Abstract

More than 90 percent of the economic sector in Indonesia is comprised of MSMEs, making them the economic engine of the country. To succeed in an increasingly competitive business environment, MSME operators must be able to cultivate their human capital. Increasing employees' expertise is one aspect of HR development. Therefore, in a competitive context, Knowledge Management must be implemented by SMBs. This study intends to assess the growth of knowledge management-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in Indonesia from an HRM viewpoint. This research employs a qualitative descriptive methodology. The results of the study indicate that as competition increases, MSMEs must be able to overcome their deficiencies, innovate swiftly, and develop goods efficiently through knowledge manager-based HR management. Knowledge management is required to create MSME competitiveness since knowledge is the key to success in beating the competition. Knowledge management and HRM are crucial to enhancing the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) because they facilitate the transformation of HR knowledge into organizational knowledge, thereby creating MSME assets.

Abstract

This service activity aims to provide training to the community in the West Jakarta Dekranasda on how to make handicrafts in the form of handbags and jampel pans that have economic value. The method of implementing this service begins with the preparation stage, providing training materials, implementation (making handbags and pot jampels), then marketing the product. The handicrafts produced were then marketed for two weeks at the Jakarta cultural feed event which was held at Puri Mall Kembangan, West Jakarta. The results of this service activity show that the community under the auspices of the Regional National Crafts Council for the West Jakarta area already has knowledge of the community's creative industry in the form of the ability and expertise to make handicrafts and is able to market the products that have been produced.Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat di Dekranasda Jakarta Barat mengenai cara membuat handycrafts berupa handbag dan jampel panci yang memiliki nilai ekonomis Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini diawali dengan tahap persiapan, pemberian materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan (pembuatan handbag dan jampel panci), selanjutnya memasarkan produk. Handycraft yang dihasilkan kemudian dipasarkan selama dua pekan pada even pekan budaya Jakarta yang diadakan di di Puri Mall Kembangan Jakarta Barat. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dibawah naungan Dewan Kerajinan Nasional Daerah wilayah Jakarta Barat, telah memiliki pengetahuan tentang industri kreatif masyarakat berupa kemampuan dan keahlian membuat kerajinan tangan (handycrafts) serta mampu melakukan pemasaran produk yang telah dihasilkan.

Abstract

There have been many studies discussing toxic leadership styles, and their impact on organizational culture, missions, and individuals. However, it is rare to find explicit discussions about toxic leadership styles, especially in a complex and comprehensive manner in education, especially universities/universities. The term "toxic leadership" was first introduced in 1996 (Whicker, 1996), where it began to discuss the role of influencing leadership culture in business and military institutions. However, empirical literature began to be carried out in 2007 (Padilla et al., 2007) which linked leadership with the concept of the Higher Education system with the phenomenon of "social learning". To better understand the development process regarding this variable which was carried out in 2000 at this time, the author will use a systematic literature review analysis of previous research regarding the influence of toxic leadership in tertiary institutions from three different perspectives including: 1). How to understand toxic leadership in influencing organizational culture? 2). How to understand toxic leadership in influencing employee morale (morale) in college? as well as 3). Examine the role of toxic leadership in shaping the work environment of employees, so as to improve performance in an organization.

Abstract

Abstract: Productivity is a comparison between the results achieved with the overall resources used. The factor that greatly influences employee work productivity is work culture education. Work culture education that must be implemented properly and correctly at PT PAL Indonesia is 5S cultural education (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke). This study aims to determine the effect of 5S cultural education on PT PAL Indonesia's employee productivity. The method in this study used explanatory research, with a total population and sample of 35 employees of the HC Development division. The data source in this study is primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis used was instrument test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, and simple regression analysis. The results showed that 5S cultural education had a significant positive effect on employee productivity at PT PAL Indonesia by 63.9%. Abstrak: Produktivitas merupakan perbandingan antara hasil yang dicapai dengan keseluruhan sumber daya yang digunakan. Faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan yakni pendidikan budaya kerja. Pendidikan budaya kerja yang harus diterapkan secara baik dan benar di PT PAL Indonesia yakni pendidikan budaya 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan budaya 5S terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT PAL Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory research, dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 35 orang karyawan divisi HC Development. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan yakni uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan budaya 5S berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT PAL Indonesia sebesar 63,9%.

Abstract

Human resources development in an organization has a strategic influence and role in determining progress and optimizing performance improvements which will have an impact on the survival of the organization. This research aims to test and analyze the application of organizational culture education, employee engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior to the performance of Bank Mandiri KCP Jakarta Muara Karang Dalam employees. The type of research used is explanatory research to explain the influence of one variable on another. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a sample size of 32 employees. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that organizational culture education, employee engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant effect on the performance of Bank Mandiri employees, both simultaneously and partially. The contribution of the influence of the three independent variables to the performance of Bank Mandiri KCP Jakarta Muara Karang Dalam employees is 67.8%.
