Abstract

Hendra Adytya Pradana. Effect of service quality and trust in satisfaction at the Pupuk Kaltim Bontang amil zakat institution. Supervised by Mr. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Saleh, M.Sc as the first lecturer and Dr. Hj. Sri Wahyuni, S.E., M.Si as the second lecturer.This study aims to study whether it concerns the service quality and trust in muzakki satisfaction at the Pupuk Kaltim Bontang amil zakat institution. This type of research is quantitative research.The method of data collection in this study uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The researcher took 90 muzakki LAZ PKT Bontang City to be the sample in this study. Hypothesis testing used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 23.0 Software.The results of the study show the fact that together with the service variable and trust in satisfaction muzakki pays zakat at the LAZ PKT in the city of Bontang.
