Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between spiritual leadership, autonomy, and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB). OCB is divided into two types, including altruism, organizational citizenship behaviors toward an individual (i.e., behaviors that are directly helpful to a specific individual and indirectly contribute to the organization) and conscientiousness, organizational citizenship behaviors toward an organization or a team (i.e., behaviors that directly contribute to the organization). A quantitative survey was performed on a sample of public services (N = 282) from Lubuklinggau City to study the influence of spiritual leadership on OCB, especially altruism and conscientiousness. The data analyzed by using PLS (Partial Least Square) program results indicate that spiritual leadership strongly predicted autonomy mediated spiritual leadership's effect on both altruism and conscientiousness. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implikasi hubungan antara fear of missing out (FoMO) dan perilaku phubbing. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel anak usia remaja (N = 54) mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Silampari Kota Lubuklinggau. Hasil penelitian dari analisis data dengan menggunakan program Smart-PLS.4 menunjukkan bahwa fear of missing out memprediksi kuat perilaku phubbing. Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa terdapat beberapa rekomendasi untuk mengelola dampak FoMO terhadap phubbing yaitu, kesadaran diri, tetap hadir, atur bahasa, komunikasi terbuka, dan aktifitas alternatif. Kata Kunci: Fear of Missing Out, Perilaku Phubbing

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the school principal's leadership style and spiritual approach in conducting blusukan. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression methods. The target population in this research is Lubuklinggau City elementary school principals, totaling 53 respondents. The sampling technique uses a stratified random sampling technique, namely, taking proportional random samples from each group in the school. As a result of the research, it was found that the correlation coefficient between the independent variable leadership style (X1) and the dependent variable blusukan (Y) or r x1y = 0.501, the coefficient of the principal's spiritual approach (X2) with the dependent variable blusukan performance (Y) or the correlation r x2y = 0.493 and The correlation coefficient between the leadership style variables (X1) and the principal's approach (X2) is r x1x2 = 0.429. Meanwhile, the r table value at the 5% significance level = 0.325 and the 1% significance level = 0.413. In conclusion, the influence of the independent variable leadership style (X1) and the independent variable principal's spiritual approach (X2) together with the blusukan variable (Y) is significant Keywords: Blusukan, Leadership Style, Spiritual Approach

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perilaku phubbing dalam memengaruhi keromantisan dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini ada 47 responden dari Kelurahan Nikan jaya berusia antara 25 dan 60 tahun. Survei ini didistribusikan April dan Mei 2024. Survei Perilaku Phubbing dilakukan, terdiri dari lima dimensi (budaya, teknologi, sosial, komunikasi, dan psikologis). Survei ini digunakan bersamaan dengan skala GHQ-28 dan skala PRQC. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan korelasi positif antara phubbing, keromantisan dan kesejahteran psikologis. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya meningkatkan kesadaran melalui pendidikan kesehatan dan untuk mempromosikan penggunaan Internet yang sehat untuk mencegah tekanan psikologis dan rasa romantis akibat phubbing. Kata Kunci: Keromantisan, Kesejahteraan Psikologis, Perilaku Phubbing.
