Abstract

In Indonesia, waqf is very closely related to land waqf even though in essence the objects that can be donated cannot be separated from the land. Besides that, the existing waqf data is not accurate considering that data on waqf assets is not well coordinated and arranged in a professional institution. The most important thing about waqf management is the experience of the nazirs in developing waqf. Therefore management occupies the most urgent position in the world of waqf. Because, the most decisive waqf object is more useful or not depending on the pattern of management. This study aims to: (1) To find out critically and in depth the implementation of waqf land management at the At-Taqwa mosque. (2) To critically explore waqf land management practices using a Nazir organization. (3) To obtain a transformative picture of the impact of the use of the Naz}hir organization on the development of waqf land area and its assets. This study uses a qualitative approach. The location of this research is the waqf land of the At-Taqwa mosque, Soco Village, Slogohimo District, Wonogiri Regency. This research data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed using an inductive descriptive method. Descriptive means explaining in as much detail as possible the management of waqf land at the At-Taqwa mosque, so that real, factual and accurate conclusions can be obtained regarding the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being financed. So that it can be used to make conclusions with the right interpretation. Inductive, a way or way used to gain scientific knowledge starting from observations on the management of waqf land at the At-Taqwa mosque, in detail, then draws general conclusions. Based on the process of data collection and analysis, this study produced three findings. First, that the management of waqf land at the At-Taqwa mosque, Soco Village, Slogohimo District, Wonogiri Regency has not fulfilled good or professional management because there are several functions and management processes that have not been fulfilled. Second, the nadzir which is used to manage waqf land at the At-Taqwa mosque is a nadzir organization, because the nadzir organization is better able to maintain waqf assets and is better able to enhance the roles of the kenazir's to manage waqf properly. Third, that the use of the Nadzir organization at the At-taqwa mosque has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is that waqf land has developed quite well in terms of the area of ​​mosque waqf land and its assets, nadzir can be productive of waqf land. As for the negative impact of productive waqf here, it does not have an important enough contribution in community empowerment.

Abstract

The use of e-learning is believed to be able to overcome the limitations of lectures in class and of course provide learning services that can be accessed from anywhere and anytime, especially in the current era, all of which use internet access. The policy of using e-learning at the Islamic Mulia Astuti (STAIMAS) Wonogiri is still relatively new and most of the lecturers do not understand how to use it, and some are still in the process of introducing e-learning. Therefore, this training activity can be carried out for two days at the STAIMAS Wonogiri campus hall by involving STAIMAS Wonogiri lecturers. Activities are carried out in the form of simulations, exercises, and questions and answers. This training material is a guideline for using moodle-based e-learning for lecturers, which consists of setting courses, adding learning resources, adding students to classes in each course, monitoring student learning progress, using forum features, a lot like discussion forums, assignments , quizzes and grade reports. This training activity is said to be successful based on the participants' ability to understand and practice the material and it is proven by their work on the e-learning page. participants also felt that this training was very important because it could improve the skills of lecturers in managing learning through e-learning.

Abstract

Kreativitas dan keahlian adalah hal yang sangat erat kaitannya, dengan memanfaatkan benda-benda di sekitar kita, kita bisa memciptakan sebuah hasil karya yang menakjubkan serta memiliki nilai jual di masyarakat, dengan memanfaatkan barang bekas dan sampah kami berusaha mendampingi para pemuda di lingkungan Sambitileng desa Purwantoro untuk menjadi kreatif dan inovatif sebagaimana tema dari KPMT yaitu Membangun Desa Yang Kreatif dan Inovatif Dalam Bidang Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan Dengan Optimalisasi Digital Marketing. Untuk merealisasikan tujuana dari KPMT tersebut kami mengadakan kegiatan pendampingan dengan kegiatan yang meliputi perencanaan dan persiapan, pelaksaan serta di akhiri dengan evaluasi, tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk melatih dan mengasah skill pemuda supaya lebih kreatif dan inovatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu PAR (partisipatori action reseach) metode ini di awali dengan perencanaan dan persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi yang kami lakukan di posko kelompok satu. Adapun hasil dari pelatihan ini diketahui bahwa perlu bimbingan serta jam tayang yang banyak agar mereka mahir dan Cakap didalam membuat kerajinan lampu hias ini, karena di dalam membuat hasil karya lampu hias ini diperlukan kesabaran dan ketelitian agar hasil yang didapat sesuai dengan ekspetasi dan tidak mengecewakan.

Abstract

**English**This study discusses the regulatory changes concerning Sharia-based peer-to-peer lending, specifically the transition from POJK No. 77 of 2016 to POJK No. 10 of 2022. A significant aspect of this change is the inclusion of several articles that accommodate Sharia-based peer-to-peer lending transactions. These regulatory amendments indicate that the Sharia principles embedded in the regulation promote public welfare (maslahah). Therefore, the author seeks to examine this issue from the perspective of maqasid asy-syari’ah. This research focuses on textual and literature analysis, utilizing a library research method, and adopts a normative approach based on religious norms. The result of this study suggest that, from the perspective of maqasid asy-syari’ah, the changes made by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to the regulations on peer-to-peer lending foster public welfare, which is evaluated based on the five essential objectives (al-daruriyyat al-khams): the preservation of religion (hifz al-din), life (hifz al-nafs), intellect (hifz al-‘aql), lineage (hifz al-nasl), and wealth (hifz al-mal).                                                           **Indonesia**Penelitian ini akan mendiskusikan tentang adanya perubahan regulasi tentang peer to peer lending berbasis syariah yakni POJK No.77 Tahun 2016 yang kemudian digantikan dengan POJK Nomor 10 tahun 2022. Hal yang signifikan yang dapat dilihat dari perubahan ini adalah beberapa pasal yang cukup akomodatif terhadap transakasi peer to peer lending berbasis syariah. Dengan adanya perubahan regulasi tersebut dindikasikan bahwa konsep syariah pada peraturan tersebut menimbulkan kemaslahatan, sehingga penulis ingin mengulsnya dari sudut pandang maqasid asy-syari‘ah. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis teks dan literatur library research atau studi kepustakaan dan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif, yang berlandaskan norma-norma keagamaan. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilakan temuan bahwa dalam perspektif maqasid asy-syari‘ah perubahan yang dilakukan OJK dalam peraturanya tentang peer to peer lending menimbulkan kemaslahatan yang diukur dari Al-daruriyat al-khams  (hifz al-din; hifz al-nafs; hifz al-‘aql; hifz al-nasl; dan hifz al-mal).

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pendampingan seni tilawah Al-Qur’an berbasis Participatory Action Research (PAR) untuk meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur’an siswa. Rendahnya kemampuan baca Al-Qur’an yang ditandai dengan kurangnya pemahaman tajwid, kelemahan dalam melafalkan makhraj, dan minimnya apresiasi terhadap seni baca Al-Qur’an menjadi latar belakang penelitian. Melalui pendekatan PAR yang diterapkan dalam dua siklus (perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, refleksi), penelitian ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan berbasis PAR berhasil meningkatkan: (1) Kemampuan seni tilawah dengan peningkatan penguasaan tajwid sebesar 40% dan kemampuan melagukan ayat sebesar 35%, (2) Kepercayaan diri siswa dalam memperagakan seni tilawah, dan (3) Partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seni tilawah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi pendekatan PAR dengan pembelajaran seni tilawah efektif dalam mengembangkan literasi Al-Qur’an yang komprehensif sekaligus melestarikan seni budaya Islami di lingkungan sekolah dasar.
