Abstract

This research aim to analyse The effect of Individual Caracteristic and Work Stress to its impact on Employee Performance by using multiple linear regression analysis. Population on this research is the nurse of  RSUD AW Sjahranie Samarinda with election procedure sample use Hair method and the result is 77 respondent. Result of Hypothesis testing have shown that the Individual Caracteristic and Work Stress give significant effect to Employee Performance. In addition R2 have shown that 29,60% of Nurse Performance (Y) on RSUD AW Sjahranie had impact by Individual Caracteristic and Work Stress.Keyword: Individual Caracteristic, Work Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job satisfaction and self efficacy as well as self esteem on employee job job performance. This research was conducted at the Office of PT. Graha Mandala Sakti Bontang sampling method using purposive sampling, with commissioners and managers do not include the amount of the population used as many as 250 people and collected samples of 80 people on the employee stay with the work 1 year. The data in this study using primary data, questionnaires. Hypothesis test used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 22. The results of this study show that: 1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee job performance at the office of PT. Graha Mandala Sakti Bontang, 2) Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee job performance at the office of PT. Graha Mandala Sakti Bontang, 3) Self esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee job performance at the office of PT. Graha Mandala Sakti Bontang,Keywords: job satisfaction, self efficacy, self esteem, and job performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan PT Matahari Department Store Lembuswana di Samarinda. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian dan diperoleh 85 sampel. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi; (2) Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (3) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi; (4) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (5) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
