Abstract

Running a business in the modern era is different from business in the past. Advanced businesses are those that can market their products and services technologically. This study aims to gain a detailed understanding of the virtual marketing strategy of MSME products. For this reason, we have obtained evidence that we have examined from various sources, including scientific papers, especially technological marketing strategies for small business products. The win was under a phenomenological approach, collecting as much data as possible to extract the essence to answer the current problem. Incoming studies include coding the theme data, evaluating information, drawing conclusions, and looking for valid s in the pan in answering the problem. Based on the analyzed data plus the discussion, we can conclude that online marketing is successful by following the appropriate steps for digital media, mapping out marketing, selecting suitable digital media, and implementing all internet-based marketing activities. Thus, it is hoped that the findings of this study will help improve the quality of future studies.

Abstract

This study discusses the understanding of public policy-making by the government to respond to the pandemic, which has given rise to many difficulties among citizens because the government has issued various policies during a multi-crisis. The author understands that every policy has taken certainly impacts policies in regular times and government policies in times of crisis; of course, the impact will be different. To strengthen our discussion, we have received support from many scientific publications we have studied in the phenomenological approach, a way to get an exceptional understanding of the existing data. Our literature search was conducted electronically on several journals and book publications that discuss issues of public policy making in response to pandemics in multi-crisis times in many application contexts. Based on the results of the study and discussion, we can summarize that in public policy-making in times of multi-crisis, the government has been faced with a dilemma between the commitment to respond to the pandemic to protect the entire nation from the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic and having to accept the consequences of policies taken in a very precarious atmosphere. Hopefully, these findings will be the subject of discussion in similar studies in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is effect from the work environment and work stress partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Cakra Transport Utama. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees. The population used in this study were 60 people. The sample used is Proportionate Random Sampling and obtained 52 people as respondents. This study used statistical tests and used several data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation and determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research test simultaneously the results of the analysis of variables (XI) Work Environment, (X2) Work Stress and (Y) Performance seen from the fcount of 15.069 with a ftable of 3.187 or 15.069 > 3.187 and the resulting significant value is 0.000 <0.05. It can be stated that the variables of Work Environment and Work Stress have an effect on Employee Performance at PT Cakra Transport Utama. And based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value is 0.381 or 38.1%. So it can be concluded that the work environment and work stress together have an effect of 38.1% on employee performance, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously on performance at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Library and Archives Service. The population used in this study were all employees of the DKI Jakarta Province Library and Archives Service, totaling 136 people. The data source used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests and Rsquare determination. Based on the results of the research test simultaneously the results of the analysis of variables (X1) Motivation, (X2) Work Discipline and (Y) Performance seen fcount of 29.877 with a ftable of 3.09 or 29.877 > 3.09 and the resulting significant value is 0.000 <0, 05. It is said that the variable Motivation, Work Discipline influences the performance of employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Library and Archives Service. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the coefficient of determination at Adjusted Rsquare was 0.366 or 36.6%. This means that motivation and work discipline together have an effect of 36.6% on performance, 63.4% of changes that occur in employee performance can be explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyaan pada PT Bank Mandiri Cabang Cilandak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyaan pada PT Bank Mandiri Cabang Cilandak. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu Proportionate Random Sampling dan diperoleh responden sebanyak 76. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yg digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, uji koefisien korelasi dan determinasi Rsquare. Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian secara simultan hasil analisis variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) Budaya Organisasi (X2) Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dilihat fhitung sebesar 19,181 dengan ftabel sebesar 3,12 atau 19,181 > 3,12 dan nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan adalah 0,00 < 0,05. Dikatakan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Bank Mandiri Cabang Cilandak. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukan hasil nilai koefisien determinasi pada Rsquare sebesar 0,344 atau 34,4%. Hal ini berarti Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sebesar 34,4% terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 65,6% perubahan yang terjadi pada kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This quantitative study uses an explanatory approach emphasizing basic research to compile arguments systematically and according to applicable scientific rules. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from tourists to Java S Beach, Beaches in Bali, and Beaches in Lampung, totaling two hundred and eighty-five foreign and local tourists. The data obtained by researchers were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article shows that all hypotheses in this study can be accepted and proven. In the first hypothesis, the Serviceescape variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Travel/Visit Decisions at a tourist attraction because the P-values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.013. This indicates that better Serviceescape implementation at a tourist attraction can make tourists more comfortable and interested, and help them decide to visit. In the following hypothesis, the Customer Satisfaction variable can strengthen the influence of the Serviceescape variable on Visit Decisions. The P-values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that this article's first and second hypotheses are acceptable.
