Bandung City Political and National Unity Agency. The National Unity and Political Body of Bandung City has the main task of carrying out supporting functions related to government affairs in the field of national unity and politics. The approach in this study uses quantitative methods in the form of associative (causal). The sample used is all employees, totaling 47 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample, where the entire population is sampled. The data obtained by the researcher used a questionnaire which was distributed to all employees. The data analysis used by the researcher is inferential statistics (parametric) with data feasibility tests including validity and reliability tests, prerequisite tests or basic assumptions of regression, namely residual normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. Meanwhile, for the hypothesis test, F test, t test, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and multiple regression equations were carried out. In this study, it was shown that the work discipline variable had a positive effect on performance with a value of 5.766 and a significant value less than 0.05. The work ethic variable shows a positive effect on performance as indicated by a value of 7.166 and a significant value less than 0.05. The variables of work ethic and work discipline both have a positive influence on employee performance with a value of 25.212 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how of work facilities, employee performance, work facilities on employee performance, as well as obstacles that arise and the efforts that must be made on work facilities and employee performance. The object of this research is the Village Office of Tegalpanjang Garut Regency. The method used is quantitative methods, data collection techniques using literature study, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination with a test tool in the form of SPSS Version 26. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the variable X (Work Facilities) and the Y variable (Employee Performance) had a very strong relationship, namely 0.991 (pearson correlation). The coefficient of determination is 0.983 which indicates that the work facilities have an effect of 98.3% on employee performance and the remaining 1.7% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author. The obstacles faced in this study were the filing cabinets experienced a lack of capacity to accommodate documents, the use of work facilities in Tegalpanjang Village became less effective, this was due to the large number of documents that were not stored in their place. Efforts to overcome this, namely the Tegalpanjang Village office can replace filing cabinets with a larger capacity. Conclusion that work facilities have a very strong relationship to employee performance with a very strong level of influence. Keywords : Work Facilities , Employee Performance.

Abstract

Success in the organization is inseparable from the performance of its employees in serving, so that it can meet the expectations of society with satisfying service quality. This study aims to determine how much influence the variable employee performance has on the variable quality of public services in Astanaanyar District. This research method uses a type of quantitative research, using a questionnaire data collection method. The population in this study were Astanaanyar District employees and the community who received services with a total of 60 people. Data processing in this study was assisted by SPSS software version 23.00. the results of data analysis were obtained from the results of the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, F Test, T Test and the Coefficient of Determination. Based on the results of the F test and T test, the results of data analysis show that employee performance variables affect service quality variables, and employee performance variables on service quality variables have a positive influence value. As well as the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test explaining that the employee performance variable has an effect on the service quality variable of 37.3%.
