Abstract

Startups in Indonesia are currently experiencing rapid growth, along with an increase in the number of internet network service users and the purchasing power of their consumption. The popularity of online or internet services is able to make Indonesia's market share not only a target market for sales but also a place for startups. Startups are often starting or growing businesses that have recently been started and are synonymous with technology. However, the level of achievement of startups in Indonesia is still low. The failure of a startup is caused by a managerial factor such as lack of experience and a clear vision from the founders of the company, lack of company focus in running the business or running out of funds, and other factors like the absence of market needs (no market need). Based on the above background, further research was made on the development of application service startups that will be designed with a scope at UNIKA Soegijapranata, as UNIKA Soegijapranata has an entrepreneurial forum called the Center for Student Entrepreneurship (CSE). The application development method used is the Waterfall method which has 5 stages, namely defining and analyzing requirements, designing software and systems, implementing and unit testing. The impact of planning the MentorKu application shows that users plan will use the MentorKu application in order to increase productivity in developing startup businesses and plan to use the MentorKu application in the future. This is shown based on the results of statistical tests obtained after conducting a survey of 60 respondents with 5 variables, namely PE, EE, FC, HM where all of these variables were assessed for their correlation with the BI variable or Behavioral Intention.

By developing a store website that is connected to the marketplace, this study aims to offer Toko Mas Djanoko a solution for marketing and introducing their items. It is intended that this website would make Toko Mas Djanoko more successful at selling their goods. adopting the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach to system development. The study's findings show that Toko Mas Djanoko's items may be successfully and widely marketed thanks to the website system that was developed.

Construct 2 is a program for making games without writing programming code, because most of the game's logic can be arranged via the menu. This study aims to create a game design that is a combination of Shooting Game and Trivia Quiz where players can play both types of games simultaneously. While the program used is construct 2. And the sample used is 16 years and over. The methodology used is object-oriented design methodology. The modeling tools used are use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. The results of making this game show that combining more than one type of game can be done and make a game more interesting.

Abstract

Performance and Transaction Monitoring Dashboard Website Based PT. Emporia Digital Raya was to find out performance of business partners, area leader, main dealer and approval of business partners that have been acquired for the company. This dashboard is made to make it easier for companies and product owners to monitor acquisition, transactions through an integrated and non-manual system to minimize errors. Performance and Transaction Monitoring Dashboard was developed using the initial UI design method to describe all the functions that will be available on the web, then developed with reactJS library and JavaScript language, API, and PostgreSQL as database. The testing phase uses technology adoption with a focus on validity, reliability, and AVE test variables after distributing questionnaires to all website users, internal team of PT. Emporia Digital Raya using quantitative methods by classifying each question in the questionnaire. Then the result is that there are several test variables that are not valid in the validity test because they have an item validity value or the validity of the question variable is below 0.4, then the variable must be removed and retested, and after the second test, the results show that the variable has the above item validity value. 0.4 so it is considered valid. In the first validity test, the variable E was declared invalid due to an error in the classification of the questionnaire and did not represent an indicator, so that the variable E was not included in the next test. In the reliability test, only BI and EE variables have high or acceptable Cronbach alpha values, while FC (poor) and PE (unacceptable) or unreliable due to the incorrect classification of questions on the questionnaire causing the variables to be unreliable to be used in further research. In the correlation test, only PE and FC were significantly correlated with BI, while EE was not significantly correlated due to errors in the classification of the questionnaire so that it did not match the variables.
