Abstract

Competition in the Islamic finance industry, including Islamic cooperatives, nowadays the increasingly tight high level of competition in the Islamic finance industry can be influenced by the sharia competence, creativity, and motivation of employees, therefore the quality of Islamic Human Resources (HR) needs to be improved, especially in the context of national economic institutions. Especially sharia cooperatives. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence both partially and simultaneously on the sharia competence, creativity, and motivation factors on the performance of employees of the Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Jombang cooperative. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population used as the object in this study is the employees of the Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Jombang cooperative. The sample determination method uses a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated method where the entire number of respondents is taken in its entirety, with a total sample of 50 people in TAM cooperative employee. Furthermore, the respondents' data was analyzed using data analysis techniques including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously sharia competence, creativity and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Jombang cooperative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna menginvestigasi dampak literasi keuangan syariah penggunaan fintech syariah pada generasi Z, khususnya pada mahasiswa di FE UNHASY. Literasi keuangan syariah mencakup pemahaman tentang produk dan konsep keuangan syariah, sedangkan penggunaan fintech syariah mencakup aplikasi perbankan syariah, platform investasi, dan layanan pembayaran elektronik. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form kepada 203 mahasiswa aktif yang mewakili generasi Z di FE UNHASY. Data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis memakai analisis regresi serta statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  literasi keuangan syariah dalam bidang pengetahuan keuangan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap penggunaan fintech syariah pada mahasiswa FE UNHASY. Namun, literasi keuangan syariah dalam bidang perilaku dan sikap keuangan berpengaruh parsial pada penggunaan  fintech syariah pada mahasiswa tersebut. Selain itu, secara keseluruhan, literasi keuangan syariah dalam bidang pengetahuan, perilaku dan sikap keuangan berpengaruh secara simultan pada penggunaan fintech syariah pada mahasiswa FE Universitas Hasyim Asy'ari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and brand image on purchasing decisions on Shopee, with halal cosmetics labeling as a mediating variable, among female students at UNHASY Tebuireng. This study is motivated by the growing halal cosmetics industry in Indonesia and the widespread use of the Shopee platform as a means of purchasing cosmetics online. When making purchasing decisions, Muslim women not only consider price and brand image but also pay attention to the halal status of products, which is verified through halal labeling. This study employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to female students at UNHASY Tebuireng who had previously purchased cosmetics on Shopee. The results of the study indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and halal cosmetics labeling has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, halal cosmetics labeling was found to mediate the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions but did not mediate the effect of price on purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that decisions to purchase cosmetics are influenced not only by economic factors and brand image but also by consumers’ awareness of the halal status of the products they use.
