Abstract

AbstrakDalam aplikasi Supply Chain Management modern, melibatkan semua pihak yang merupakan kunci dalam produksi termasuk supplier. PT. Terryham Proplas Indonesia (TPI) merupakan perusahaan penghasil produk UPVC seperti jendela dan pintu. Salah satu komponen produksi PT TPI yaitu karet. Untuk memperoleh bahan yang berkualitasmaka perusahaan harus selektif. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi kinerja supplier menjadi faktor penting untuk melihat kinerja supplier atau sebagai bahan pertimbangan mana kala nantinya perusahaan harus mencari alternatif supplier lainnya. Permasalahan di PT TPI adalah adanya keterlambatan pengiriman supplier yang dapat mengambat produksi. Selain itu ada beberapa masalah yang muncul dari supplier yaitukelengkapan dokumen dan kualitas bahan yang dapat dikategorikan reject atau dibawah standar perusahaan. Evaluasi supplier ini menggunakan lima kriteria yaitu, harga, kualitas, delivery, quantity, dan kelengkapan dokumen. Dari kelima kriteria pemilihan supplier tersebut dilakukan pembobotan kriteria dengan mempergunakan model Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan penelitian, kriteria kualitas merupakan kriteria prioritas di PT Terryham Proplas Indonesia.Kata kunci: evaluasi kinerja supplier, bobot, kriteria, subkriteria, AHPABSTRACKIn modern Supply Chain Management applications, it involves all parties in production, including suppliers. PT. Terryham Proplast Indonesia (TPI) is a company that produces UPVC products such as windows and doors. One of PT TPI's production is rubber. To obtain quality materials, the company must be selective. Therefore, supplier performance evaluation is an important factor to see the supplier's performance or as a consideration when the company will have to look for other alternative suppliers. The problem at PT TPI is the delay in the delivery of suppliers which can hamper production. In addition, there are several problems that arise from suppliers, such the completeness of documents and the quality of materials that can be categorized as rejects or below company standards. This supplier evaluation uses five criteria, namely, price, quality, delivery, quantity, and completeness of documents. Of the five supplier selection criteria, the criteria are weighted using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model. Abstract

Abstrak Seiring perkembangan sistem informasi sudah sangat mengalami banyak perubahan, yang mana hal ini tidak terlepas dari perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat di era globalisasi saat ini yang dapat mempengaruhi banyak aspek dan mendorong persaingan antar perusahaan dalam rangka mengembangkan usahanya dan mengusahakan barang atau jasa yang dijualkan di pasaran sesuai dengan sasaran perusahaan. Milla laundry merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan jasa cuci setrika pakaian. Pelayanan pada Milla laundry saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional dan sederhana belum menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Milla laundry sangat membutuhkan rancangan program yang dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat setiap proses pelayanan dan memudahkan dalam melakukan pengelolaan laporan keuangan laundry. Pembuatan sistem ini dirancang menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya, dan memanfaatkan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah sistem informasi, dengan adanya sistem informasi jasa laundry ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan Milla Laundry. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Website, Laundry, PHP, MySQL Abstract The development of information systems has undergone many changes, which is inseparable from the increasingly rapid technological developments in the current era of globalization which can affect many aspects and encourage competition between companies to develop their business and seek goods or services sold on the market following company goals. Milla laundry is one of the businesses engaged in the service of washing and ironing clothes. Services at Milla laundry are currently still done conventionally and simply not using a computerized system. Milla laundry needs a program design that can help simplify and speed up every service process and make it easier to manage laundry financial reports. Making this system is designed using PHP as the programming language, and using MySQL as the database. The results of this study are in the form of an information system, with the laundry service information system, is expected to improve service quality which has an impact on increasing Milla Laundry's income. Abstract

