Abstract

Bitcoin merupakan salah satu Cryptocurrency yang nilainya paling tinggi di antara mata uang kripto yang lain. Namun legalitas Bitcoin sendiri belum diakui oleh Indonesia dan banyak negara lain sebagai alat bayar yang sah, namun diperbolehkan untuk dijadikan sebagai aset investasi. Di tengah harga Bitcoin dan popularitasnya yang sangat tinggi, tiba-tiba terjadi penurunan pasca temuan varian virus Covid-19 yang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang sebab jatuhnya nilai Bitcoin setelah ditetapkannya varian Covid-19 baru Omicron sebagai varian yang harus diwaspadai oleh seluruh negara di dunia. Penelitian ini berjenis Library Research dengan sumber data berupa pemberitaan yang dimuat oleh CNBC Indonesia pada tanggal 5 Desember 2021, menggunakan metode analisis isi (Content Analysis). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah jatuhnya harga Bitcoin disebabkan oleh ketakutan para pemegang saham dan aset-aset beresiko tinggi lainnya karena adanya pemberitaan tentang kemungkinan terjadinya lockdown di berbagai negara, sehingga para investor tersebut melepas aset-aset beresiko yang mereka miliki, termasuk Bitcoin sebagai aset baru yang masih mengalami volatilitas sangat tinggi sehingga dianggap beresiko

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics in the operations of Berkah Abadi, a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) located in Pacitan, East Java, and engaged in the snack chip production industry. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study collected data through in-depth interviews with the owners and employees of Berkah Abadi, as well as conducting observations of the production process and daily business interactions. The focus of the study is to identify and understand how the fundamental principles of Islamic Business Ethics, which include honesty in transactions and product information, fairness in relationships with suppliers and employees, trustworthiness in maintaining quality and customer trust, compliance with sharia in every aspect of finance and operations, social responsibility towards the surrounding community and the environment, and efforts to achieve ihsan in providing the best service and quality, are manifested in real terms in the business practices of Berkah Abadi MSME. The findings of this study indicate that Berkah Abadi not only makes Islamic Business Ethics a set of moral values, but also as an operational strategy integrated into its entire business value chain. The implementation of these principles contributes significantly to building a positive image of the company in the eyes of customers and the community, increasing the level of consumer trust in the products produced, strengthening good relationships with suppliers and employees, and creating an ethical and productive work environment. This study seeks to find out how compliance with Islamic values plays a role in creating blessings and sustainability of the Berkah Abadi MSME business amidst market competition. The impact of this study provides a model for the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics that can be emulated by other MSMEs, especially those operating in Indonesia, in an effort to build a business that is not only economically profitable, but also has a positive social and spiritual impact.

Abstract

In today's era, the development of the business world is growing very rapidly. With the development of the business world, business actors must also develop their businesses by implementing digital marketing. Thus, this study aims to examine a comprehensive analysis of how application digital marketing practices are implemented in marketing sale pisang madu Lestari Pacitan which have been managed by the business owner himself. This study will also review the application of aspects of digital marketing through the lens of Islamic economics. This research employed a qualitative design with descriptive focus. This is undertaken by directly observing, interviewing and observing the product owner. Findings indicate that the marketing efforts implemented by Lestari Pacitan is to create content in the form of videos or photos that are uploaded to social media (WhatsApp, Instagram,Tiktok) and marketplaces (Shopee). Viewed from an Islamic economic perspective, digital marketing applied to the sale pisang product aligns with Islamic economic values, particularly the doctrines of justice, honesty, and transparency. The application of digital marketing to sale pisang madu produksi Lestari Pacitan has succeeded in significantly increasing marketing and sales and providing a positive economic and social impact on other business actors. The implementation of good branding and proper packaging also supports business continuity according to sharia principles. This study provides recommendations to strengthen digital marketing education based on Islamic values ​​to increase competitiveness with sale pisang madu businesses in Pacitan.
