Abstract

Abstract—The existence of an online academic system of lecturer assessment questionnaire in the Faculty of Computer Science - Budi Luhur University can help the management and lecturers in seeing the lecturer performance index based on student assessment. The questionnaire includes the level of student satisfaction in the form of a Likert scale numerical score against 19 (nineteen) categories, and student comments in natural language which can contain criticisms and suggestions for lecturers. Problems arise in classifying student comments because the writing style is free and not rigid, the online academic system of lecturer assessment questionnaire has not been able to predict the sentiment of student comments and correlation with the category of lecturer assessment. This study tries to classify comments in Indonesian language for comment analysis, which is correlated with the category’s lecturer assessment. It is hoped that the results of this study can help the university management and lecturers know the correlation between numerical scores and student comments. Keyword—Text classification, Natural Language, Naïve Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor, Support Vector Machine. Intisari—Adanya sistem angket penilaian dosen sistem akademik online di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer - Universitas Budi Luhur dapat membantu pihak manajemen dan dosen dalam melihat indeks kinerja dosen berdasarkan penilaian mahasiswa. Kuesioner tersebut meliputi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berupa skor numerik skala Likert terhadap 19 (sembilan belas) kategori, dan komentar mahasiswa dalam bahasa natural yang dapat berisi kritik dan saran bagi dosen. Permasalahan muncul dalam pengklasifikasian komentar mahasiswa karena gaya penulisannya yang bebas dan tidak kaku, sistem akademik online angket penilaian dosen belum mampu memprediksi sentimen komentar mahasiswa dan korelasinya dengan kategori penilaian dosen. Penelitian ini mencoba mengklasifikasikan komentar dalam bahasa Indonesia untuk analisis komentar, yang dikorelasikan dengan penilaian kategori dosen. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu pihak manajemen universitas dan dosen mengetahui hubungan antara nilai numerik dengan komentar mahasiswa. Abstract

Adanya sistem informasi yang mendukung kegiatan pengendalian, pemantauan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan DAK Sub-Bidang Rumah Swadaya dapat membantu pihak pemangku kepentingan dalam mengulas profil penerima bantuan dan progres dari tahapan bantuan rumah swadaya. Sebuah perangkat lunak dikatakan siap untuk dipakai apabila sudah melalui tahap pengujian. Test Driven Development (TDD) adalah suatu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dilakukan dengan membuat unit test terlebih dahulu sebelum mengimplementasikan kode program. TDD dan metode pengembangan tradisional memiliki adaptasi perubahan yang berbeda. Metode pengembangan tradisional cenderung sulit beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi selama pengembangan karena tiap tahap harus selesai sebelum memulai tahap berikutnya. Sementara itu, TDD lebih mudah beradaptasi denganan perubahan karena siklus pengembangan yang terus berulang memungkinkan perbaikan dan perubahan pada setiap tahap. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan adalah berupa sistem informasi profil penerima bantuan dan progres tahapan bantuan rumah swadaya DAK Sub-Bidang Rumah Swadaya PUPR. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah PHP, sedangkan alat yang digunakan untuk pengujian adalah PHPUnit. Hasil implementasi TDD membuktikan bahwa fungsi-fungsi dari aplikasi web yang dibangun dapat bekerja dengan baik. Selain itu, kode program yang dihasilkan juga menjadi tertata dan mudah dibaca oleh pengembang lain sehingga memudahkan refactoring

Abstract

Interacting with data is a common occurrence. However, it should be realized that the data received often requires refinement to make it easier to read and search. The data refinement process is called as data cleansing. For instance, inconsistency of address writing often occurs, such as street names and city names mixed in the same field. Hence, it is difficult to read and be processed further. Excel provides the MID and FIND functions. If these two functions are combined, they will help us separate the city name from the street name and also placing the city name in its own column.

Abstract

Web interface testing is a critical stage in ensuring the functionality of web-based applications, including those delivered through Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms that provide online form services. Jotform is a widely used SaaS platform for building online forms; however, its dynamic characteristics, use of iframes, and limited access to source code can make manual testing inefficient and difficult to reproduce. Therefore, end-to-end automated testing represents a relevant approach for validating the functionality of such web form interfaces. This study aims to analyze the application of the Cypress framework for automated web interface testing on SaaS-based Jotform forms. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, with the research object consisting of a simulated form designed using multi-page features, conditional logic, field validation, and URL prefill mechanisms. Testing was conducted by repeatedly executing a single primary scenario, namely successful form submission, under the same testing environment. The analyzed variables include test execution time, test stability, and test script complexity. The results indicate that Cypress is able to execute automated web interface tests on Jotform forms consistently, with relatively stable execution times and no failures observed during repeated test runs. In addition, test script complexity increases as additional handling for dynamic elements and conditional validation is introduced. These findings suggest that Cypress can be considered a reliable automated testing framework for testing web interfaces of SaaS-based online forms.
