Abstract

The researcher’s intention of doing this research is to reveal The Effect of Commitment and Organizational Climate on Teachers’ Performance at Bina Bangsa Wilmar-CKP private elementary school. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of commitment and organizational climate simultaneously, partially, and to determine the biggest influence between the two on teachers’ performance at Bina Bangsa Wilmar-CKP private elementary school. This research uses qualitative approach with the combination of descriptive and explanatory research types. The populations of this research are three schools of Bina Bangsa private elementary school, which are under Bina bangsa Wilmar-CKP educational foundation, using error rate of 5%. This research uses the Bina Bangsa Private Elementary School Teacher respondent questionnaire method as a data collection technique and documentation method to obtain secondary information needed. In this research validation test is conducted using product moment model Pearson’s correlation approach, while instrument reliability test is conducted using Alpha Cronbach. Hypothesis testing in this research uses multiple linier regression techniques with F Test and t Test. Keywords: keyword_ Commitment, Organizational Climate, Teacher Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Atletik Kids dan O2SN terhadap perkembangan minat dan motivasi siswa dalam berolahraga di Kecamatan Tamanan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan minat siswa dalam mengikuti olahraga mencapai nilai 4,31, yang dikategorikan sebagai sangat tinggi atau sangat baik. Namun, motivasi siswa untuk berolahraga berada pada kategori yang bervariasi, di mana 6% termasuk dalam kategori sangat kurang, 16% kurang, 41% cukup, 28% tinggi, dan 9% baik sekali. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa motivasi siswa, berdasarkan dua faktor, yaitu intrinsik dan ekstrinsik, memiliki persentase masing-masing 80,98% dan 75,87%, keduanya masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun minat siswa tinggi, masih terdapat tantangan dalam motivasi berolahraga yang perlu diatasi. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan program yang lebih menarik dan mendukung diperlukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam berolahraga di Kecamatan Tamanan.

Abstract

Objectives – The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of work environment and workload on job satisfaction and work discipline and the indirect effect of work environment and workload on work discipline through job satisfaction.Design/Methodology/Approach – The research respondents were 35 employees of the Ward District Office of Mojokerto Regency. This study used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with the SEM-PLS test and processed using the WARP PLS 8 program.Findings - The results showed that there was a direct effect of the work environment and workload on job satisfaction and work discipline. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on work discipline. The work environment is not proven to have a significant effect on work discipline through job satisfaction and workload is proven to have a significant effect on work discipline through job satisfaction.
