Abstract

Service Quality Analysis of Swiss-Belhotel Borneo Samarinda. “The purpose of this study is to analyze, prove and describe the comparison between expectations and services quality performance of Swiss-Belhotel Borneo Samarinda. The type of observation used was quantitative with sample of 114 respondents. The analytical tool used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Importance Analysis - Performance Analysis Cartesian’s Diagram and Paired T test. Data collection methods are using questionnaires. The data processing method uses  SPSS Software Version 17 for Windows. Based on the results of observations stated that there is a significant difference between expectations and service quality performance. This can be seen from the significant level of 0,000 <0.05 which means that there is a difference between expectations and quality performance of Swiss-Belhotel Borneo Samarinda customers

Abstract

Akibat wabah Covid-19 yang menyebabkan krisis ekonomi global, peneliti melakukan kajian dengan mengusung tema dampak dari Covid 19 untuk kinerja suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan diantaranya adalah untuk mencari tahu apakah ada pengaruh dari financial leverage terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang ada dan terdaftar dalam BEI. Kegiatan penelitian ini menggunakan suatu metode yang biasa disebut sebagai metode amalisis statistik deskriptif dimana didalam metode tersebut peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian yang kami dapat merupakan informasi yang didapatkan dari financial report perusahaan go public pada Bursa Efek Indonesia, serta dalam melakukan pengumpulan sampel untuk penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel yang diperlukan untuk penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 99 data laporan keuangan perusahaan go public yang terdaftar di BEI, SMC, Serta Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2022. Peneliti juga menggunakan metode analisis data berupa regresi linier berganda. Software Statistical Products and Services Solutions (SPSS) adalah suatu alat bantu yang digunakan untuk melakukan pemrosesan data. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa financial leverage mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan untuk kinerja perusahaan, sehingga sebaiknya manajer perusahaan menyesuaikan kebijakan hutang perusahaan.

Abstract

This study examines how website design, information quality, and utility affect ePaper use, with brand trust and attitude as mediators. This study examines the factors that influence ePaper readers’ intentions to use the service. The quantitative study uses a survey questionnaire to collect data. A convenience sample of ePaper readers was selected. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to analyses data and determine variable relationships. The study found that website design, information quality, and usability affect brand trust, attitude, and ePaper use. A well-designed website with high-quality information and handy features boosts brand trust and attitude, which affects ePaper service use. This study adds to the literature by examining the relationships between website design, information quality, utility, brand trust, attitude, and ePaper use. The results suggest that ePaper suppliers should priorities website design, high-quality content, and useful features to build brand confidence and reader loyalty. It will boost their desire to use the service. Future investigations should aim to examine the potential effects of supplementary variables that could potentially influence individuals’ intents to utilized ePaper, including those related to user experience and social dynamics.
