Abstract

Sistem informasi LENTERA (Learn Technology and Entrepreneur Character) dirancang untuk mendukung ketercapaian visi UNIPMA dan mendukung program smart city di kota Madiun.Tujuan LENTERA diantaranya Membentuk Ekosistem Social Learning secara daring dimana didalamnya membahas hal khusus seputar Teknologi di berbagai bidang yang dapat diakses oleh mahasiswa dan dosen di berbagai program studi yang ingin memberikan wawasan dan mempelajari perkembangan teknologi di berbagai bidang. Membentuk Ekosistem Social Learning secara daring untuk membentuk karakter Entrepreneur di kalangan civitas akademik Universitas PGRI Madiun. Dalam proses pengembangan terakhir, redesain rancangan dengan memanfaatkan prinsip Agile,  menghasilkan uji rancangan bernilai 73 poin dengan kategori “Bagus” dari pengembangan rancangan sebelumnya yang hanya bernilai 43 poin. Sehingga pada tahap selanjutnya dapat dilakukan pengisian konten digital LENTERA dengan memanfaatkan Design Thinking Process Framework. Konten digital ini melibatkan pembuatan video mini course setiap materi pembelajaran, lengkap dengan informasi berupa inforgrafis, berita, serta kondisi persuasif yang ditujukan untuk karakteristik calong pengguna lentera. Secara keseluruhan penerapan konten digital pada produk LENTERA dengan pendekatan design thinking process bisa dilakukan, menghasilkan nilai kebergunaan sebesar 73 poin dengan keterangan baik, namun terdapat beberapa masukan pada ketidakonsistensinan penggunaan bahasa pada sistem yang dibuat di seluruh halaman LENTERA, dan baiknya untuk jenis kursus diperbanyak dan dikelompokkan agar perbedaan antara fasilitas kursus teknologi dan entrepreneurnya bisa mudah dan jelas terlihat oleh calon pengguna.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important sector in the Indonesian economy. However, many MSMEs face obstacles in accessing digital technology to improve competitiveness and innovation. With the development of the Smart City concept, which integrates technology to improve quality of life and access to public services, MSMEs in areas that adopt it have the opportunity to utilise digital technology. Madiun City, as part of the Smart City initiative, has great potential in developing an inclusive digital ecosystem for MSMEs. This research aims to formulate an effective website development model for MSMEs in Madiun City, to support product innovation and marketing and improve competitiveness in the digital market. The analysis shows that website development can improve MSME competitiveness and innovation, with benefits such as wider market access and integration with digital marketing technology. However, the main challenges faced are limited digital knowledge, development costs, and security threats. Therefore, support from the government and related institutions is needed to provide training and resources for sustainable website management.
