<![CDATA[Abstract. The practice of Sale and Purchase which has an indication of being unclear whether trading is permissible or not is the sale and purchase of livestock waste, because the traded waste consists of blood, carcasses and rotting animal body parts which are categorized as unclean objects. Based on the background and discussion of the problem, the research was focused with the aim of knowing the review of muamalah fiqh on the sale and purchase of livestock waste for the cultivation of maggot black soldier fly on the Maggot BSF "X" farm, Sukabumi Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with the type of field research research and data collection methods in the form of interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions obtained are that; The sale and purchase of livestock waste according to the rules in muamalah fiqh is allowed, because the livestock waste is not for direct human consumption. The practice of buying and selling livestock waste for maggot BSF cultivation is a sale and purchase that has fulfilled the pillars which include 'aqidain, ma'qud alaih and shigat. Abstrak. Praktik jual beli yang memiliki indikasi ketidakjelasan boleh atau tidaknya jual beli adalah jual beli limbah hewan ternak, karena limbah yang diperjualbelikan terdiri dari darah, bangkai dan bagian tubuh hewan yang sudah membusuk yang dikategorikan kedalam benda najis. Berdasarkan latar belakang dan pembahasan masalah tersebut, maka penelitian difokuskan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tinjauan fikih muamalah terhadap jual beli limbah hewan ternak untuk budidaya maggot black soldier fly di peternakan Maggot BSF “X” Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research dan metode pengambilan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa; Jual beli limbah hewan ternak menurut kaidah dalam fikih muamalah diperbolehkan, karena limbah hewan ternak tersebut bukan untuk dimakan manusia secara langsung.
