Abstract

   The ZnO/TiO2 bilayer was fabricated on the fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrate. The ZnO nanorods and TiO2 nanoparticles were developed as photoanode material that were fabricated by using sol-gel immersion and squeegee method. The structure of ZnO/TiO2 bilayer showed a good properties for photoanode in DSSCs application. The ZnO/TiO2 bilayer has large surface area that could increase a dye loading and performance of photoanode. Meanwhile, the micro-Raman spectra of ZnO/TiO2 bilayer indicated a good crystallinity. Therefore, the ZnO/TiO2 bilayer showed a good structure for photoanode in DSSCs application.Key words: ZnO nanorods, TiO2 nanoparticles, ZnO/TiO2 bilayer, Photoanode ABSTRAKLapisan ZnO/TiO2 difabrikasi di atas substrat oksida timah yang di doping florin (FTO). Batang nano ZnO dan partikel nano TiO2 dikembangkan sebagai material fotoanoda yang difabrikasi menggunakan metode pencelupan sol-gel dan squeegee. Struktur lapisan ZnO/TiO2menunjukkan sifat fotoanoda yang baik dalam aplikasi DSSCs. Lapisan ZnO/TiO2memiliki luas permukaan yang besar yang bisa meningkatkan muatan dye dan performa fotoanoda. Sedangkan spktrum mikro-Raman lapisan ZnO/TiO2mengindikasikan kristalinitas yang bagus. Oleh karena itu, lapisan ZnO/TiO2menunjukkan struktur yang baik untuk fotoanoda di dalam aplikasi DSSCs.Kata Kunci: batang nano ZnO, partikel nano TiO2, lapisan ZnO/TiO2, fotoanoda

Abstract

Islamic education does not merely focus on the transfer of knowledge but also emphasizes the development of character, morality, and spiritual consciousness. Spiritual values are central in shaping learners who are not only intellectually capable but also faithful and pious. In this context, teachers serve not only as educators but also as spiritual mentors who instill values such as sincerity (ikhlas), trust in God (tawakkal), and divine awareness. This study aims to: 1) Explore the content and themes of the novel Imama Al-Hafidzh by Tri Lyagustina; and 2) Identify the Islamic spiritual values present in the novel and their relevance to contemporary life. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research methods, relying on both primary and secondary sources. Data analysis was conducted by collecting, comparing, and synthesizing information to produce a systematic and comprehensive study. The findings reveal that the novel tells the story of a young man who burns his own finger in a forest to resist temptation, symbolizing strong faith and self-control. The novel conveys messages such as steadfastness in principles, resisting worldly pleasures, not neglecting worship, and making the most of life to serve Allah. The spiritual values found in the novel include: faith, sincerity, patience, trust in God, gratitude, acceptance, repentance, Islamic brotherhood, asceticism, positive thinking, humility in worship, consistency, and love. These values, which are rooted in the Qur’an and Hadith, are highly relevant and can be integrated into Islamic religious education to strengthen students' character in the face of modern challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa di kelas VII MTs Al-Ghozaly tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) menggunakan desain pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas VII C sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing dan kelas VII D sebagai kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes uraian yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik antara hasil posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol (p > 0,05). Namun demikian, hasil uji gain menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman konsep pada kelas eksperimen dengan kategori sedang, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol peningkatannya rendah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara praktis, penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional, meskipun belum menunjukkan signifikansi secara statistik. Dengan demikian, model ini tetap relevan digunakan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran aktif yang berpusat pada siswa.

Abstract

The problems of water quality and its management are a global issue that must be resolved. Technology of membrane filtration shows the good potential of water treatment to improve water quality, eliminate harmful contaminants and efficiently restore nutrients. This article aims to give a comprehensive review of membrane filtration, consists of membrane filtration performance to remove contaminants, energy consumption, cost aspects and strategies of antifouling. Technologies in membrane filtration are microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF) and (reverse osmosis) RO. The results of this study indicate that, MF/UF system can effectively remove bacteria and be used as a pre-treatment before the NF/RO process. NF/RO system can remove contaminants higher than MF/UF. It can remove almost all contaminants, ions, heavy metals, viruses and pharmaceutical compounds (PhAC). However, the system is more susceptible to membrane fouling, but these problems can be solved with adequate pre-treatment. Water treatment with NF and RO offers a good alternative because its operation makes it possible to use lower energy consumption compared to conventional water treatment. Based on the cost aspect, if the virus and ion contamination are not the main target in the filtering and not for consumption, the MF/UF system is sufficient and will be more economical than using NF/RO. The finding of this study can provide insight into the effectiveness of membrane filtration technology in water treatment. Future research can develop membrane filtration technology so that it has good performance, low energy consumption and low cost.
