Abstract

Mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien hal paling penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian bertujuan melihat pengaruh mutu terhadap kepuasaan pasien. Jenis penelitian survei analitik dengan desain explanatory. Populasi pasien rawat inap umum dan BPJS 68 0rang.. menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis univariat, analisis bivariat dengan korelasi pearson, dan analisis multivariat uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis univariat 34 orang tidak puas. Hasil bivariat menunjukkan kehandalan berhubungan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien adalah keandalan dan kepedulian hasil analisis bivariat menyatakan adanya hubungan keandalan (reliability) terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rsud Bangil.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi covid -19 dikhawatirkan akan berdampak pada psikologis pada masyarakat maupun seseorang dalam hal ini ibu ibu PKK ,masalah baru pun muncul dari cemas sampai dengan stress akibat tertekan,permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada masa pandemic covid-19 adalah munculnya rasa cemas akibat PPKM yang berkepanjangan sehingga membatasi gerak dan aktivitas masyarakat atau ibu ibu PKK terutama yang sedang mempunyai penyakit hipertensi akibat terbatasnya akses keluar rumah ataupun kesarana Kesehatan.Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sebagai media dalam menambah wawasan ataupun pengetahuan masyarakat,sharing informasi tentang Pendidikan Kesehatan Cara Mengatasi Cemas Pada Ibu Ibu Pkk Dengan Hipertensi Di Desa Tibu Beneng Kuta Utara,sehingga dampak buruk akibat cemas dan penyakit hipertensi dapat di atasi.Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan Cara Mengatasi Cemas pada ibu ibu PKK dengan tehnik relaksasi nafas dalam. Pencapaian target dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tersebut dapat diukur dengan hasil mencapai 90% pengetahuan meningkat. Kesimpulan bahwa dengan memberikan pendidikan Kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu ibu PKK tentang masalah kecemasan. Disarankan kepada ibu ibu PKK agar lebih aktif menggali informasi terkait penyakit hipertensi atau cara mengatasi cemas. Kata kunci : Ibu – ibu PKK, Kecemasan, Hipertensi, Pendidikan Kesehatan

Abstract

Patient satisfaction cannot be separated from the code of ethics and quality service carried out by medical personnel. This study aims to determine the effect of Ethics and Service Quality of Health Workers on Patients Satisfaction at dr. Soepraoen Hospitals Malang. The research method used is descriptive analytic research. With a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were 100 people. The result of this study is there is a positive and significant effect of ethics health workers partially on patient satisfaction, there is a positive and partially significant effect of partially Service Quality on patient satisfaction, there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of ethics health workers and Service Quality on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of the implementation of work unit supervision on the use of hospital information systems in dr. Soepraoen Malang Hospital. The research method used was quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The location in this study is Kindergarten Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen Malang. The study was conducted from October to November 2020 involving 59 samples. Data processing was performed using the SPSS application. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the implementation of work unit supervision on the use of hospital information.

Abstract

The National Health Insurance with one of its main focuses is to increase participant satisfaction with a satisfaction target in 2020 of 85%. The quality of service received by patients includes aspects of reliability, assurance, responsiveness, tangibles, and empathy. The current problem is that there is no written report on the length of waiting time for services in hospitals The purpose of the study is to find out the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction at Udayana Hospital Denpasar. This research is quantitative research with analytical surveys and cross-sectional research designs. The study population was 1743 people and a sample of 95 people who were patients participating in BPJS Kesehatan at Udayana Hospital Denpasar. This study used a statistical test of Pearson correlation. The results of the data analysis showed a relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction of BPJS Kesehatan at Udayana Hospital Denpasar, with a value of r = 0.419 and a significant value of p = 0.000, a significant level used by 5% (0.05). The most influential aspect is assurance which includes the availability of doctors who are experts in their fields, reliability, friendliness and courtesy of nurses. It can be concluded that the quality of service received by the patient affects the satisfaction of the patient himself. Advice for Udayana Denpasar Hospital to improve the quality of health services for all patients, especially in aspects that are still in the moderate category, namely responsiveness, reliability and tangible.
