Abstract

ABSTRAKE-Note system merupakan salah satu sistem pencatatan, pelaporan dan analisis insiden keselamat pasien yang electronic-based. Pencatatan, pelaporan dan analisis insiden keselamat pasien merupakan satu hal yang penting dalam pelayanan Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit. Walaupun Ketersediaan E-Note system belum dapat diaplikasikan secara maksimal di RS Ibu dan Anak Aisyiyah Klaten. Hal ini dikarenakan sumber daya manusia yang ada belum dapat menggunakan system tersebut. Perlu diadakan suatu pelatihan E-Note system untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sumberdaya manusia dalam menerapkan E-Note system. Oleh karena itu, Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih sumber daya manusia terkait di RS Ibu dan Anak Aisyiyah Klaten untuk dapat menggunakan E-Note system. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah workshop yang dimulai dari pengayaan pengetahuan dengan metode ceramah dan dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung menggunakan laptop/PC dan wifi untuk mengakses E-Note system. Workshop ini dilaksanakan selama 1 hari pada 25 Juni 2022. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah RS Ibu dan Anak Aisyiyah Klaten. 22 karyawan RS Ibu dan Anak Aisyiyah Klaten telah berpartisipasi dalam workshop ini. Diakhir kegiatan, semua peserta mampu menggunakan E-Note system. E-Note system merupakan system untuk pencatatan, pelaporan dan analisis insiden keselamat pasien yang dioperasikan secaara online. Dengan system ini waktu yang digunakan untuk pencatatan, pelaporan dan analisis menjadi lebih efisien. Namun, e-note system ini masih tergolong baru bagi para staf sehingga menimbulkan sebuah tantangan yaitu mengubah perilaku dari paper-based beralih ke sistem informasi. Kata Kunci: e-note system; sistem pelaporan; insiden keselamatan pasien ABSTRACTThe E-Note system is an electronic-based patient safety incident documenting, reporting and analysis system. Documenting, reporting and analysis of patient safety incidents is an important thing in health services in hospitals. Although the availability of the E-Note system has not been maximally implemented at the Aisyiyah Mother and Child Hospital, Klaten. This is because the existing human resources have not been able to use the system. It is necessary to hold an E-Note system training to improve the capacity of human resources in implementing the E-Note system. Therefore, this community service aims to train related human resources at Aisyiyah Klaten Mother and Child Hospital to be able to use the E-Note system. The method used in this community service is a workshop that starts with knowledge enrichment with the lecture method and continues with hands-on practice using a laptop/PC and wifi to access the E-Note system. This workshop was held for 1 day on June 25, 2022. Partners in this activity were the Aisyiyah Mother and Child Hospital, Klaten. 22 employees of Aisyiyah Klaten Mother and Child Hospital participated in this workshop. At the end of the activity, all participants were able to use the E-Note system. The E-Note system is a system for documenting, reporting, and analysing patient safety incidents that is operated online. With this system the time used for recording, reporting and analysis becomes more efficient. However, this e-note system is still relatively new for staff, so it poses a challenge, namely changing behaviour from switching to a paper-based information system. Keywords: e-note system; reporting system; patient safety incident

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is effect from the work environment and work stress partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Cakra Transport Utama. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees. The population used in this study were 60 people. The sample used is Proportionate Random Sampling and obtained 52 people as respondents. This study used statistical tests and used several data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation and determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research test simultaneously the results of the analysis of variables (XI) Work Environment, (X2) Work Stress and (Y) Performance seen from the fcount of 15.069 with a ftable of 3.187 or 15.069 > 3.187 and the resulting significant value is 0.000 <0.05. It can be stated that the variables of Work Environment and Work Stress have an effect on Employee Performance at PT Cakra Transport Utama. And based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value is 0.381 or 38.1%. So it can be concluded that the work environment and work stress together have an effect of 38.1% on employee performance, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
