Abstract

The research aims to know relation, (1) self-efficacy and achievement  of study, (2) social interaction and achievement of study, (3) with together between self-efficacy and social interactionwith achieviement of study in student environment guidance conceling Islamic Department Dawah Faculty and Communication science of IAIN Padangsidimpuan on academic 2013/2014. Kind of this research expost facto. Population of the research all of students guidance conceling Islamic Department Dawah Faculty and Communication science of IAIN Padangsidimpuan on academic 2013/2014, are totally 187 students sampling technique is used sampling nonprobability with saturate sample technique on often mentioned study cencus so sample totally 187 students.Collecting data method is used that questionarry method to measure self-efficacy and social interaction and record keeping method to measure of achievement study. Analysis data technique is used descriptive statistic analysis and regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and the learning achievement with a correlation of 0.686. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between interaction social and the learning achievement with a correlation of 0.788. (3) Taken together there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and interaction social to learning achievement with correlation of 0.854. Based on these results, it was concluded that student achievement is influenced by self-efficacy and interaction social.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students who observed low interest in science learning, negatively affecting their cognitive learning outcomes. The issue stems from the conventional, teacher-centered lecture method, resulting in one-way communication that causes students to become bored and disengaged. This study aims to enhance students' interest in learning by implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model supported by visual media for 5th-grade students at elementary school SD Negeri 100706 Padang Lancat in Padangsidimpuan City, North Sumatra, Indonesia. This research employs a collaborative Classroom Action Research approach with homeroom teachers. Data collection involved observation sheets and questionnaires. The findings indicate that the PBL model assisted by visual media significantly increased students' interest in learning science. Initial data revealed that only 26.67% of students were categorized as having a good interest in learning. In Cycle I, this percentage increased to 60%, and in Cycle II, it further rose to 87%, with students categorized as having good and very good interest in learning.

Abstract

Penerapan full day school merupakan alternatif solusi dari revolusi pendidikan terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan. Full day school adalah istilah dari proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara penuh, dimana aktifitas belajar anak dilakukan lebih banyak disekolah daripada dirumah. Proses belajar mengajar diberlakukan di pagi hari sampai dengan sore hari. Konsep dasar full day school sama dengan pendidikan Islam, dimana aplikasinya bertujuan agar memanfaatkan waktu dengan melakukan hal yang bermanfaat, ini adalah manifestasi dari belajar tanpa batas. Pendidikan Islam sebagai usaha untuk membimbing pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kepribadian siswa supaya mereka hidup sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Pendidikan merupakan satu dari pembahasan-pembahasan yang ada pada Al-Qur’an. Al-Qur’an merupakan firman Allah yang selanjutnya dijadikan pedoman hidup (way of life) kaum muslim yang tidak ada keraguan di dalamnya. Di dalamnya terkandung ajaran-ajaran pokok (prinsip dasar) menyangkut segala hal aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk pendidikan. Al-Qur’an bisa dijadikan sebagai inspirasi untuk dikembangkan dalam rangka membangun pendidikan yang bermutu. Kata kunci: Full day school, Pendidikan, Al-Qur’an Implementation of full day school is an alternative solution of the educational revolution to the problems that occur in education. Full day school is the term of the learning process that is carried out in full, where the learning activities of children done more school than at home. Teaching and learning process is applied in the morning until the afternoon. The basic concept of full day school is the same as Islamic education, where its application aims to make use of time by doing useful things, this is a manifestation of learning without limit. Islamic education as an effort to guide the growth and development of student personalities so that they live in accordance with the teachings of Islam. Education is one of the discussions that exist in the Qur'an. The Qur'an is the word of Allah which is then used as a guide of life (way of life) of the Muslims that there is no doubt in it. It contains the basic teachings (basic principles) concerning all aspects of human life, including education. The Qur'an can serve as an inspiration to develop in order to build a quality education. Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of lexical interference based on word classes in the Angkola Mandailing language towards Indonesian speech among the people of Tano Bato Village, Padang Sidempuan City, and the factors causing lexical interference of the Angkola Mandailing language towards Indonesian speech among the people of Tano Bato Village, Padang Sidempuan City. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The method used in collecting data for this study is listening, free conversation, recording and note-taking techniques. The data analysis method in this study begins with describing all forms of conversation that the author found in the lexical interference of the Angkola Mandailing language in Indonesian speech among the people of Tano Bato Village, Padang Sidempuan City in the process that occurred. The next step is grouping all data according to the criteria for the form of lexical interference, and finally the data reduction of the results of this study is as follows: it was found that there was lexical interference of the Angkola Mandailing language on Indonesian speech among the people of Tano Bato Village, Padang Sidempuan City in the form of noun classes (nouns) consisting of 24 data, verb classes (verbs) consisting of 30 data, adjective classes (adjectives) consisting of 26 data, numeral classes (numeralia) consisting of 7 data, adverb classes (adverbs) consisting of 7 data and pronoun classes (pronouns) consisting of 6 data. The factors causing lexical interference of the Angkola Mandailing language with Indonesian speech among the Tano Bato Village community in Padang Sidempuan City include the bilingualism of the speech participants and the carrying over of habits in the mother tongue.

Abstract

Speaking skills are an important aspect of the communication and learning process, especially at the elementary school level. However, there are still many students who show low speaking skills, characterized by a lack of confidence, limited vocabulary, and dominance of lecture methods in learning. This research aims to improve the speaking skills of grade IV students of SD Negeri 0216 Aek Tunjang through the application of the Show and Tell method in PPKn subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and speech skills assessments, then analyzed descriptively, quantitatively, and qualitatively. The results showed a significant improvement in students' speaking skills, with the average score increasing from 13% in the pre-cycle to 78.66% in the second cycle and the completeness of classical learning reaching 83.33%. These findings show that the Show and Tell method is effective in building confidence, expanding vocabulary, and encouraging students' active participation in conveying ideas in a concise and clear manner. Therefore, this method is recommended as an effective learning strategy to improve speaking skills in elementary school.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tentang upaya dalam meningkatkan ketaatan ibadah siswa di SMKS YPIPL Gunung Tua. karena banyak siswa yang tidak melaksanakan shalat dzuhur di lingkungan sekolah baik secara individu ataupun berjamaah, padahal pihak sekolah sudah mewajibkan shalat dzuhur dilingkungan sekolah untuk seluruh siswanya. Untuk itu bagaimana peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan ketaatan ibadah siswa di SMKS YPIPL Gunung Tua. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan instrument pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah imforman yang artinya berada pada latar penelitian yang dimanfaatkan untuk memberikan informasi tentang situasi dan kondisi latar penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan ketaatan ibadah siswa di SMKS YPIPL Gunung Tua yaitu seorang guru berperan sebagai pendidik, guru sebagai motivator, guru sebagai penasehat dan guru sebagai pembimbing. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Mengatasi Permasalahan Terkait Hambatan Dalam Meningkatkan Ketaatan Ibadah Shalat yaitu memberikan teladan, membiasakan, menegakkan disiplin, motivasi, memberikan hadiah terutama psikologis, menghukum dan menciptakan suasana yang berpengaruh bagi pertumbuhan positif.
