Abstract

This study aims to describe debt restructuring and credit granting systems on financial performance. The sample of this research is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 with a total sample of 26 companies. This type of research is quantitative with a purposive sampling method used for data collection, besides this research can use secondary data from annual reports of debt restructuring and credit granting systems as an influence on financial performance which is proxied by ROA, ROE, and ROI. The results of this study indicate that debt restructuring has no significant effect on financial performance and the credit granting system has a significant effect on financial performance.
