Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Andalan Jaya Logistik yang merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa freight-forwarding yang berdiri sejak tahun 2012. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Prestasi Kerja terhadap Promosi Jabatan Karyawan PT Andalan Jaya Logistik. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan pembagian kuesioner, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data mengunakan análisis regresi linear berganda.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan Karyawan PT Andalan Jaya Logistik. Prestasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan Karyawan PT Andalan Jaya Logistik. Abstract

This research was conducted on employees who work at PT. Primatech Medan Engineering. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of communication and work discipline on employee work stress. The population and sample in this study were found to be 50 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously communication and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work stress of employees of PT. Primatech Medan Engineering. Partially, communication affects the work stress of PT. Primatech Medan Engineering. Partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work stress of PT. Primatech Medan Engineering. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value is 0.316 which means that it explains that employee stress is 31.6% while the remaining 68.4% is influenced by variables that are not examined such as: work rotation, conflict, salary, and so on.

Abstract

PT. Sari is a restaurant that has a distinctive interior design, which is a combination of blue and red colors with wood elements in the furniture found in almost all of their outlets. The workload that employees receive while working in the company makes employees feel pressured because it is based on the experience possessed by employees. Compensation given by the company to its employees is still considered standard and some are still almost equivalent to the UMK currently in effect in the city of Medan, making employees feel that the compensation they currently receive is not appropriate. Employees complained about the lack of satisfaction they had while working in the company because uncomfortable working conditions caused some employees to be lazy to complete their work. The research population that will be used in the study are: all 364 employees of the company. Based on calculations using the Slovin formula, it can be seen that the number of samples obtained was 78 samples where the tolerance level used 10% due to time and energy limitations from the researchers so that the researchers reduced the number of samples from a tolerance level of 5% to 10%. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of job satisfaction and compensation on the work stress of employees of PT. Sari. While partially found the variable job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work stress of employees of PT. Sari. Partially it was found that the compensation variable had a significant effect on the work stress of PT. Sari. The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable has more influence than job satisfaction on the work stress of PT. Sari.