AbstrakPertumbuhan ekonomi terus terjadi dimanapun dan kapanpun. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat disebabkan oleh jumlah penduduk, jumlah barang modal, luas tanah dan kekayaan alam, perkembangan teknologi, dan masih banyak faktor lainnya. Investasi merupakan salah satu pemicu perkembangan ekonomi karena investasi akan meningkatkan proses produksi yang akan akan berimbas pada konsumsi rumah tangga. Dalam melakukan investasi atau penanaman modal, diperlukan perhitungan yang matang untuk dapat mengetahui apakah investasi tersebut layak dilakukan atau tidak. Perhitungan kelayakan investasi dapat dikatakan cukup kompleks karena banyak faktor yang harus diperhitungkan sehingga biasanya perhitungan kelayakan investasi akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Pada departemen Teknik Industri Universitas Diponegoro, kelayakan investasi dipelajari pada mata kuliah Analisis dan Perancangan Perusahaan, khususnya investasi dalam perusahaan manufaktur. Mengingat perhitungan kelayakan dapat dikatakan cukup kompleks, maka diperlukan suatu aplikasi untuk membantu calon pelaku investasi untuk menemukan apakah investasi tersebut layak atau tidak untuk dilakukan. Pembuatan aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan visual basic for application (VBA) yang terdapat dalam aplikasi ms excel dan menggunakan metode waterfall sebagai metode perancangannya. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan perhitungan kelayakan investasi dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan akurat.Kata kunci: Aplikasi, Analisis Kelayakan Investasi, VBA Excel, Waterfall MethodAbstract Economic growth continues to occur anywhere and anytime. Economic growth can be caused by population, capital goods, land area and natural wealth, technological developments, and many other factors. Investment is one of the triggers for economic development because investment will increase the production process which will have an impact on household consumption. In making an investment or investment, careful calculations are needed to be able to find out whether the investment is feasible or not. The calculation of investment feasibility can be said to be quite complex because there are many factors that must be taken into account so that usually the calculation of investment feasibility will take quite a long time. In the Department of Industrial Engineering, Diponegoro University, investment feasibility is studied in the Company Analysis and Design course, especially investment in manufacturing companies. Considering that the feasibility calculation can be said to be quite complex, an application is needed to help potential investors to find out whether the investment is feasible or not. Making the application is done using Visual Basic for Application (VBA) contained in the MS Excel application and using the waterfall method as the design method. Abstract

