Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas secara komprehensif mengenai konsep pendidik dalam Islam menurut pandangan KH. Hasyim Asy’ari, sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam karya beliau Adab al-‘Alim wa al-Muta‘allim. Dalam pemikiran beliau, proses pendidikan tidak hanya sebatas aktivitas penyampaian ilmu, namun juga sebagai sarana pembentukan kepribadian dan nilai-nilai moral siswa. Oleh sebab itu, peran guru menjadi sangat penting, tidak hanya sebagai pengajar, tetapi juga sebagai sosok panutan yang membawa tanggung jawab spiritual, etis, dan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research atau studi kepustakaan. Library research atau studi kepustakaan merupakan salah satu cara penelitian dengan mengumpulkan sumber atau bahan yang berkaitan dengan sasaran penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa KH. Hasyim Asy’ari menekankan pentingnya ketulusan niat dalam mengajar dan menuntut ilmu, serta menegaskan bahwa seorang pendidik harus memiliki sifat-sifat utama seperti kejujuran, tawadhu, sabar, dan sikap hati-hati dalam setiap tindakan. Guru juga dituntut untuk menjauhi ambisi duniawi, menjaga kehormatan ilmu, dan aktif menyebarkan ajaran Islam. Prinsip-prinsip ini dinilai sangat relevan dalam konteks pendidikan modern yang masih sering mengabaikan aspek moral dan karakter. Dengan demikian, pemikiran KH. Hasyim Asy’ari memberikan landasan kuat dalam menciptakan sistem pendidikan Islam yang seimbang antara aspek kognitif dan afektif.

Abstract

The high number of cases of violence against children in Indonesia, especially in Jombang Regency, has become the main topic in the community and has even become a national news headline. Sexual violence against children is often carried out by those closest to them, so it is difficult for children to fight back. Even children are afraid to report this, one of the reasons is the lack of acceptable sex received by children. The role of the closest people, especially parents and teachers, is needed to teach sex education so that it is not a taboo topic in society. So that if a case occurs, it will be detected earlier and handled faster. The implementation of community service activities carried out by lecturers and students of the University of Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng Jombang with the title "Socialization of Sex education for Children at SDN 1 Mojowarno Jombang" was held on Monday, August 22, 2022 which took place at SDN 1 Mojowarno, Jombang Regency. Socialization activities are carried out through lectures, questions and answers, and discussions as well as singing songs according to the socialization theme. The result of this socialization activity is that it is easy for children to understand the material, this is evidenced by the results of the questionnaire given, which is 85% of children really understand the material given. In addition, 100% of the participating children attended and hoped that the participants would have similar or sustainable activities. Conclusion partners have an understanding of the importance of sex education from an early age. There are many benefits to understanding sex education apart from preventing sexual violence against children, but also preventing children from sexual activities that are harmful to children

Abstract

The development of Islamic digital banking in Indonesia has driven the increasing use of the BYOND by BSI application among university students. However, user trust in Islamic digital banking services is still influenced by many factors, including digital service quality and perceived sharia compliance. This study aims to examine the effect of digital service quality on user trust, with perceived sharia compliance as a mediating variable, in the BYOND by BSI application, study on gen Z  University students in jombang. The research strategy for this study was a quantitative survey. A total of 2,630 participants formed the study population, all students from the 2022–2025 intake at Hasyim Asy'ari University Tebuireng in Jombang who use the BYOND by BSI application. 100 participants were randomly selected using a quota sampling method, and the sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. The researchers used SmartPLS 4.0 software to run the SEM approach, which is based on PLS, to analyze the data. The study findings indicate that: (1) digital service quality has a positive and significant effect on user trust; (2) the quality of digital services has a positive and significant effect on the perception of sharia compliance; (3) the perception of sharia compliance has a positive and significant effect on user trust; and (4) the perception of sharia compliance is proven to partially mediate the effect of the quality of digital services on user trust in the BYOND by BSI application among Unhasy students.
