Abstract

There must be changes made to the system being used in order for it to be more effective and efficient if we are to increase the level of quality health care for the common people. Collection of data is crucial for the society as a whole's health care system. With the presence of information retrieval, certain information can be uncovered to support a process of public health care that can address any need for public health information. As the sole facility for providing healthcare services, Muhammadiah Palembang C type Hospital is located on Jl. A. Yani 13 in the nearby village of Ulu II in the city of Palembang. The system's performance in maintaining outpatient patient in Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang is less than optimal because outpatient data is still collected manually. Many problems that people face in their homes include problems with input, data expansion, and the occurrence of duplicate patient files, making data processing less effective and efficient. This can hinder the course of reports and smoothness in terms of service to patients. Because of this issue, it is necessary to develop a software application that can assist sick households, specifically in the administration of raw land, as well as in the reduction of costs associated with raw land, as well as in providing convenience in obtaining relevant, accurate, and timely information.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi sangat cepat, dan berkembang secara terus menerus. Kebutuhan manusia akan informasi juga semakin bertambah. Manusia menginginkan informasi yang cepat dan dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun sesuai yang diinginkan. Informasi ini berlaku untuk suatu apapun, seperti halnya toko, perusahaan, supermarket, organisasi, maupun pemerintahan desa. Sebuah Pemerintahan Desa pasti membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola data Desa. Desa Delta Upang merupakan salah satu contoh Pemerintahan desa yang membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi. Sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan berupa sistem informasi yang menangani tentang penginputan data-data penduduk, informasi penerima bantuan, Berita terupdate desa, kegiatan Desa, dan pelayanan lainnya. Pemerintahan Desa Delta Upang adalah salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Makarti Jaya Kabupaten Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatra Selatan

Abstract

In the digital age, information technology has become essential in many areas of life, including public administration. As a public service provider, the government needs to utilize technology to increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability in providing services to its citizens. The concrete expression of the innovation is the development of the Village Information System (SID) which aims to enable the village government to manage population data, development, and village administration in an integrated manner. The Ogan-Ilir Regency Government has developed and implemented two web applications, SIDESI (Integrated Village Information System). This application aims to facilitate the management of municipal data and village administration. SIDESI allows villages to consolidate data relevant to various development needs. This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey method using a questionnaire to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the SIDESI web application. This approach aims to obtain data obtained from questionnaires filled out by users directly from the SIDESI web application. The results of the use of the SIDESI application web application are very effective in managing population data, with features that make it easier for village officials to input family and resident data in a systematic and structured manner. This speeds up the data management process at the village level, as well as reduces the risk of human error in data recording.
