Uji Kualitas Akustika Masjid Gedhe Mataram di Kotagede Yogyakarta Terhadap Konstruksi Bangunan Masjid Muhammad Badru Zaman

Abstract

The Gedhe Mataram Mosque is the oldest mosque in the city of Yogyakarta which is south of Pasar Kotagede, the Gedhe Mataram Mosque became the main mosque during the Mataram Kingdom and has a unique architectural style, namely with a blend of Hindu-Buddhist, Javanese and Islamic architecture. Until now, the Gedhe Mataram Mosque still maintains its architectural style because it is a historical heritage. The use of structures and materials in the interior of the mosque which is more dominant using natural materials, one of which is the use of wood, with the more dominant use of natural materials is an attraction to study whether the mosque in terms of acoustics meets the applicable standards or not. The research method was carried out by field observation, literature study, and testing using the CATT application. Field observation aims to collect physical data on the research object (Gedhe Mataram Mosque). Literature study aims to collect data about the object of research, and theories of acoustics in mosque buildings. Testing with CATT software aims to determine the initial quality of the mosque building, and the quality of the acoustics resulting from the design recommendations. The existing results obtained by simulating using CATT have an excess of reverberation time. The reverberation level of the acoustic standard for places of worship is 0.7 – 1.1 while the Gedhe Mataram mosque has a hum reaching 1.4 and the form of recommendation that we recommend so that the acoustic reverberation time is in accordance with the standards is by adding a ceiling layer to the interior of the Gedhe Mataram mosque, with an added layer the ceiling of the reverberation time is 0.7 – 0.9 so that it is in accordance with the applicable acoustic standards.

Abstract

Roads are important in the distribution of goods in the industrial sector. Good roads can speed up the distribution process from one area to another. On the other hand, if the road conditions are bad, it will certainly slow down distribution in the area. Therefore, road damage conditions can affect the economic sector in the area. There are many factors that cause damaged road conditions, one of which is the volume or load of vehicles that exceeds the capacity of the road. The impact of road damage will certainly disrupt the comfort and safety of road users. This research was carried out using a survey method, directly observing the condition of road damage and distributing questionnaires to road users. Then the test is processed with Validity Test, Reliability Test, Mean Value and Standard Deviation. Based on the findings, the types of damage were Crocodile Skin Cracks, Longitudinal Cracks, Potholes and Bleeding. Then, based on the distribution of the questionnaire, all statement items are declared valid and reliable. Then, based on the mean value, it is obtained that the accident factor is the aspect that most influences the safety of road users. The road flooding factor is the aspect that has the most influence on comfort. Then the delay factor is an aspect that influences costs.

Abstract

Peningkatan klaim kecelakaan kerja setiap tahun menegaskan pentingnya mitigasi risiko pada kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja lingkungan (K3L). Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi memiliki potensi risiko tinggi, terutama akibat kebocoran gas hidrogen sulfida pada pipa yang tidak terinspeksi dengan baik. Mitigasi risiko dilakukan melalui pengujian tidak merusak (Non-Destructive Test, NDT) menggunakan metode Radiographic Testing (RT) dengan sinar gamma untuk mendeteksi cacat pada material. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan menetapkan langkah-langkah pengendalian risiko pada pekerjaan NDT menggunakan RT. Risk assessment K3L menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis/ JSA berfokus pada pekerjaan dengan identifikasi bahaya sebelum terjadi kecelakaan kerja melalui pendekatan Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control/ HIRADC dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis/ FMEA untuk analisa kegagalan/disfungsi serta dampak dalam meningkatkan keandalan dan keamanan dari peralatan. Hasil penelitian dari 42 potensi bahaya yang diidentifikasi dengan metode HIRADC didapatkan kategori high risk pada paparan radiasi sinar gamma dan paparan gas beracun H2S dan dilakukan pengendalian dengan menggunakan perisai timbal, kontrol batas area kerja dan detektor gas. Berdasarkan metode JSA pekerjaan berkaitan dengan faktor manusia, lingkungan dan prosedur kerja memiliki potensi bahaya paling banyak bernilai 4 dan potensi insiden pada beberapa work procedurs dengan nilai terbesar 15 potensi. Hasil metode FMEA didapatkan nilai tertinggi sebesar 160 pada Risk Priority Number/ RPN pada alat Kamera Gamma yaitu potensial kejadian kalibrasi tidak tepat yang berdampak pada diagnosis salah. Langkah yang perlu dilakukan diawali identifikasi potensi bahaya selama pekerjaan NDT dengan RT dan menentukan serta menerapkan tindakan pengendalian risiko yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keselamatan kerja dan mencegah kecelakaan.

Abstract

The development of a modern shopping center such as Mall City Plaza Garut (CIPLAZ) has the potential to cause various impacts on the environment and surrounding communities. This study aims to analyze the environmental impacts caused by this development project using a qualitative descriptive method. Primary data were obtained through field observations and interviews with local residents, while secondary data were collected from official documents such as the Environmental Management Plan (RKL) and Environmental Monitoring Plan (RPL). The results of the study indicate that there are negative impacts on the physical environment, however, the handling of impacts that are in accordance with the RKL and RPL means that these negative impacts do not disturb or harm the affected community.
