Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan ex post facto pada pendekatan kuatitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data mengguakan angket dan dokumentasi. Responden adalah 86 siswa di salah satu SMP di Kota Pematang Siantar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa dengan signifikan 0,042 < 0,05 dan Fhitung 3,289 > Ftabel 3,11. Jadi H0 di tolak dan Ha diterimah. Dengan demikian, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: disiplin belajar, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of learning discipline and learning motivation on students' social studies learning outcomes. The research method uses ex post facto on a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Respondents were 86 students in one of the junior high schools in Pematang Siantar City. Data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that learning discipline and learning motivation had a positive influence on students' social studies learning outcomes with a significant 0.042 <0.05 and Fcount 3,289 > Ftable 3.11. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, student learning outcomes can be improved through increased learning discipline and student motivation. Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of this Community Service is to provide knowledge to the community, especially MSME players who produce young whiskey about digital marketing at Whiskey Producers in Marihat Jaya village, Pematangsiantar City, Kayugiyang Village, Garung District, Wonosobo Regency, marketing training using internet media. The implementation of the training was carried out in several stages including surveying the location of activities and MSMEs in Kayugiyang village. Planning stage, this stage is the stage of preparing plans and identifying program planning that will be implemented, then formulating various needs in planning an online marketing system. Socialization, socialization activities provide initial knowledge about online marketing to the community or MSME producers of Whiskey in Marihat Jaya village, Pematangsiantar City and provide delivery of the draft program of activities to be carried out. Implementation, this stage carries out google business account registration activities for people who have a business. Evaluation, this activity is carried out after completing the activity program. The community was very enthusiastic, marked by the many participants who attended the digital marketing training for the improvement of Whiskey Producer MSMEs in Marihat Jaya village, Pematangsiantar City.
