Abstract

The development of internet in recent years caused a major prospect in online business. One of the businesses is e-commerce. E-commerce is an activity of selling and buying information through computer network. Website is a medium that can be used in e-commerce implementation. E-commerce website becomes an important part in supporting the companys success. Yet, there are many e-commerce websites that are not understandable by the user since the user cannot find out what they want. In addition, e-commerce website is still difficult to use. The users who cannot find what they want in e-commerce website will surely decrease the usability of the website. As a result, there must be a design planning which can be comprehended by the users to find the expected product easily. The Collaborative Analysis of Requirement and Design method can be used to solve the design problem. The method is one of the techniques in user centered design. The method focuses on users because in its process it involves the users, and the users are the the information source of this method. The information that is gained from the users can be taken form interview, questionairre and experimentation with component order. The result of this research gives contribution to the websites, that is advise to improve the website design so that the users can understand the working system and the design more comprehensively.

Abstract

Online learning has become a significant trend in recent years, but the lack of direct interaction between students and lecturers can reduce its effectiveness. This study addresses this challenge by incorporating real-world experiences—specifically two case studies, one real-world project, and simulations—alongside concrete artifacts such as software documentation, research reports, and test results. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of online learning in software verification and validation courses by incorporating real-world experiences and artifacts. A case study approach was used to test the effectiveness of this intervention by involving students from related courses. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and surveys, and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to understand the impact of the intervention on improving the learning experience and understanding of software verification and validation concepts. Qualitative analysis highlighted that the integration of these elements improved students' conceptual understanding and practical application skills. Quantitative results indicated a 30% increase in student engagement and a 25% improvement in understanding course material compared to prior cohorts. The findings underscore the importance of integrating real-world experiences and artifacts into online learning to promote deeper engagement, better comprehension, and more authentic learning experiences.

Abstract

Abstrak—Budaya adalah bagian integral dari kehidupan manusia, mencerminkan perilaku melalui norma, agama, seni,dan teknologi. Pada tahun 2022, terdapat 11.156 budaya Indonesia yang tercatat sebagai warisan budaya takbenda,dengan 1.728 orang yang diakui sebagai Warisan Budaya Takbenda Indonesia, termasuk aksara Sunda. Aksara inimerupakan sistem penulisan bahasa Sunda yang digunakan sejak abad ke-5. Namun, minat generasi muda terhadap budayalokal menurun akibat pengaruh budaya asing yang dianggap lebih menarik. Untuk melestarikan budaya Sunda,mengembangkan aplikasi Nyunda, sebuah aplikasi mobile yang mengubah huruf Latin ke huruf Sunda, menyediakan materibelajar, puisi, dan kuis. Aplikasi ini diimplementasikan pada Android minimal versi Marshmallow dan iOS 9, dan telah diujioleh 32 responden dengan 89,2% pengguna menyatakan aplikasi ini efektif sebagai media belajar. Abstract

Perpustakaan desa memainkan peran strategis dalam meningkatkan literasi masyarakat melalui penyediaan berbagai sumber informasi, termasuk buku fisik dan media digital. Namun, tantangan dalam pengelolaan dan aksesibilitas perpustakaan desa, khususnya di era digital, mendorong kebutuhan transformasi menuju perpustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan implementasi sistem informasi perpustakaan digital berbasis web di Desa Cibiru Wetan dengan pendekatan partisipatif kolaboratif dan intervensi teknologi. Fitur-fitur utama aplikasi dibangun untuk mengakomodir kepentingan anggota perpustakaan dan admin. Selain serah-terima aplikasi pada perangkat Desa, dilakukan perencanaan pelatihan lanjutan untuk keberlanjutan penggunaan sistem. Keberadaan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mendukung transformasi perpustakaan desa menjadi perpustakaan berbasis inklusi social serta meningkatkan literasi masyarakat di Desa Cibiru Wetan.

Abstract

Abstract—BSK Media is a radio home for several nearby radio stations and provides on air and off air content. BSK Media previously had a website, but the site did not run well because the system did not work well and there was no herbal medicine sales segment sold by BSK Media. Therefore, the author designed an android-based application with existing features, namely the radio play feature, sales of herbal medicines carried out by BSK Media, as well as providing news information to users and applications that will be used by admins to manage data through mobile applications. It is hoped that with this application, users can listen to streaming radio from various places and get herbal medicines from BSK Media products, and BSK Media can manage data related to input data. This application is tested using black box testing. The purpose of the test is to find out the application is running as expected.Keywords: Herbal Medicine, Digital Radio, Android

Abstract

Management plays an important role in a person's life by helping to achieve goals, reduce costs and effort, and provide direction and stability. Asset management is a crucial part of maintaining financial and economic stability, as assets are wealth that can serve as future security. Property, as one form of investment, can generate income through buying and selling at a higher price. However, many companies face challenges in managing assets efficiently. Therefore, we developed an asset management platform called Goopro, which focuses on asset management and transactions to help companies optimize their resources. In its development, Figma is used as a tool for interface design, while Google Forms is used for data collection needed in the application development process. The technologies applied include the Laravel framework for application development and MySQL as the database. This platform is expected to provide an effective solution for organizing and managing assets, supporting the economic growth of both companies and individuals.

Abstract

Healthcare chatbots are increasingly used to assist hospital staff, yet most existing systems rely on rule-based or generic machine learning (ML) approaches that lack the ability to comprehend natural language queries, while proprietary deep learning systems often incur high licensing costs. This work addresses this gap by proposing a cost-effective and scalable semantic vector retrieval solution for user intent recognition in a hospital information management system (HIMS) helpdesk chatbot. The MPNet based transformer model is employed to convert user inquiries and predefined intents into feature vectors, enabling highly accurate natural language understanding through cosine similarity retrieval within a dedicated vector database. The proposed vector search method was validated via an ablation study, achieving an accuracy of 0.70 for intent recognition, which demonstrates a significant performance gain of 28.0 percentage points over a traditional keyword-based search baseline. Usability testing across developer and doctor groups yielded an average score of 7.78 on a 10-point Likert scale. This study concludes that integrating semantic vector retrieval with a vector database is highly effective for recognizing specialized clinical intents, offering a more accurate solution that significantly reduces the manual helpdesk workload and enhances 24-hour assistance in healthcare.
