Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di Politeknik RS dr. Soepraoen Malang yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan, citra perguruan tinggi, motivasi dan prospek ke arah keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih kuliah di dr politeknik. Soepraoen Malang dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang dominan yang mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih dr politeknik. Soepraoen. Dengan menggunakan teknik jenis sampling probabilitis pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling sederhana sebanyak 55 responden sebagai perwakilan dari populasi keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih kuliah di dr politeknik. Soepraoen Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dibantu program komputer SPPS for windows dapat ditarik kesimpulan dan persamaan yang diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan dapat terdiri dari beberapa persamaan regresi linier sebagai berikut: Y = 16,542+ 0,300X1 + 0,046X2 - 0,405X3 - 0026 X4 + e. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa masing-masing variabel independen, faktor lingkungan dan citra universitas parsial, memiliki efek positif. Faktor lingkungan, citra perguruan tinggi, motivasi dan prospek secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan siswa dalam memilih perguruan tinggi di Politeknik RS dr. Soepraoen Malang. variabel lingkungan, citra perguruan tinggi, motivasi dan prospek mampu memberikan kontribusi 21,6% terhadap variabel keputusan, sehingga sisanya ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan, Citra Pendidikan Tinggi, Motivasi, Prospek, Keputusan ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Polytechnic dr. Soepraoen Malang which aims to identify and analyze the influence of the environment, the image of higher education, motivation and prospects towards the decision in choosing a college student at the Polytechnic dr. Soepraoen Malang and to determine the dominant variable influencing the decision polytechnic students in choosing dr. Soepraoen. By using the technique of sampling probabilities sampling using simple random sampling as 55 respondents representative of the population in the student's decision to study at the Polytechnic dr. Soepraoen Malang. The results show based on the results of research and discussion by using multiple linear regression analysis computer program assisted SPPS for Windows can be deduced and the equation obtained from the calculation results can be comprised of multiple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 16,542+ 0,300X1 + 0,046X2 - 0,405X3 - 0026 X4 + e. The results of this study concluded that each independent variable, environmental factors and the partial image of the university, has a positive effect. Environmental factors, the image of higher education, motivation and prospects simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision in choosing a college student at the Polytechnic dr. Soepraoen Malang. Environment variables, the image of the college, motivation and prospects are able to contribute 21.6% of the decision variables, so the determined by other variables not examined. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang tengah mengubah tatanan kehidupan sosial masyarakat menjadi faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi proses pembelajaran saat ini. Praktikum klinik mahasiswa khususnya di bidang kesehatan sulit dilakukan pada kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Terlebih jika praktikum tersebut dilakukan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan seperti Rumah Sakit. Berdasarkan pada observasi yang dilakukan di laboratorium RMIK pembelajaran laboratorium belum bisa dilaksanakan secara maksimal karena pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari pengabidan ini adalah untuk merancang Virtual Clinic Simulation berbasis website dengan alur perancangan waterfall, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan praktikum klinik secara daring. Adapun rencana kerja dan strategi yang digunakan guna menunjang aplikasi ini meliputi literasi data, teknologi dan manusia. Adapun aplikasi ini terbagi menjadi dua halaman, yaitu halaman home yang berisi keterangan praktikum dan halaman virtual room yang berisi virtual ruang praktikum dan penjelasan tiap stase. Diharapkan Setelah dilaksanakan pengujian dan evaluasi yang dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen, maka sistem ini dapat dilaksanakan sebagai metode pembelajaran praktikum di laboratorium program studi RMIK ke depannya .

Abstract

Penggunaan tracer di ruang penyimpanan sebenarnya sudah tertuang dalam aturan dasar yang harus dipatuhi di tempat penyimpanan. Berdasarkan wawancara dari survey awal yang dilakukan dengan petugas rekam medis di RS TNI-AD 05.08.02 Malang ditemukan permasalahan pada sistem penyimpanan berkas rekam medis yaitu tracer tidak digunakan dengan baik karena menurut petugas tracer terbatas jumlahnya. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk merancang tracer dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) untuk digunakan di rumah sakit pada tahun 2021. Jenis metode yang digunakan adalah pengabdian masyarakat dengan melakukan perancangan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil perancangan tracer terpilih berbahan dasar plastik Poly Ethylene Terephthalate (PET) alternatif I warna merah, dengan ukuran panjang 30 cm dan lebar 10 cm, terdapat permintaan slip bag ukuran panjang 13 cm dan lebar 6 cm beserta SOP penggunaan tracer. Hasil desain tracer terpilih kemudian diterapkan ke rumah sakit. Namun, SOP akan ditinjau dan ditutup sebelum diterapkan. Diharapkan pihak rumah sakit dapat mengimplementasikan tracer dengan baik dan mempercepat penilaian SOP yang akan digunakan sehingga dapat diterapkan dengan tracer yang telah dirancang

