Abstract

ABSTRACT Educational Game Tool (APE) is a learning media with the aim of improving the ability of aspects of child development that are tailored to the age and level of child development in an interesting way. APE that can be used to improve aspects of child development with the sensory path. Sensory Path is a sensory pathway that was developed into an educational play tool to develop children's development that involves the five senses, one of which is children's cognitive abilities related to memory, logical thinking and problem solving. Low cognitive abilities and the lack of learning media used make children less interested and bored in following the learning delivered. This problem is the background of research on the application of sensory path educational game tools in improving aspects of cognitive development of children in group A (aged 4-5 years) at PGRI 3 Ngawi This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) where data is collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. Sources of informants from this study were the principal and educators of PGRI 3 TK in Ngawi. The results of this study will be presented in the form of sentences, not in the form of numbers presented in the observation table. The data analysis technique used is observation, assessment sheet and conclusion drawing. With learning that applies the Sensory Path Educational Game Tool, it can be seen that there is an increase in children's cognitive abilities which can be seen from the initial condition of the child's cognitive ability which was originally still quite low with conditions after the application of the sensory path educational game tool to increase. The application of sensory path educational games has been proven to improve cognitive abilities in children aged 4-5 years. Keywords: Educational Game Tool (APE), Sensory Path, Cognitive Aspect

Abstract

ABSTRACT The crude motoric skills of a child are the process by which a person learns to skillfully move his limbs. The development of crude motor skills in TK Dharma Wanita Sidorejo is limited to the activity of streets, morning exercise, and ape limitations of the agency. Observed, researchers have found that children of group B (5-6 years of age) have not yet reached full levels according to standards of child attainments. The purpose of the study at TK Dharma Wanita Sidorejjo 2 Geneng Ngawi is 1) to find out the application of ape sensory paths in TK Dharma Wanita Sidorejo 2, 2) to identify the improvement of a child's rough motor skills through the application of ape sensory path. The research method employed by researchers is to use a qualitative approach with a qualitative type of descriptive research. The study was carried out in group B (ages 5-6). Data collection techniques in this study use observation, interview and documentation. As for the data analysis techniques, the reduction of data, the presentation of data and the drawing of conclusions. Studies indicate that: 1) the application of ape sensory path at TK Dharma Wanita Sidorejo 2 successfully attracted children to the activities of crude motor skills. 2) by using ape sensory paths children successfully to achieve rough motor skills Key Words: APE, Sensory Path, The crude motoric

Abstract

ABSTRACT The picture puzzle method is guessing, guessing and guessing about questions in the form of sentences, stories or pictures that are presented vaguely, usually to sharpen the mind. Literacy is the ability to name known symbols, recognize sounds, the initial letters of the names of objects around, mention groups of pictures that have the same sound or initial letters, write their own names and read their own names. The objectives of this study are: (1) To describe the process of literacy skills in the pictorial puzzle method at RA Ar-Romaliyah, Slumbung hamlet, Padas village.(2) To improve children's writing and reading skills through the picture puzzle method at RA Ar-Romaliyah Dusun Slumbung Padas Village. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The sources of this research are the Principal, Class B homeroom teacher and students. The results of this study will be presented in the form of sentences, not in the form of numbers. The analysis technique that the writer uses is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that: (1) To describe the process of applying literacy skills in the pictorial puzzle method at RA Ar-Romaliyah, Slumbung hamlet, Padas village. (2) To determine the impact of improving children's writing and reading skills through the use of the picture puzzle method at RA Ar-Romaliyah Dusun Slumbung Padas Village Key Words: Literacy, Picture Puzzle Method
