During the planning stage, Muslim families prepare the planning process based on lillahi taala's (everything for god) intentions. Then at the implementation stage, Muslim families carry out activities to fulfill their needs in a halal and Thayib way. As for the monitoring stage, Muslim families spend some of their income through zakat, infaq, and sadaqah as a sustainability act toward the afterlife. Abstract

The main business development problem in the sub-district of Turen Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) is the lack of a business plan which incorporates broad aspects such as access to capital, marketing, and the involvement of local resources. Yet, the MSME community has existed in Turen and is responsible for business development activities. Therefore, this program provides knowledge and skills about designing business plans and forming a business development model based on the MSMEs community. 30 MSMEs from Turen Sub-district participated in this program that was executed from May to July 2023 in several stages: i) socialization and program preparation; ii) implementation of technical guidance; and iii) evaluation. Firstly, the result is the design of a training program emphasising business management, financial literacy and digital marketing. Then at the implementation stage, materials were delivered by academics and practitioners. Finally, from the evaluation, positive feedback is expressed where MSMEs got the knowledge and practical skills with assistance from trainers. By far, MSMEs only oversee business opportunities without considering market share, competition and business development plans for the future. The MSMEs community uses this to manage upcoming activities, supported by a structured schedule and adequate trainers. In the future, prioritized training will be digitalization of financial reports and techniques for preserving processed food products.