Abstract

Penyusutan rekam medis merupakan suatu proses pemindahan dokumen rekam medis aktif ke inaktif. Kebijakan tentang berkas rekam medis diatur dalam PERMENKES No. 269 Tahun 2008 tentang rekam medis bab IV pasal 8 yang menyatakan bahwa rekam medis pasien di rumah sakit wajib disimpan sekurang-kurangnya untuk jangka waktu lima tahun terhitung sejak pasien berobat terakhir atau dipulangkan. Setelah lima tahun, rekam medis dapat dimusnahkan kecuali ringkasan pulang dan persetujuan tindakan medik. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah unsur 5M yang terdiri dari man, money, methode, machine, dan material. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juni 2021 sampai juli 2021 di puskesmas Singosari Malang. Faktor man sudah cukup, tetapi belum maksimal dalam melakukan retensi dan pemusnahan dokumen rekam medis. Faktor money belum ada anggaran khusus dalam melakukan retensi dan pemusnahan dokumen rekam medis. Faktor material sudah sesuai dengan standar tetapi rak penyimpanan sudah hampir penuh. Faktor machine yang digunakan yaitu komputer dan scanning. Faktor methode belum mempunyai kebijakan dan SOP retensi dan pemusnahan dokumen rekam medis. Retensi dan pemusnahan dokumen rekam medis di Puskesmas Singosari belum berjalan sesuai ketentuan dikarenakan terdapat faktor penghambat yaitu man, money, methode, machine dan material yang belum sesuai.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the benefits and challenges of EMR implementation and its implications for medical practices and healthcare services in Indonesia. The research design utilizes a Literature Review. Sources used in searching for literature in this research include Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, DOAJ, and Scopus. Furthermore, in conducting literature selection, the researcher uses the PRISMA method. This study identifies the benefits of EMR in accelerating patient information access, enhancing coordination among medical teams, and reducing the risk of errors in medical data recording. However, challenges such as data security and staff training are also faced in EMR implementation. In conclusion, the implementation of EMR in Indonesian hospitals promises significant benefits in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of healthcare services, although it still faces some obstacles that need to be addressed.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization of medical record data, information technology is used to document patient health data quickly and accurately, so it is necessary to make decisions using electronic medical records. Digitalization of medical records is a process of transitioning medical record document media into digital documents using a scanner. Public Health Center together in September 2022, the retention process that occurred was still at the selection stage and in the medical record storage room, active and inactive files were still found that were still on one storage shelf, while destruction had already been carried out by shredding. This research aims to determine the effectiveness retention and destruction of medical record files in the era of data digitization. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive methods and data collection methods are carried out by observation and interviews. The subjects of this research were the head of the medical records unit and the medical records officer. The results of this research showed that the medical record file storage system already has an SOP, the retention of medical records has a policy stated in the SOP, and the destruction of medical record files has an SOP and was carried out for the first time in 2018.

Abstract

Management of medical records in hospitals is to support the achievement of orderly administration in order to achieve hospital goals, namely improving the quality of health services in hospitals. One important element to support effectiveness and efficiency in managing medical records is the human resources aspect. The phenomenon that exists in an institution is not only a lack of workforce, but there can also be a buildup of staff in one installation without clear work. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to calculate the workforce requirements in an agency by calculating the existing workload. One of the obstacles to registration is the limited number of personnel. Based on a survey, the number of employees in the medical records installation is 25 people. Where the available working time is 281 days/year or 118,200 minutes/year. The aim of this research is to find out more clearly how to calculate workforce needs using the workload indicator staffing need (WISN) method at the medical records installation at the COVID 19 referral hospital RSIA Rumkitban 05.08.02 Malang. This type of research is a quantitative research approach with a descriptive study design. The results of research using the WISN method estimate that 2 medical records personnel in the TPPRI section are needed, and human resources are also needed to change shifts. There is a shortage of medical records personnel in the TPPRI section at RSIA Rumkitban because from the calculation results an additional 2 people are needed and currently only 2 medical records personnel are available.

Abstract

Tracer is one of the facilities in the medical record filing room that can be used as medical record storage to facilitate the detection of its existence. Several studies show that there are still missfiles in medical record files. This can make services to patients often delayed and not timely because medical records are very important for patients. The purpose of this study will be to analyze the importance of evaluating the use of tracers in order to achieve the best quality of health institutions. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature review. The secondary data used for the literature review are15 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2019-2021 on evaluation of the use of tracers of health agencies spread throughout Indonesia. The findings indicate that there is a need for a good medical record document storage system in the form of a tracer to maximize the service quality of health agencies, both puskesmas and hospitals throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

The self-registration machine helps patients register them selves. The use of APM machines at Wava Husada Hospital has not been carried out properly for several reasons, such as Man, Method and Machine. The aim of this research is to evaluate the performance of APM users to identify the components and effects to increase the effectiveness of APM. Qualitative research methodologies were used in this study. Data was obtained from APM officers and medical records officers. The results of the research show that the presence of APM officers has helped the patient registration process, but there are several things that make the use of APM less effective at Wava Husada Hospital, namely in terms of staff, the lack of APM officers, in terms of the method of using APM is not carried out in accordance with the SOP, in terms of Machine errors or loading often occur. Consequently, there are too many patients, the registration process is thrown off, services are provided non-procedurally, and registration is completed by hand. Efforts made by officers to ensure that the use of APM runs well are adding APM officers, training APM officers on APM use, and improving internet quality so it doesn't load frequently.

Abstract

One effort to improve the quality of health services is by improving the quality of medical record services, including completeness and accuracy in providing information for health service needs. The completeness of filling out the outpatient medical assessment form at Tongas Regional Hospital, Probolinggo, still contains incomplete medical record forms, which affects patient information and routine reports made by medical records officers. The aim of this research is to identify the percentage of completeness of outpatient medical assessments at Tongas Probolinggo Regional Hospital. This type of research uses quantitative methods based on a descriptive approach, data collection techniques use random sampling techniques, this technique is used to take samples randomly and come from members of the population and data was collected using observation and literature review techniques using the Slovin formula with the results of 92 medical record forms. The results of the completeness of filling out outpatient medical assessments at Tongas Probolinggo Regional Hospital from 92 medical records taken in January 2024 showed a percentage of completeness of 95% and incompleteness of 5%.