AbstrakSeiring dengan perkembangan zaman, perusahaan manufaktur dihadapkan dengan tantangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas, produktifitas, serta fleksibilitias dalam beroperasi. Sistem informasi serta teknologi informasi memiliki fungsi sebagai suatu pendukung yang berperan untuk menunjang dalam pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan informasi yang telah tersedia. CV Cipta Usaha mandiri merupakan salah satu perusahaan produksi kayu lapis yang terletak di Kabupaten Temanggung. Jawa Tengah. Produk utama yang dihasilkan berupa kayu lapis barcore dengan target pasar regional ekspor ke Taiwan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan pengamatan dengan Ibu Ruli selaku teknisi di CV Cipta Usaha Mandiri, perusahaan ini menggunakan gudang alat bantu (non bahan baku) untuk penyimpanan persediaan alat-alat bantu produksi. Beberapa kendala yang terjadi diantaranya banyaknya kesalahan perhitungan dalam pencatatan persediaan dikarenakan masih menggunakan sistem manual dan sering terjadinya keterlambatan dalam pembuatan laporan persediaan barang yang disebabkan oleh penumpukan data transaksi barang masuk dan barang keluar. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya sistem informasi pergudangan yang sederhana, mudah digunakan tetapi efektif. Maka digunakan Microsoft Access dengan menggunakan siklus metode SDLC. Sistem informasi yang dibuat memiliki fitur untuk insert data alat, cek persediaan, kelola pembelian, kelola penggunaan, pembuatan laporan gudang dan juga sistem login dengan pendaftaran akun terlebih dahulu sebagai keamanan.Kata Kunci: Industri Kayu Lapis, Microsoft Access, Penyimpanan, Sistem Informasi, Systems Development Life CycleAbstractAlong with the times, manufacturing companies are faced with challenges to improve quality, productivity, and flexibility in operations. Information systems and information technology have a function as a supporter whose role is to support decision making based on available information. CV Cipta Usaha Mandiri is a plywood production company located in Temanggung Regency. Central Java. The main product produced is barcore plywood with a regional target of exporting to Taiwan. Based on the results of interviews and observations with Mrs. Ruli as a technician at CV Cipta Usaha Mandiri, this company uses a warehouse of auxiliary tools (non-raw materials) to store supplies of production aids. Some of the obstacles that occur are the number of calculation errors in recording inventory because they are still using the manual system and frequent delays in making inventory reports caused by the accumulation of transaction data for incoming and outgoing goods. Therefore, it is necessary to have a warehousing information system that is simple, easy to use but effective. Then Microsoft Access is used by using the SDLC method cycle. Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan industri yang berlangsung pesat mengakibatkan terjadinya persaingan yang semakin tinggi antara perusahan dengan perusahaan lainnya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Setiap perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengadaan barang atau jasa memerlukan persediaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kangean Energy Indonesia Ltd. yaitu perusahaan eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas. Divisi Inventory dan Logistic merupakan divisi yang bernaung di Departemen Supply Chain Management yang fokus dalam menyediakan dan menyimpan barang – barang operasional yang dibutuhkan oleh seluruh bagian perusahaan. Salah satu jenis material yang dikelola yaitu material MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations). Dalam material jenis MRO terdapat material Filter yang dipesan oleh KEI. Saat ini, ketersediaan material tersebut sangat sulit dikendalikan karena sering digunakan dan mudah kotor maka material tersebut seringkali mengalami stockout. KEI menerapkan metode Minimum Maximum Level (Min Max) untuk mengendalikan persediaan seluruh material jenis Filter tetapi tidak relevan dengan keadaan perusahaan saat ini, sebab perusahaan sering mengalami overstock maupun stock out pada beberapa material jenis MRO. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja manajemen persediaan yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dengan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), POQ (Period Order Quantity) dan min max. Dari ketiga metode tersebut, metode EOQ merupakan metode terbaik karena menunjukan penurunan inventory terbesar jika dibandingkan dengan kedua metode lainnya.Kata kunci: Pengendalian persediaan, Metode EOQ, Metode POQ, Metode min max.Abstract[Control Of Filter Material Inventory With Comparison Of Eoq, Poq, And Min – Max Methods (Case Study: Kangean Energy Indonesia Inventory Department, Ltd.)] The development of the industry has resulted in increasingly high competition between companies and other companies in meeting consumer needs. Every company engaged in the procurement of goods or services requires inventory. This research was conducted at Kangean Energy Indonesia Ltd. namely oil and gas exploration and production companies. The Inventory and Logistics Division is a division under the Supply Chain Management Department that focuses on providing and storing operational goods needed by all parts of the company. One type of material that is managed is MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) material. In the MRO type material, there is a filter material ordered by KEI. Currently, the availability of these materials is very difficult to control because they are often used and get dirty easily, so these materials often experience stockout. KEI applies the Minimum Maximum Level (Min Max) method to control the inventory of all Filter type materials but it is not relevant to the current state of the company, because the company often experiences overstock and stock outs on several MRO types of materials. This study aims to compare the performance of inventory management used by companies with the methods of EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), POQ (Period Order Quantity) and min max. Of the three methods, the EOQ method is the best method because it shows the largest decrease in inventory when compared to the other two methods.Keywords: Inventory control, EOQ method, POQ method, min max method.

