Abstract

Textile liquid waste is pollution resulted from textile industry activities that often produce hazardous and toxic materials. Therefore, appropriate processing techniques are needed. There are many processing methods that can be used in treating this textile liquid waste, one of which is using membrane technology with phase inversion techniques. Membrane technology has advantages over other processing methods such as, being biopolymeric, relatively lower energy consumption, does not use chemicals in the processing process, and does not cause new waste in the processing process.  In this study, 3 variations of cellulose acetate propionate (CAP) concentration were carried out in the manufacture of membranes including, 13% CAP; 14% CAP; and 15% CAP. Membranes that have been made are then carried out several analyses, namely porosity analysis; flux analysis; rejection analysis; and color concentration reduction analysis. The results in this study found that the highest porosity value, rejection value and flux value were found in the CAP membrane with a concentration of 13%.  The CAP membrane has the best rejection value on reducing the remazol concentration of 43% with a membrane of 13% CAP.

Abstract

Perfume is a mixture of essential oils and aroma compounds, fixatives, and solvents used to give fragrance and can be developed as essential oil application products in the form of solid perfume. Solid perfume essential is perfume solid form with advantage that economical, easy to carry, and not easily spilled. Whose main ingredients are from candelilla wax and essential oil. The purpose of this study was to compare the formulation of solid parfume with variations in the addition of heavy fraction patchouli oil which is preferred by the public. The methods used in this study are survey and experimental methods consisting of several stages, namely preformulation, material determination, product manufacture, and product evaluation with several tests. In this research, there were two formulations with the addition of patchouli oil as much as 1 and 3 wt%. The evaluation tests conducted in this study consisted of a hedonic test, a perfume resistance test, an odor acuity test, and an irritation test. The results of this study were that panelists were more interested in F2 which had a longer odor resistance and a higher fragrance intensity.Keywords:patchouli oil, perfume, solid perfume, wax

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada CV. Damar Land, apakah komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada CV. Damar Land ,apakah kepuasan kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada CV. Damar Land. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kepuasan kerja diperoleh thitung (4,963) > t tabel (1,693) dan mempunyai nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), variabel komitmen organisasi diperoleh t hitung (3,846) sehingga t hitung > t tabel (3,846 > 1,693) dan nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,001 (0,001 < 0,05), f hitung adalah 20,066 dan f tabel bernilai 3,290 sehingga f hitung > f tabel (20,066 > 3,290) dan nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, variabel kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.
