Abstract

This article discusses the concept of love as a rare harmonization in conflicts between major world religions. The emergence of conflict is sometimes indicated by a certain ideology, power, and social-religious. The purpose of this research is to understand, respond to, and provide solutions to any conflicts that have occurred in the world’s major religions. In this study, using a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis style using literature review techniques and using a historical review approach to explain descriptive analysis in discussing conflicts between the world’s major religions. What’s interesting about this article is that it offers the concept of love as taught in every religion. If without being based on love in realizing peace, it will be difficult to meet in deliberations, and greet one another. By taking the path of love, humans can create a harmonious life, a peaceful life without any disputes between other religious communities. So that with the diversity of people’s colors, religions, races, ethnicities, and cultures, we should be able to react wisely. Tolerance and mutual respect between fellow citizens must be upheld.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang konsep Islam dan Gender dalam semangat dasar ajaran Islam, Al-Qur’an, dan keadilan gender. Di dalam artikel ini membahas isu gender, perkawinan, keluarga, poligami, kekerasan terhadap perempuan, hak waris, dan perceraian dalam rumah tangga, sehingga dibahasnya isu tersebut dapat melahirkan suatu kedamaian dan keadilan. Sebagaimana Islam datang membawa perdamaian, agama Islam adalah agama penyempurna dan agama yang indah, karena segala sesuatu yang terjadi dalam kehidupan manusia untuk terciptanya kemenangan, baik pada kehidupan di akhirat maupun di dunia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami, menyikapi, dan memberikan jalan keluar terhadap isu-isu yang terjadi pada Gender dalam menciptakan suatu keadilan dalam Islam. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu studi pustaka (literature review) dan menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan analisis deskriptif dalam membahas Islam dan Gender. Menariknya dalam artikel ini adalah menampilkan Islam sebagai agama yang “memanusiakan manusia”, karena Islam selalu menghargai segala sesuatunya terutama dalam persoalan isu gender dan hak-hak lainnya yang terdapat di dalam Al-Qur’an, yang bertujuan sebagai jalan keluar untuk bisa menjadi tolok ukur dalam mewujudkan keadilan, kesejahteraan, dan perdamaian bagi sesama. Kemudian hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jalan keluar atas setiap masing-masing isu-isu tersebut sudah ada di dalam Al-Qur’an. Namun, penyelesaian jalan keluarnya memiliki perbedaan corak khasnya masing-masing terhadap isu yang satu dengan isu yang lainnya. Akan tetapi, perbedaan corak khas jalan keluar tersebut berpusat kepada satu esensi yang sama yaitu Islam pada akhirnya untuk mewujudkan kedamaian, keadilan, dan kesejahteraan.
