Abstract

this study aims to determine the effect of music therapy in dealing with student stress at Malahayati Islamic Vocational School during the pandemic. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with quasi-experimental, and this research model uses nonequivalent control group design. Sampling used purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 60 respondents (30 students in the treatment group and 30 students in the control group). Student stress was measured by giving a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire about student stress. The data analysis of this research used t-test to determine the difference between the effect of music therapy on the treatment group and the control group on student stress. The results of the t-test analysis shown that there was a significant difference in music therapy between the treatment group and the control group on student stress at Malahayati Islamic Vocational School during the pandemic. This study concluded that music therapy can have an effect on dealing with student stress at the Malahayati Islamic Vocational School during the pandemic.

Abstract

The study was motivated by the issue that schools do not yet have an adequate environment for children's development, as evidenced by the rampant cases of violence, conflict & excessive conformity between students. The focus of the discussion was to describe the role of the counselor in creating a safe and peaceful school for students. The results of the discussion showed that the role of counselors in creating safe and peaceful schools can be both preventive and curative. Safe and peaceful schools are the basis for building healthy personalities for students

Abstract

Research is motivated by the need for guidance and counseling service programs in increasing interpersonal attractiveness. The limited time of a BK teacher in guiding all students urges the need for the preparation of classical guidance services. The research aims at developing the Classical Guidance Services program in increasing students' interpersonal attractiveness. The research method is development research. After the validation test, this program can be used by the BK teacher or homeroom teacher to increase students' interpersonal attractiveness. The final product of the classical guidance service program consists of the subject and purpose of the intervention, the competency of the counselor or counseling teacher or homeroom teacher, the steps for implementing the classical guidance service, success criteria, tools and media needed, service implementation matrix, and Guidance Service Activity Unit and counseling.

Abstract

Tugas, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab bimbingan konseling menempati peran yang sangat penting di dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan, termasuk di dalam Perguruan Tinggi. Untuk itu, guna mendapatkan sinergi yang positif mahasiswa prodi matematika dalam proses pembelajaran, dan juga memaksimalkan kemampuan mahasiswa UPBK dalam tugasnya menjadi tutor sebaya, tim kegiatan (PKM) Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melihat peluang memberikan layanan penguasaan konten terutama dalam mengembangkan self efficacy yang merupakan kemampuan individu dalam mencapai tujuan melalui keyakinan dan kepercayaan akan kemampuan diriya. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan dengan menggunakan media Doodle Art yang merupakan bagian dari Art therapy yang diharapkan dapat mengembangkan self efficacy peserta kegiatan, dalam hal ini adalah mahasiswa UPBK dan mahasiswa studi pendidikan matematika UNINDRA yang menjadi mitra kegiatan ABDIMAS.

Abstract

Membangun keharmonisan keluarga sangat diperlukan untuk mencetak generasi yang kuat mental. Fokus penelitian adalah mengembangkan suatu program layanan informasi untuk membangun keharmonisan keluarga yang ditujukan pada orang tua atau wali asuh di salah satu yayasan yatim piatu dan dhuafa di Jakarta Selatan. Metode penlitian adalah penelitian pengembangan R & D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keharmonisan keluarga dapat dibentuk dengan membuat kultur kohesivitas dalam keluarga dan menciptakan manajemen marah termasuk juga manajemen parenting sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan anak. Materi yang menjadi rancangan program telah diuji dan dianggap memenuhi syarat dengan baik.

Abstract

Conditioning feeling dominance is very high in Indonesia. This causes the level of community rationality, especially among adolescents has decreased. In fact, rationality is very important to make someone able to adjust to the environment. Therefore it is necessary to establish the personality of rational domination. Through this article, the study focuses on how to establish rational personalities. The formation of personality of rational dominance can be achieved by objective thinking, scientific thinking (following the problem solving procedure), providing reinforcement, and conditioning oneself to a rationally dominated environment. The formation of a rational personality will be beneficial to someone, that is, someone can judge whether an action is good or bad from the ability to consider, can overcome and regulate his emotional state, can easily deal with problems, can adjust to the environment, more independent without having to always depend on others to face difficulties, and can achieve life success.

Abstract

Study is motivated by difficulties when interpersonal attractiveness is measured by oneself. The purpose of this study is to examine what comparisons are when measuring the interpersonal attractiveness of the Interpersonal Attraction Questioner and sociometry based on students' interpersonal attractiveness profiles. The research method is quantitative descriptive. The results showed that social dimensions and tasks of interpersonal attraction can be measured using the Interpersonal Attraction Questioner, while the physical dimensions can be measured using sociometry. Thus, the social, physical, and task appeal that was previously thought to be too relative can be measured. These findings help to evaluate the child so that the task of social development can develop properly

Abstract

Research is motivated by the need for the development of the Adlerian Group Play Therapy program to increase interpersonal attractiveness. The research aims to develop the Adlerian Group Play Therapy program in increasing students' interpersonal attractiveness. The study was designed in the form of development research with a qualitative approach. Data analysis method in this research uses descriptive analysis. After receiving improvements from four expert lecturers & two homeroom teachers, this program can be used to increase the interpersonal attractiveness of elementary school students. The program consists of intervention subjects, intervention objectives, counselor competencies, implementation steps, success criteria, tools and media used, matrices, and Guidance and Counseling Service Activity Units