Abstract

Abstrak CV. Catur Bhakti Mandiri merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang industri mebel kayu. Dalam proses produksi produk, masih terdapat beberapa defect yang terjadi disebabkan oleh kelalaian manusia (human error). Beberapa defect yang disebabkan oleh kelalaian manusia diantaranya salah ukuran saat pemotongan kayu, salah ukuran/ kedalaman pengeboran kayu, kegagalan dalam pengecatan sehingga warna yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai, dan kerusakan dalam pengiriman karena barang tidak ditata dengan baik dalam pengepakan. Dilakukan pengamatan terhadap operator yang bekerja pada CV. Catur Bhakti Mandiri menggunakan metode Systematic Error Reduction and Prediction (SHERPA) dan Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART). Metode SHERPA digunakan untuk menilai task sesuai dengan tingkat risiko human error yang ditimbulkan sedangkan HEART digunakan untuk mengkuantifikasi risiko human error. Didapatkan task yang memiliki risiko kesalahan tinggi dan nilai HEP terbesar adalah melakukan kalibrasi mal sesuai dengan ukuran. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis untuk mengurangi terjadinya defect yang disebabkan oleh human error sehingga jumlah part yang terbuang/ harus diolah kembali berkurang.Kata Kunci: Defect. Catur Bhakti Mandiri is a company engaged in the wood furniture industry. In the product production process, there are still some defects that occur due to human error. Some of the defects caused by human error include the wrong size when cutting wood, wrong size/depth of wood drilling, failure in painting so that the resulting color does not match, and damage in shipping because the goods are not properly arranged in packaging. Observations were made on operators working on CV. Catur Bhakti Mandiri uses the Systematic Error Reduction and Prediction (SHERPA) and Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART) methods. The SHERPA method is used to assess the task according to the level of risk of human error caused while HEART is used to quantify the risk of human error. A task that has a high risk of error and the largest HEP value is found is to calibrate the ruler according to the size. Furthermore, an analysis is carried out to reduce the occurrence of defects caused by human error so that the number of parts that are wasted / must be reprocessed is reduced.Kata Kunci: Defect. Abstract

AbstractPT ITCI Hutani Manunggal is an Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI) company with the main crops Eucalyptus Sp. and Acacia mangium. In this study, observations were made on the information system for data collection of PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal workers, which still uses MS Excel in manual input. After observations were made on the information system of PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal, there was a problem regarding the lack of efficiency and effectiveness in the data collection of these workers. This problem causes losses for PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal, both material and non-material losses. Procurement of information systems to conduct data collection minimizes the potential for human error that may occur and makes the data collection process more efficient. Actors who play a role in the equipment monitoring system, namely System Admin, HR Leaders, and HR staff. Abstract

AbstrakPT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile merupakan perusahaan manufacture textile yang memproduksi material benang menjadi kain mentah (kain grey) dan batik printing. Aktivitas perusahaan ini masih mengandalkan sumber daya manusia salah satunya pada unit warping. Unit warping yaitu bagian persiapan pada produksi yang membutuhkan energi lebih dalam pekerjaannya yang dapat menciptakan beban kerja. Pekerja unit warping mendapatkan target produksi yang diberikan untuk setiap tim dapat mereka capai. Terdapat kejadian gulungan benang beberapa beam kontruksi pada unit warping belum selesai sehingga menghambat pekerjaan pada unit sizing. Akibatnya unit sizing menganggur sehingga mengurangi produktivitas dan menyebabkan keterlambatan pesanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi beban kerja mental pekerja unit warping dengan menggunakan NASA-TLX. Metode NASA-TLX berisi kuesioner tentang kebutuhan pengukuran subjektif yang lebih mudah tetapi lebih sensitif pada pengukuran beban kerja (Hancock, 1988). Metode NASA-TLX lebih baik daripada metode lainnya karena pengukuran dilakukan dengan mengukur enam dimensi ukuran beban kerja mental yaitu kebutuhan mental, kebutuhan fisik, kebutuhan waktu, performansi, tingkat usaha dan tingkat frustasi (Okitasari dan Pujotomo, 2016). Berdasarkan masalah tersebut peneliti memperoleh hasil yang menunjukan bahwa dalam unit warping terdapat 10 pekerja memiliki beban kerja mental sedang dan 4 pekerja memiliki beban kerja mental berat. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat rekomendasi perbaikan yang diusulkan namun usulan perbaikan tersebut belum dilakukan implementasi.Kata Kunci: NASA-TLX, Beban Kerja, Mental Workload, Kebutuhan Mental, Kebutuhan FisikAbstractPT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile is a textile manufacturing company that produces yarn material into raw cloth (gray cloth) and batik printing. The company's activities still rely on human resources, one of which is in the warping unit. The warping unit is a preparatory part of production that requires more energy in its work which can create workload. Warping unit workers get production targets given to each team that they can achieve. There is an incident of several beam construction yarn rolls in the warping unit that have not been completed so that it hampers work on the sizing unit. As a result, the sizing unit is idle, reducing productivity and causing delays in orders. The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of factors that can affect the mental workload of warping unit workers using NASATLX. The NASA-TLX method contains a questionnaire on subjective measurement needs that is easier but more sensitive to workload measurement (Hancock, 1988). The NASA-TLX method is better than other methods because measurements are made by measuring six dimensions of mental workload measures, namely mental needs, physical needs, time needs, performance, level of effort and level of frustration (Okitasari & Pujotomo, 2016). Based on this problem, the researcher obtained results that showed that in the warping unit, 10 workers had a moderate mental workload and 4 workers had a heavy mental workload. In this study, there are recommendations for improvements proposed but the proposed improvements have not been implemented.Keywords: NASA-TLX, Workload, Mental Workload, Mental Needs, Physical Need

AbstrakSebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur, PT Pindad (Persero) tentunya perlu memperhatikan aspek efisiensi mulai dari proses produksi hingga produk jadi dapat sampai di tangan konsumen, tidak terkecuali pada produk Shoulder For E-Clip. Berdasarkan studi dan observasi yang dilakukan, ditemukan tujuh jenis waste yang terjadi di sepanjang proses produksi Shoulder For E-Clip. Identifikasi dan pemeringkatan waste dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Waste Assessment Model (WAM). Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa waste paling kritis ditemukan pada jenis overproduction dengan persentase 20.71%, diikuti defects dengan persentase 18.77%, serta inventory dengan persentase 15.71%. Sub-waste dari ketiga waste paling kritis dicari menggunakan analisis 5-Whys sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk mencari akar permasalahan pada metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil analisis pada FMEA menunjukkan bahwa Risk Priority Number (RPN) tertinggi ditemukan pada mode kegagalan breakdown mesin akibat produksi yang melebihi kapasitas, produk tidak sesuai spesifikasi akibat proses penuangan yang hanya mengandalkan feeling operator, serta penumpukan bahan mentah akibat kehabisan bahan bakar. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan berupa pengadaan training berkala tentang maintenance mesin kepada operator, melakukan reverse engineering pada mesin sambil meningkatkan pengawasan, serta melakukan evaluasi atau pergantian pada vendor penyedia bahan bakar.Kata kunci: 5-Whys; FMEA; Proses produksi; RPN; Shoulder for E-Clip; Waste Assessment ModelAbstractAs a manufacturing company, PT Pindad (Persero) needs to pay attention to production process efficiency until the finished products can reach consumers, including Shoulder For E-Clip products. Based on studies and observations conducted, seven types of waste were found that occurred throughout the Shoulder For E-Clip production process. Waste identification and ranking is done using the Waste Assessment Model (WAM) method. The data processing results showed that the most critical wastes were Overproduction with a percentage of 20.71%, followed by Defects with a percentage of 18.77%, and Inventory with a percentage of 15.71%. Sub-waste of the three most critical wastes is sought using 5-Whys analysis as a consideration to find the root cause in the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. FMEA results showed that the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) was found in the engine breakdown failure mode due to production that exceeded capacity, the product did not meet specifications due to the inaccurate pouring process, as well as the cummulation of raw materials due to fuel shortage. The proposed improvements provided are conducting periodic training on engine maintenance for operators, reverse engineering on the engine while increasing supervision, and evaluating or replacing fuel suppliers. Abstract

AbstractPT ITCI Hutani Manunggal is an Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI) company with the main crops Eucalyptus Sp. and Acacia mangium. In this study, observations were made on the information system for data collection of PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal workers, which still uses MS Excel in manual input. After observations were made on the information system of PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal, there was a problem regarding the lack of efficiency and effectiveness in the data collection of these workers. This problem causes losses for PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal, both material and non-material losses. Procurement of information systems to conduct data collection minimizes the potential for human error that may occur and makes the data collection process more efficient. Actors who play a role in the equipment monitoring system, namely System Admin, HR Leaders, and HR staff.
